Fantastic location, great host

We loved this apartment! It was extremely comfortable for our family of four, and the location was amazing--shops and cafes everywhere, short walk to the cathedral, beautiful area! The host was super helpful and nice.

The property was lovely but the property management communications were not prompt. they knew what time we expected to arrive but didn’t communicate with us as to the apartment being available so we had to store luggage unnecessarily. The person who let us into the apartment and gave us 4 keys didn’t give us the right key to our apartment so when we returned from dinner at 1030pm the key didn’t work. The after hours team was not concerned that they had made a mistake and continued to insist that we were wrong. we sent a video of the door not unlocking and finally they agreed to send a building manager (no details of who was coming as promised but 40-60 min wait sitting in a hallway in front of the locked door. The maintenance person arrived and spent about 20 minutes assisting us, no luck opening the door with the keys provided to us and he gave us a different key (we were in 2F, he believed that we were given the key to 3F). The maintenance person was very kind and apologetic unlike the after hours team. We have a video of him trying to open the door to no avail. once we had the correct key, we had no issues. Even the next day the property management team continued to insist that we were wrong rather than simply apologizing and getting us the proper keys.

Sorry to hear about your experience Maureen, The keys that was inside the apartment belonged to your apartment so we do not know what could have happened, since we do not manage any other apartment inside that building. Maybe the key got damaged from the last guest, But we have tried again the key and is working just fine. The next day of the incident we did apologized to you, because we knew it was an inconvenient trying to enter and waiting for assistance. But please remember that we helped you out and sorted the issue same night as soon as we could. Hope you had a good time in our beautiful city and you can come back and change your experience with us. Best regards

Family stay in Sevilla

Great apartment in great location. Super spacious for our family. Great air conditioning, especially inportant because it was super hot during our stay. We even appreciated the bottled water in the fridge waiting for us on arrival. Only recommendation would be for more pans (we found only one) in the kitchen for those that planned on cooking some like us.

Very nice

The apartment was located right in the heart of old town. Easy to walk and plenty of great restaurants. The food store was less than a block away and the apartment had everything we needed. Air in every room:) The Hommehome team was in constant communication and were great to work with. I would stay there again.

Very convenient

Manuel was an excellent communicator as we were making our way to Seville and were delayed by a couple of hours. He met us promptly at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment was very roomy and located within an easy walk to everything we want to see in Seville.

Really nice well equipped apartment in a great central location

Spacious, well equipped apartment in a good location. Easy, friendly check-in Shower is a bit feeble and takes ages to warm up, More coffee pods after the first day would have been appreciated.

Recomendable si buscas un apartamento equipado en el centro de Sevilla

La ubicación sobre todo, la comodidad (ideal para cuatro personas), el equipamiento y el servicio de check-in muy amable. Por decir algo: se podrían mejorar las griferías, el extractor del baño y dar dos juegos de llaves.
