Das HĂ€uschen mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist ein Stand-alone-HĂŒtte mit einem offenen Wohnzimmer mit 180-Grad-Blick auf das Meer (1) König und (1) Königin Es ist eine kurze Strecke in die Stadt (man kann zu Fuß) und ist in der NĂ€he von einigen der besten Restaurants- Ernte. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit TV und WLAN ausgestattet. Ideal fĂŒr Paare oder eine kleine Familie. Es gibt Gartenmöbel, ein Tisch fĂŒr 6 und ein Gasgrill. Dies ist ĂŒber die Straße vom Meer entfernt. Es ist ein Haus vor ihm, aber dieses Haus auf einem HĂŒgel, so dass Sie haben Meerblick.

Perfect Montauk beach cottage

Great location and very comfortable space. Beautiful ocean view and lovely sea breeze greet you on the deck. Easy walk to town and beach. Kitchen is well equipped so we enjoyed some home cooked meals. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Jeanne is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place for your Montauk vacation.

Loved my getaway!

I needed a few days to decompress, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The house was perfectly located with easy access to the beach, a short walk to town, and close to everything in Amagansett. The size of the house was ideal and easy to manage, and waking up each morning to that view genuinely lifted my spirits. The home was well-equipped with everything I needed, and Jeanne was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. This place has definitely become my new “home away from home.”

We have stayed at Jeanne’s place many times now. It is always clean and comfy. Location can’t be beat - across from the ocean with an amazing view and a short walk to town. Best place we’ve stayed at in Montauk hands down!

Weekend Getaway

This was our second time staying there, and it was just a pleasurable experience. Beautiful grounds, clean cottage and very close to the ocean. We brought our two dogs and they got to run on the beaches and bark at the deer and rabbits. Very close to town and Montauk Point. Great time and we will be back next year. Thanks Jeanne!!!

Always amazing

We have stayed at Jeanne's place several times. It is always amazing. Clean, comfortable, and gorgeous views of the ocean. Easy walk into town which is so convenient. Jeanne is also a great communicator and check-in and out are super easy. Highly recommend her place. We will continue to stay here when we visit Montauk. Also, beds are so cozy!

Awesome Week!

We just had an amazing girl's trip to celebrate my daughter's and her best friend's high school graduation. The cottage is exactly as it appears in pictures....perfectly clean, comfortably laid out and with a fabulous view from the deck! The location is great and the host, Jeanne, is super responsive. Awesome location

Perfect getaway. It’s within walking distance to the beaches and town, which offers laid back and casual, to higher end dining and shops. The property itself is large and well kept. It has plenty of room for dogs to wander unleashed, as we have two pups, 130 and 100 lbs. The cottage was comfortable and very clean, and way better in person than the pictures. Jeannie was a great host, and very easy to talk to and offer advice as to places to go. I would highly recommend this to friends and family, and we are definitely going back. We had a great time.

Our second stay was just as perfect as the first!

We stayed at this property 5 years ago, and knew we would be coming back. Jeanne’s place is immaculate, and in the perfect location to go to a quiet, peaceful beach. Beds are very comfortable, and rooms are welcoming. Scandinavian decor vibe mixed with beach cottage feel. Great washer and dryer, beach chairs, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, beach towels. Loads of beautiful shells on the beach. Montauk is a great place to visit, East Hampton and the rest of the hamptons are a quick drive away. 7 minute drive from the cottage to the train station for a day trip to NYC. Walkable to grocery store and downtown Montauk, either on the beach or the path. I’m still dreaming of my mornings on the deck doing yoga and drinking coffee and watching the waves roll in. Thanks for sharing your place with us again, Jeanne!

Amazing location and cottage!

I stayed here from Saturday 4/27 to Wednesday (5/1), so technically it was still the "offseason." Regardless, your days will be filled with quick walks to the beach, as there are several different private paths to enter the beach across the street (where I also got engaged during my stay!). Additionally, you're just a short drive or walk to town. There are also good hiking trails and Montauk Downs Golf Course if you're into that (we did both as activities during our stay). The cottage itself is stunning. It's a two-bedroom where the bedrooms are located in the back of the house. There is no better sight than opening your bedroom door and being hit with an amazing view of the ocean from the living room. The living area has plenty of space (kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry) and even a side bed that could sleep another person/couple or just serve as a couch for taking a little power nap during the day. There is also a deck and good size front yard. The host, Jeanne, was very responsive and I would highly recommend staying here. I hope to stay here again to celebrate where my now finance and I got engaged in the future.

Wonderful cottage getaway-great location!

Very clean, well stocked cottage. Enjoyed the proximity (within walking distance) to the beach and town. Very comfortable accommodations! Very responsive host who provided recommendations and brought out extra blankets so we could enjoy the porch at night. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Montauk

To celebrate a graduation, our family stayed in Montauk as a base to explore Long Island. The ocean view from the cottage was excellent, the amenities were great for the four of us, and Jeanne was a great and responsive host.
