Schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Stadthaus in Deschutes Landing im Herzen des Old Mill District. Geh aus der Tür, entlang des Flusses zu allem, was die Alte Mühle zu bieten hat; Essen, Einkaufen, Kino, Amphitheater, Parks, Paddle Boards, Kajak fahren, Eislaufen, Laufstrecken, Radfahren etc. Das Stadthaus verfügt über eine Köche Küche, geräumige Wohn- und Esszimmer, Büroecke, Vorderdeck und Terrasse mit Gas Bar B Que. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Master-Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, separater Dusche und Badewanne und großer begehbarer Kleiderschrank im Obergeschoss. Zweite Suite im Obergeschoss mit Doppelbett, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und eigenem Bad mit Dusche. Hauptebene Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit 3/4 Badezimmer über die Halle. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit Memory-Foam-Matratze. Auf Sicht Parkplatz umfasst 2 Plätze in Tandem-Garage und eine Auffahrt Platz. The place is beautiful 3 bedroom 3 baths. Perfect location. Easy walk to a ton of restaurants and bars. Taphouse close by multiple food trucks. The owner was fun to talk to before staying. Awesome place. The neighbor loves to talk as well we talk golfing for awhile.

Well appointed and thoughtfully equipped

We love this area of Bend. Right next to the Old Mill district, and an easy walk to downtown. We have stayed in another Vrbo in Deschutes Landing, but this one was superior in the furnishings and especially the way it was equipped…great kitchen and and very thoughtfully supplied.

Great location and property

The Old Mill Getaway was a great property in a very convenient location. We appreciated having access to the river trail just across the street and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. The property itself was very clean and well appointed. We loved that each bedroom had its own full bath as well- huge bonus that can be hard to find! Communication with the owners was easy and timely. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful home

My husband, adult son and our friends enjoyed this comfortable home in the Old Mill. The house had a well appointed kitchen, lots of towels in the bathrooms, comfortable beds, a grill in back and front and back patios. We had a garage for our car and toys. We enjoyed being steps to the river and trail! We were also close to the Old Mill and downtown for shopping and dining. Definitely one of our best Vrbo experiences in Bend.

Great house in wonderful location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is clean, well taken care of, and we’ll stocked with the necessary kitchen utensils, etc. The location can’t be beat either! Walking distance to Old Mill and you can easily walk to put in inter tubes to float the river. Just a fantastic stay overall and we will definitely be back!

Excellent property in Old Mill District

The property was beautiful and had everything we could need. The kitchen was well stocked. The home has 3 lovely bedroom/baths with beautiful touches and nice amenities. It was very clean and orderly. The location was perfectly situated for all our activities. With access to the river trail right across the street, we could take leisurely walks every morning as well as have easy access to shopping and restaurants within a short distance. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking and tubing which were just a short drive from the house. Thank you Steve and Dawn for sharing your lovely home with us. We would definitely stay here again!

old mIll comfort.

This is a well equipped, comfortable unit. The location is excellent for either walking over to the Old Mill for the movies or Ben and Jerry's ice cream or meandering along the river. The kitchen is big enough to cook big meals for one's family and has all one needs to do so. Somehow we had missed that there are two flights of stairs required to get to the two major bedrooms. Luckily, the stair treads are wide and the angle is very comfortable. As elders, it was doable. There are comfortable reading chairs in both the spacious primary suite and the living room. I could not sit down to read for any length of time in the one in the living room without dozing off. Perfect, since at Bend's altitude, some of us require a bit of adjustment.

Wonderful stay in a great location!

This property is fantastic! It's located near lots of shopping, dining, and recreation. We used the river path to walk almost everywhere we went. The condo was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and was very welcoming. We were very comfortable there. The owners are great and were readily available for communication. We would love to stay here again!

Dawn and Steve grew up in Portland before moving to Seattle for work. For many years they returned to Central Oregon for vacations with their family. They are now retired and living in Bend and feel very fortunate to have this home in the heart of Bend to share with others. Being able to walk out the door for dinner, movies or shopping is spectacular. Honestly, they miss having this as their primary home in Bend. Running along the river whether in town or up river to where there is no development is truly a pleasure. What they love about Bend is all the year-round outdoor activities that make life exciting. They really enjoy the proximity to Mt. Bachelor, Phil's Trail, Smith Rock, the Amphitheater and Crater Lake. All of which provide some of the best outdoor activities you can find anywhere.

As previously mentioned, this home is centrally located in the heart of Bend. Families can walk out the door to so many activities year round. The Old Mill is absolutely beautiful with the Deschutes River and the Cascade Mountains as a back drop. The home itself is very cozy and comfortable no matter what time of year you visit.
