This Apartment offers Holidaymakers the possibility to enjoy your time on the beach soaking up the sun without stressing, as is only 150mts from the closet beach, shops, restaurants, chemist etc.... Great for families.
The Apartment is on the first floor but also has a lift. There are two bedrooms: one large double room with a small private balcony and one twin room. It also has 1 full bathroom with a shower enclosure and then there is a second facility with sink and WC. This modern apartment has a large kitchen area with its own breakfast bar, if you walk through the laundry area you can sit on the balcony and relax with a glass of red/white wine complete with a table and six chairs and an electric awning. The dining area has a large table and the sitting room area is complete with a sofa bed. All areas have A/C and wifi. There is also a private locked communal area where you can leave a rented bike in safety.
The property does NOT have private parking spaces but pubblic parking spaces are available along the steets. You can pay for daily ticket (but this is expensive) or you can buy a weekly subscription for around € 25.
