Schöne Wohnung von 72 qm in der Nähe des Meeres im Herzen des historischen Zentrums von Monterosso al Mare, bestehend aus: zwei Doppelzimmern mit Klimaanlage und Safe, Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage und 42-Zoll-Sat-TV, WLAN, voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit großer Dusche und Waschmaschine, Balkon mit Blick auf die Hauptstraße der Stadt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Das Haus ist sehr hell und mit einer unabhängigen Heizung ausgestattet.
Nach etwa 1 km erreichen Sie den Bahnhof. Vom nahegelegenen Yachthafen (150 m) fahren täglich Fähren zu den Cinque Terre und Portovenere ab.

This was an excellent place to stay in Cinque Terre. It was air conditioned and very roomy. We were in the middle of the Old Part of Monterosso. Shops and restaurant surrounded us. And the owner was extremely helpful and even ordered us a cab when it was raining.

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay at this charming apartment in Monterosso. The location couldn't have been better—just steps from everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to great local recommendations. Communication was seamless and warm, making us feel genuinely welcomed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Owner was amazing, location was GREAT, in the heart of Monterosso. Close to all amenities, restaurants, market, shopping this location has it all. If you are going to Monterosso this is the place to stay.

Everything was wonderful! Enzo could not have been a better host. He was more than helpful. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable for both of us. I would recommend. It is upstairs but very doable.

Lori her husband and their friends are fantastic guests. Perfectly organized and extremely friendly. They treated my apartment with the same level of respect as they would with their own home. Great location

This apartment is in a great location! Enzo was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time exploring the area. There are some steep steps to climb to get to the apartment, but there are stairs everywhere in Cinque Terre. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, comfortable stay.

This place is great: location can’t be better, in the center, balcony with great view is a bonus. The place is clean, nicely decorated, with a homey feel. Enzo was great: super nice, had a lot of good local recommendations. Dual pane windows remove street noise well. Overall, we had fantastic stay!

Wonderful Stay in Monterosso

Great location downtown near restaurants and shops. 3 minute walk to the beach. Apartment was clean, quiet and had all of the comforts of home. Enzo was extremely helpful and accessible. He owns a shop nearby. Would highly recommend this apartment and hope to be back.

Amazing location! The apartment is perfect and even better than the pictures. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Enzo was a spectacular host and went above and beyond. He made great recommendations for places of interest and restaurants and was always happy to help. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

Two senior couples in Monterosso

We were two couples around 70 years old with some minor mobility problems. We had a great time exploring the Cinque Terre even though we didn’t use any of the hiking trails. Taking the train and ferry was enough. Beautiful area.

This Place and the Owner was Exceptional!!!!

My wife and I stayed at this location for two weeks. I have to say, it was the most enjoyable stay we have ever had anywhere. Enzo, who owns the apartment was absolutely fantastic. He owns a store within walking distance and was always in direct communications with us suggesting wonderful visits and locations. He was extremely helpful. The location is exceptional. The apartment is clean, and everything you need is right in the apartment. We would highly recommend staying at this location. The location in Monterrosa is phenomenal. It is Center City and close to everything. I cannot say one bad thing about the owner or this apartment. If you were going to stay in Monterrosa and want to stay somewhere that is exceptional, I would say stay here.

Felt very cared for

Great host, great apartment, great location. Lots of little thoughtful condiments and necessities in the apartment Monterossa is a great base for exploring Cinque Terre. Nice and flat for older legs. Steep stairs into apartment could be a challenge for some but Enzo was extremely helpful and courteous coming to our aid carrying our luggage up.

Great place to stay in Monterosso / Cinque Terre

A great place to stay in the Cinque Terre region. The apartment has all the amenities one might need and is pefectly located - with a spacious balcony overlooking via Roma, yet very quiet at the same time, with the beach, ferries, hiking trails and the train station just a short walk away. Not to mention the restaurants and pasticcerias... Enzo is a great host. We enjoyed our stay in Monterosso (with two kids - 10 and 6 yrs old) a lot and highly recommend Cà du Punte in Monterosso if you plan to visit Cinque Terre. Grazie mille Enzo!

Excellent Location in Monterosso

Excellent location in Monterosso. Close to the beach, restaurants, and hiking trails. Great communication from Enzo before and during our 4 night stay. Clean, bright, modern apartment with nice amenities. Great air conditioner. Best Wi-Fi in Italy! Lovely views up and down Via Roma. Grocery store nearby for beer, wine, food, and toiletries. We had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this place. We will be back. Grazie!

Trip of a Lifetime !

What a fabulous location for a week in Monterosso! We toured Cinque Terre with this lovely apartment as our home. The apartment was in the center of old Town. Perfect for restaurants, train trips to the other villages, as well as boat trips and excursions . Enzo arranged for our transfer from the airport in Genoa and met us upon arrival. He offered suggestions for restaurants and they were all excellent. We had a superb host. We could not have been treated better. Truly a week to remember forever!

Excellent stay

Enzo is a great guy. We stayed in his appertment in the center of Monterosso with a terras overseeing the main street. 2 min walk from the beach. The appartment is light and clean. Enzo is ftom Monterosso his family line goes all the way back to the thirteen century so he has a ton of information to share and all questions are replied to within minutes through whatsapp. Thnx Enzo! You made our stay in Monterosso perfect Mattijs

This was the best-kept rental we've ever stayed at. The one-flight walk up to the apartment is not bad, and the host has thought of everything that may be needed. The place is spotless, from inside to outside on the balcony. I dropped something behind the washing machine one day so I can verify that even behind the appliances is clean! Everything worked well and Enzo is helpful, communicative, and accessible (his shop is one minute away in case you get locked out.) We had a perfect stay at this apartment.
