Großes, komfortables Studio-Apartment in einem modernen Gebäude, nur 3 Minuten von der U-Bahnstation Sloane Square entfernt. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Portier und 2 Aufzüge. Das Studio verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelschlafsofa, die bequem Platz für bis zu 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) bieten. Es gibt einen separaten Wohnbereich mit großem bequemen Sofa und Fernseher mit DVD-Player, einen separaten Schlafbereich mit viel Stauraum, einen Esstisch für 4 Personen, eine separate Küche mit Frühstückstheke und ein großes modernes Badezimmer mit Duschvorrichtung. Mit hohen Decken und vielen Fenstern ist das Studio tagsüber sehr hell. FREE Fast Wi / Fi Internet und wöchentliche Reinigung in der Miete enthalten. Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

Wonderful location. Easy access to the Underground and buses. Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Buckingham Palace within (a long) walking distance. The flat was functional and comfortable (I stayed for 3 months). The host was very responsive and accommodating as some issues came up--as they always do. He was positive and very easy to work with. If I were to come back to London I would certainly consider staying here again. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a 4 star review. The address of the property would have been sent to you by Verb several days before your arrival. Apologies for the coffee machine - I was not aware it was leaking. If you had mentioned it during your stay, I would have replaced it with a new one. You never mentioned any issues with hot water in the kitchen and bath sink. You must have mistaken the boiler switch for the light switch in the kitchen, and accidentally switched off the boiler. There is a 'Boiler. Do Not Switch Off' sticker on the boiler switch. Once again, if you had just communicated with me, I could have provided assistance. I'm glad you thought it was good value overall. I always do my best to ensure my guests have a comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free stay. If or when there are issues, and I'm made aware of them, I respond immediately to sort them out. Thanks again and best wishes.

This studio was perfect for my daughter and I during our week in London. It had everything we needed and was very close to a tube stop. The owner was very quick to reply to questions and a good communicator. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great flat in great location

We throughly enjoyed our week at this flat. Plenty of room with a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Great location near the tube and bus lines, and a half hour walk to Buckingham Palace. A couple of good restaurants in the same block and more a few blocks away at Sloane Square - along with specialty shops (bakery, cheese, seafood and more.

Very convenient location, great host!

This was a very good stay and the host was extremely helpful & available when needed. The flat is on a quieter street off Sloane Square. The only problem I had was thumping bass music somewhere else in the building, as if from a club or restaurant (late into the night on the weekend, sporadically on other nights). I am very sensitive to noise, so this would be important to know going in. Earplugs help. Otherwise, great stay!

Nice, well equipped studio. Good location and WiFi. Property manager, Michael, was quick to respond to messages, and allowed us early check-in, since apartment was empty immediately prior to our arrival. All in all a nice base from which to explore London.

Light and Bright

The Flat is as described, and comfortable for two. It has everything one needs. Large windows make the unit light and bright, and feel spacious. We experienced a heat wave during our stay and a fan is provided which helped, however, days of high heat made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. It was an unusual heatwave, and reality is in the historical center of cities, many units do not have AC, which would be a nice feature to have. The location is great, just minutes from Sloane Square Station.

Perfect location for week in London

We loved our week-long stay here. Very close to tube station that made theatres easy to get to. The neighborhood is lovely as well with easy walk to the river and Battersea Power Station as well as great shopping and restaurants on Kings Road and around. The host was immediately responsive when we needed him to be. Check in was a breeze. The apartment is well set up for light cooking. Two great coffee shops right outside the front door.

Fantastic Flat & Location

Cons: The room is just a bit bigger than a hotel room, it feels tight after a week with two adults and a 10 year old. The sofa bed is fairly uncomfortable and both beds squeak when you move. Pros: literally everything else! This place is fantastic! My favorite rental despite the few cons. Well-supplied, comfortable, safe, quiet, and the location… it truly can’t be beat. I would move in in a heartbeat if I could! I will be back to stay here the next time I’m in London, if I can!

The shower was extremely dangerous for old people. You must step into a very high tube. There is no hand rail and getting out is worse. If you are short with bad knees the distance is too great. The location was great for the Chelsea Flower Show and the shops on Pimlico and Sloane Square!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "a very high tube", but the shower is a standard electric shower attached to the wall. And the bath tub is a regular standard size too. I have had lots of elderly guests at this property, and no one has ever said it's "extremely dangerous for old people ". If you suffered from bad knees or any other disability, maybe you shouldn't have booked a property with a bath tub? You should have mentioned it prior to booking, so we could suggest alternative accommodation for you. Even so, there is a small step ladder in the flat to help you get into the bath if you were struggling to do so. All you had to do was ask. Anyway I'm glad you enjoyed the fantastic location and nearby shops.

Very nice!

My husband and I loved this flat. It is a studio, but very well set up and feels spacious. It has huge windows w a nice view; lots of silverware, wine glasses, everything you could want; good bed; plenty of bedding & pillows; comfy sofa to watch tv; convenient place to work; plenty of storage; bath is slightly separated from living area w several shower/hair care products. Bristol house is a short walk from the tube, the #11 bus to Covent Garden stops on the street, and the neighborhood is lovely for walking with interesting shops and restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay again. No problems at all.

Happy and disappointed

Flat ideally located. However very cold! Duvet hidden in black bin bag! Wasn’t able to take proper shower! Microwave didn’t work! No tea/coffee spoons! Had to brush teeth in kitchen sink. Also, amount I was charged wasn’t what was posted on Vrbo listing! I’m leaving today with horrible cold! But I enjoyed being in my old neighborhood!

Very shocked and confused to read your review. You claim the flat was very cold, and yet you never turned on the heating. There are multiple radiators in the flat. You never turned any of them on. The duvet was hidden in a black bin bag? There were 2 duvets left on the bed for you, but you asked for an additional one. I offered you the spare duvet, which was meant for the next guest. You took and used the extra duvet, but instead of saying thank you, you chose to leave a bad review about it being some black bin bag? You claim you weren't able to take a proper shower - why not??? The shower works perfectly fine! You claim the microwave doesn't work - it works perfectly! If you didn't understand how to operate the most basic microwave, all you had to do was ask. You never said a word. No tea/coffee spoons? Lots of teaspoons in the cutlery drawer in kitchen. Had to brush teeth in kitchen sink? Why??? That's really strange! The amount you were charged wasn't what was posted on Vrbo? I have nothing to do with payments. Vrbo handles all that for hosts. If you have an issue regarding payment, contact Vrbo, don't leave a bad review about it on.my account. I went out of my way to ensure you were comfortable and happy, so I really don't understand any of this.

Great cozy flat , centrally located.

This was easily one of the best properties we've rented in the UK. Very close to Underground tube subway station and access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, even a hospital urgent care clinic 2 blocks away when we needed it. Doorman was friendly and informative. There are two elevators to help get the luggage up to the flat. Michael (our host) was very quick to respond to questions and also quite helpful. The flat was clean and tidy. The washer/dryer combination and oven, microwave, TV all worked well. Be aware , the shower / bathtub combination is slightly elevated above the floor, so if you are short like us, you have to climb up into it. We had a pleasant stay and hope to return here next time we are in London.
