Le Caveau, Villa Tempora

40 m2 studio, situated right next to the tasting room of the Villa Tempora wine estate, in a typical stone mas.

The studio consists of a large living room (large living room-kitchen with a choice of sleeping accommodation on a sofa bed or on a low ceiling mezzanine), and a bathroom.

A shared terrace allows you to take your meals outside, in a small Mediterranean garden with a view of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside.

Housing

The Auribelle estate is a 5 hectare property located 5 minutes from the historic center of Pézenas and 25 minutes from the beaches, in a calm and protected environment, without any visual or noise pollution. The land consists of vines, fruit trees and pine forests, groves, fields and hedges.

In the middle of this welcoming nature are our house and our cottages (NB: we also rent a large house that can accommodate 13 people on the property).

Exchanges with travelers

We are always happy to welcome you and introduce you to the organic wines of our estate.

Other remarks

Our vineyard is divided into several plots around the villages of Caux, Gabian and Nefiès, which benefit from a great diversity of soils, exhibitions and grape varieties.
A lot of care and requirement are brought to the culture of the vine with a constant respect for the environment and the soil (certified Bio Ecocert since 2011) in order to obtain concentrated fruits with beautiful maturities.

Manual harvesting and natural winemaking methods (Inputs and handling reduced to a minimum) allow us to produce authentic wines of high quality.
