Die Unterkunft ist hell und modern und verfügt über eine Außenterrasse im Erdgeschoss eines viktorianischen Hauses. Es liegt sehr zentral, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Oxford Circus, dem Regents Park oder dem Fitzroy Square entfernt. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Leicester Square, das Theatreland, Chinatown, Covent Garden, Selfridges, die Carnaby Street, die Royal Academy, Fortnums, Mayfair und die Bond Street sind leicht zu erreichen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Bauarbeiten nur werktags zwischen 8 und 18 Uhr stattfinden.
Unsere Check-in-Zeiten sind Montag bis Samstag von 9 bis 18 Uhr. Sonntag und Abend nach Absprache und gegen eine Gebühr von £ 25.

Wir bitten unsere Kunden, die Wohnung und die Möbel sehr sorgfältig zu behandeln, da beide in letzter Zeit schwere Schäden erlitten haben - eine Schande. Wir haben die Matratze auf dem Doppelbett im Juni 2019 ersetzt. Bitte gehen Sie auch verantwortungsbewusst mit der Heizung um. Meistens ist es nicht notwendig, die Wohnung bei eingeschalteter Heizung zu verlassen. Danke vielmals .

    Student district type of accommodation, nothing fancy but adequate. The area was safe with lots of restaurants and bars. Here in May heat wave, the suite is hard to vent because you need patio open which lets in a lot commercial kitchen ventilation noise. The internet worked the first night and was down for the other 4 nights.

    Jane is an amazing host! Communication was awesome and easy!!! The property location could not be better! It’s so easy to get EVERYWHERE from this flat. I felt very safe walking with my son alone at night. I hope to be back to London soon and would absolutely stay here again.

    There were issues upon arrival due to cleaning persons, that host cleared up. The apartment is in a GREAT location, but it is a city apartment and very small. Maybe 500 square feet total. The bed is an Australian double and narrow for 2 persons. Overall, the apartment needs refreshing all around. The host is quick to respond, but does not live anywhere nearby so I am sure rarely gets to the apartment. Overall the experience, mostly due to location was good, but I would not stay there again.

The price now held for 10 years to reflect wear and tear. Plus suggest clients check out price for one bed flat London WI with private terrace. Also many clients come for shorter stays for initial London exploration. We also have clients who stayed 6 months plus.

    Great stay, enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment. Jane is a super responsive host and very helpful. The apartment is a home, well supplied and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Located on a small commercial street, it is surprisingly quiet. The terrace is a lovely, quiet escape from the city.Surrounded by tube stations and bus routes, key attractions are easy to reach efficiently. Groceries are just 5 minutes away.     Great location to visit London. You are within walking distance to several transportation hubs. There amazing mom & pop restaurants on your street. If you plan to stay there in the summer keep in mind there is no AC nor a fan so keep that in mind. I would stay there again.

    Great Location

    My husband and I stayed here while on a short trip to London. The location of this apartment was wonderful, we were able to access multiple underground stations and walk easily to different sites. It is small but comfortable, everything we needed while in town.

    The property location is fabulous. Walkable to many destinations with many tube stations close by. Lots of restaurant and pubs on the same street.The bathroom sink could be a bigger and tub could be lower as it was hard to get in and out.The washer/dryer wasn’t working. Jane the host was horrible at communicating! Overall it was a great place and we probably would stay there again!

    Central, walkable location. Property was as per photos. Terrace is a welcome bonus. Bed is Australian double but comfortable. Needed windows open for ventilation which means steet noise from downstairs eateries and extraction exhaust noise near the bedroom window til about 5am. Great hot water and well quipped connotations kitchen.

    Great location for public transportation. There are 4 tubes stations, train station and multiple bus stops all within a short walk. There are various grocery stores and more restaurants then you can imagine. The bed was comfortable. It all worked well for my husband and me. There are two flights of stairs which I couldn't have been able to get my luggage up. Stayed for two weeks. Would go back in a second.

    This London flat is one of our favourite places as it is so central with many London attractions within walking distance. We enjoy using the flat as a base from which to work. It has its own outdoor space for eating, working or just chatting too! We enjoy walking in Regents Park or playing tennis.

    Fitzrovia is a favourite central London location for us so close to the centre with media, clothing, and construction businesses.

    The street has a community atmosphere with small restaurants, cafes and excellent fish and chips.

    Within a very easy distance are Fitzroy Square, another Fitzrovia centre with a well renowned fish restaurant + trendy new diner and very popular classic London pubs. John Lewis and Oxford street are other irresistible, nearby attractions for me at least!
