Der ländliche Komplex der Villa il Castellaccio, einst ein voll funktionsfähiger Bauernhof, befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Panoramalage im Herzen des Chianti zwischen Florenz, Siena und Arezzo. Die Apartments, die alle kürzlich aus den ursprünglichen Wirtschaftsgebäuden rekonstruiert wurden, sind in Stil und Komfort mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Sie haben alle ihre eigenen Eingänge auf verschiedenen Seiten des Komplexes und geben jedem ein Gefühl von Privatsphäre. Sie teilen sich eine große Terrasse mit Grillplatz und dem Hauptpool, aber oft scheint es, als wären Sie die einzigen Gäste, es ist immer so friedlich und ruhig!

Castellaccio 1 bietet Platz für 5 Personen und verfügt über: ein Esszimmer mit Kamin, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 Badezimmer mit Duschen, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett. Diese Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Es ist sehr hell und hat eine super Aussicht, aber keinen unmittelbaren Essbereich im Freien, obwohl die Gäste die Speisemöglichkeiten im Grillbereich nutzen können.
Im Preis inbegriffen: Alle Haushaltswäsche pro Woche, WLAN, Strom, Warmwasser, Gas zum Kochen, 1 eventuelles Babybett auf Anfrage, Parkplatz.
Nicht inbegriffen: Heizung berechnet nach Verbrauch von Oktober bis März (ca. 2,50 Euro pro Stunde), Aufenthaltssteuer: 1,5 Euro pro Person und Nacht für maximal 7 Nächte und nur für Personen
über 14 Jahre.

Experience of a lifetime

Incredibly comfortable, stunning views, and centrally located. Many windy roads, but got use to the commute from our Villa. Highly recommend! And thanks Leonardo for the tour of the many artifacts of the place. 1000 year old ruins! Incredible.

Stunning location with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills

We are a family of 5, we spent 2 wonderful weeks in this villa enjoying the Tuscan scenery, food and wine. The location is pretty remote so a car is essential for getting around. We loved returning from a days sightseeing to the shared pool which sits in very well maintained grounds. There is a large patio area with BBQ & pizza oven where we spent some evenings watching for the deer & boar who could be spotted on the hillside around the villa! Leonardo was a very attentive host who was happy to help with any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this place & would definitely return here in the future!

Just amazing! The location, the apartment and above all, Leonardo! So accessible and so helpful.

The place is beautiful. Just in the heart of Chianti. The apartment is stunning with amazing view and Leonardo was there anytime we needed any advice or help. Great vacation, definitely will reccomend that place.

Great time

The Location is wonderfully located in Chianti with a great view in an idyllic Environment. It is a perfect base for day or hiking trips. We enjouyed our stay very much. The owner is caring very much for the guests and always helpful. It is a place where you feel like at home. The property is very clean. The appartment very well equipped. Excellent

Very clean property, nice bedding and towels. Well equipped, spacious apartment. Outside communal area was ideal, with tables and chairs, pizza oven (a lot harder than it looks!) BBQ (with all charcoal and lighters supplied). All areas were cleaned each day so the areas were immaculate. Pool was great, great shade and loungers available. We were met on reception and all our questions were answered, rather than having to read lots of documentation. Would definitely return!

Picturesque Tuscany

Woow! what a villa! What a view!

The villa was very nice. The appartment was more than what we needed but we appreciated it very much nevertheless. The view from our second floor appartment was fantastic. Leonardo, the owner, was a very good host. We had good conversation with him at our arrival and at our departure. The location, in the middle of the Chianti region, was exactly what we were looking for. We do not hesitate to recommand this place. We do believe that the large size of the appartments offered is more suitable for either a family or a group of 4. Thx again Leonardo for the visit of your "museum" and your kind explanation of the vineyard operations!

Beautiful setting and amazing service

Leonardo welcomed us with a great smile and took the time to show us this amazing place and helped us with our reservations and provided very valuable tips for our visits (Florence is about 1hr). The Apartments are in the middle of vineyards and olive gardens with amazing views. The facilities are very well maintained (pool, common areas) and the apartment we were in was very well equipped and clean. I highly recommend this place for people wanting to be close to the tourist attractions without being in the middle of that hassle. It is peaceful, beautiful with a great pool to share with other traveler. Lots of fun. Thanks Leonardo!

Mooi appartement in een schitterende omgeving

Castellaccio voldeed volkomen aan de verwachtingen. Prachtig gelegen in een schitterende omgeving. De tuin, het zwembad, de barbecue en pizza oven hadden voor ons en vooral onze (volwassen) kinderen veel meerwaarde. Een auto is noodzakelijk want de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 10 km afstand. In het dorpje Lucolena (2 km) is een klein winkeltje voor de basisboodschappen. Leonarda is een geweldige gastheer. Hij gaf ons veel tips en was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Zijn wijnproeverij met informatie over het fabriceren van olijfolie en wijn is absoluut de moeite waard. Kortom: Il Castelaccio is een aanrader.

Wonderful, Stunning, beautifully maintained

All I can say is WOW!! The pictures can't fully show just how beautiful this property is with the flowers, the beautiful workmanship of the renovations, and lavender and rosemary that grows all around. We loved our apartment which was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The location is wonderful in that it is an easy train ride to Florence, and a 45 minute drive to San Gimignano. And there is a delicious restaurant 5 minutes away from the villa. Leonardo, the manager is very gracious and helpful. I especially loved the large pool which is good for lap swimming. And there is a cute Boddega for shopping near by. I had to tear myself away.

Relaxation at it's best!

Leonardo and staff have to be the most helpful and gracious hosts in all of Chianti. We enjoyed two weeks in the most superb setting amongst the olive groves and vineyards. Our apartment was meticulously clean, the kitchen was more stocked than any other I've seen to date. We loved the pool, common area pizza oven and bbq's with open air eating areas. We made memories to last a lifetime and can't wait to plan another trip back.

nice holiday apartments in the Chianti Hills

Very nice and calm location in the countryside of Chianti hills with a nice view over wineyards and olive trees to the Chianti Hills. The apartments are very nice and equiped with all required utilities. The Owner is very friendly and help to organise anything you need. You can taste properties own wine and own Olive oil. The swimming pool is verry nice. A car is required for shopping of food, for trips to other sights and for visiting restaurants.
