Entzückendes Cottage mit einem Schlafzimmer, das komplett renoviert wurde. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Gemeinde auf einem 2 Hektar großen Grundstück am See. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum See hinunter, wo Sie fischen, Muscheln, schwimmen und Kajak fahren können. Mit Tisch Stühlen und Sonnenschirm mit Blick auf den See. Cottage verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Tellern, Geschirr, Töpfen und Handtüchern. Ein Queen-Size-Bett und ein Etagenbett sowie die Möglichkeit, eine ausziehbare Couch im Wohnschlaf für bis zu 4 Personen zu benutzen. Diese Gegend ist eine ruhige Gegend, die sich gut für Ruhe und Frieden eignet. Sie ist nicht für Partys geeignet. Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt für Paare, Familien und Fischer. Die Sonnenuntergänge am See sind sehenswert!

Had a very nice week

We were able to enjoy a very beautiful 4th of July week with our two young kids. The cottage was clean and decorated very nicely. Enjoyed beach, restaurants and shopping a short drive away. Ditch plains beach was a little over a mile so we were able to drop off our things and walk there one day too for a different scene. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

Petite but perfect

We loved our stay and were very comfortable. Beautiful location, quiet and low key, and the cottage was really cozy and cute. Had everything we needed. We are a family of four who are used to traveling together and sharing a room so for us it was perfect. Host is very attentive, responds really quickly. Highly recommend.

Lovely, peaceful and clean stay!

Went on a last minute mini vacation with my husband. Had a wonderful time. If you’re looking for an affordable, peaceful and clean stay in Montauk, I highly recommend this place! It’s just a short walk to the lake and close to town. Christine the host was very pleasant and accommodating. She was always available and quick to respond. I will definitely be going back to Montauk and staying here!

This is a small bungalow located on lake front property. The property is beautiful and beautifully kept. The bungalow is small, but it has a nice sized outdoor front porch. Water views from every where. Newly renovated kitchen.

Cozy, clean, comfortable, perfect location

This is our second time staying in Christine’s place and once again we enjoyed our weeklong stay! Christine is very easy to communicate with and helpful. The small, cozy and nicely decorated house is very comfortable and the location ha perfect— it has everything you need for a beach getaway—we biked into town, Ditch Plains Beach, and Gin Beach. Other residents in the property are super friendly, too and we felt very welcome. We felt very at home , enjoyed the lake view, and did not want to leave!

Perfect

My girlfriend and I rented this property to escape NYC, and we loved it. It was clean, modern, and the view is even nicer than in the pic provided. Location is ideal, close to town, state park and town beaches, and on Lake montauk. Host was very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed during our stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect Spot

Cottage was in a great location, close to beach and town which is exactly what I was looking for. It was clean, extremely quiet and comfortable with easy access and parking. The beach pass was a plus. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and communication was very friendly.

Relaxed and inviting!

We had a wonderful week staying in montauk. Cottage was cozy, tidy and clean, included linens and towels, and other basics (paper towels, etc). The cottage was in an ideal location, with close proximity to ditch plains & gin beaches as well as the center of town. We enjoyed the sunsets over the lake and quietness of the community. 2 parking space at cottage was ideal for us. Beach pass was a wonderful add on. Nice deck for dining or just enjoying the views. Owner was responsive and very nice!

Great location and close to everything!

This cottage is perfect for a family of 4. Bedroom is separate for added privacy. Pull-out sofa bed was ideal for my 2 kids. The cottage itself was very clean, nicely decorated and located in a quiet community. The views from the lake were incredible and amazing sunsets. The Town of East Hampton Beach parking pass may it extremely easy to park at several beautiful beaches including Ditch Plains, Wainscott and Atlantic Avenue. Ditch plains beach is about 1.5 miles away, and easy bike ride or walk (or use the parking pass to drive there). Town is less than 3 miles away - easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. Christine was easily accessible via text and phone!

Horrible

This woman is a scammer. She took our entire security deposit and filed a claim with the insurance I took out for the weekend claiming we caused a gas leak, which never happened. We never saw a bill or any proof of it being real. DO NOT BOOK.

In response to the above review I had to keep the security deposit for all the damages they caused .I had calls and emails all weekend about the amount of people in the house,noise level ,excessive alcohol consumption and garbage on lawn etc.They had to be told by a fellow neighbor to have all the extra people leave.Now you can imagine the condition and wear and tear on the cottage and disruption to my fellow neighbors.The main damage was the gas meter wich was pulled out of the wall wich appeared to be used as a step to climb in through a window in wich the screen was cut.The gas company needed to be called to check for a gas leak from the damaged lines.Then the gas meter had to be repaired as well as the screen replaced.I am surprised that a person who caused so much damage would expect to have the security deposit returned and write a bad review.

Great cottage by the lake!

This Montauk cottage was perfect for our family of three. The proximity to Ditch Plains Beach is about a 2 min. car ride, perfect for morning beach run and back home for lunch. The tranquil lakeside setting offered spectacular sunsets. The owner was accommodating and hospitable. We would definitely go back!

Very Cozy... Great stay!!!!

Had a great time in the very cozy outrigger cottages. Steps to Lake Montauk for a great sunset or nice dip to cool off. 5 minute drive to town and beaches. Cant wait to come back!!
