Good morning I’m sorry that you had this inconvenient but II wanted to make some clarifications with respect to your comment for the stay First of all to say that it had never happened to me that someone arrived without a car because is a place in the countryside 3 km from the closest town, greve. As for the pool, it has always been open on June 1st and finally for breakfast breakfast We have the house with everything you need to sleep to wash and to cook . but we never talked about breakfast included because it is not a service. that we offerI. I'm sorry that you had these inconvenient but if you had asked us or if you had read carefully the information on the site you could have realized that this was the situation. Good morning I am very surprised by the negative review and by the completely inaccurate information about our house that we do not know from whom you received. I confirm that the house is a private house and has nothing to do with the Veronica resort absolutely no contact if not a closeness and good neighborly relations. Also the swimming pool it was built by both the Resort and me and we share its use. Therefore this information also does not correspond to reality, we have absolutely the right to use the swimming pool and it is for the exclusive use of both the small Resort and ours guest. I also add that no one has ever complained about the hardness of the bed and above all the kindness of the person who checks in who has always been considered a very kind person and available for any eventuality.. do have not been given the answer or the service you requested? Otherwise it is obvious that it is difficult to judge He did what he has to, the request for documents and the tourist tax are obligations that we must do to respect the rules of our country. And showing you the apartment As for the end, the mold problem has normally never happened and nobody has complained. But given that we had a month of very intense rain ( the worst month in Italy in the last 100 year!!!) it could also be that we did not realize that there was a deterioration in this respect. Le rispondo perché non comprendo le sue lamentele e devo dirle che non le condivido Il check in è’ andato benissimo, Edoardo era davanti a casa che vi aspettava per mostrarvi la casa. Cosa non le è’ piaciuto? La strada per arrivare era in condizioni non buone perché il giorno prima c’è’ stata una terribile e violenta perturbazione che ha colpito gran parte dell’Italia con una pioggia che trattandosi di strade di campagna ha creato problemi significativi. Nei giorni immediatamente successivi abbiamo provveduto a riportarla in condizioni molto migliori. La casa come ogni anno al termine della stagione estiva dove viene abitata con continuità ha bisogno come da lei segnalato di piccole manutenzioni che verranno effettuate appena terminato l’afflusso di ospiti. Si tratta comunque di piccole cose che non credo le abbiano impedito di godere di un posto così bello e ben posizionato come da lei segnalato. Mi spiace che non tornerà nella nostra casa ma siamo sereni perché tutti gli clienti che abbiamo ospitato sono stati contenti e hanno apprezzato la casa, la posizione e i nostri servizi Cordiali saluti Daniela
