In 5 minutes, you can be in the Old Mill District where you can shop and dine to your hearts’ content along the scenic Deschutes River. On the other side of the river, take in live music at the Hayden Home Amphitheater set against the amazing views of the Cascade Range. The river itself is a desirable family-friendly destination, with river tubing, kayaking, and paddleboarding all exciting options. Pay a visit to downtown Bend, just 8 minutes away, and enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the local breweries and taprooms. For the outdoor enthusiasts among you, there are plenty of trailheads nearby for scenic hikes in and out of the Deschutes National Forest, or you can visit the extinct Pilot Butte volcano, a viewpoint offering panoramic views of the area. If you’ve come to the area for the fresh powder and challenging ski runs, Mt. Bachelor is a ½ hour drive away, making day trips to and from the slopes a breeze.

You’ll have your choice of wake-up assistants between the Keurig, French press, and drip coffee makers, and you can sip your fresh cup seated at the counter on high-top stools for 4 or take your beverage outside to the back deck where you’ll find comfortable outdoor seating perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air. Afternoons spent outdoors have never been more enjoyable than gathered around the firepit, preparing a delicious barbeque dinner on the provided grill, or soaking all your cares away in the bubbling hot tub.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a work desk with chair.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home is NOT pet friendly.

• Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.

• Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the garage and driveway. Street parking is permitted; however, guests must not block the neighbor’s driveways.

• NO PARTIES ALLOWED. If there are complaints and evidence of guests having parties, they are subject to eviction and/or fines.

• This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring security camera by the garage door, both monitoring the front exterior for home security purposes.

• Please be advised that a $25 hot tub fee will be applied to all reservations.



House Rules:

• This property is non-smoking. You will be charged fees to sanitize, restore, and clean the entire home and area affected.

• No Pets allowed.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Always observe quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am, and be respectful to neighbors.

• No parties are allowed at the property.



Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum.



West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
