Diese elegante Stadtwohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und bietet einen Panoramablick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Es gibt zwei Balkone, von denen einer neben dem Wohn- / Essbereich einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Mittelmeer bietet und der andere hinter den beiden Schlafzimmern Ruhe und Frieden mit Blick auf die benachbarten Gärten bietet.

Dieses 78 m² große moderne Apartment bietet ein hohes Maß an Komfort. Es verfügt über Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer, automatische Rollläden, Fußbodenheizung, Großbild-TV, DVD-Player, WLAN-Internetzugang, Telefon und Aufzug.

Der geräumige Wohn- / Essbereich verfügt über Originalparkett. Die amerikanische Designerküche verfügt über Marmorboden, Granitarbeitsplatte und ist komplett ausgestattet.

Wenn Sie durch den Korridor gehen, befindet sich das Hauptbadezimmer auf der linken Seite und verfügt über eine Badewanne in voller Größe mit Dusche, Toilette und großem Waschbecken. Es gibt auch in Lagereinheiten und eine Waschmaschine gebaut.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung und haben viel Stauraum. In jedem Schlafzimmer befinden sich 2 Einzelbetten, die zu 2 Doppelbetten zusammengestellt werden können. Das große Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Beide Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang zum hinteren Balkon.

In den Wintermonaten ist in der gesamten Wohnung eine Fußbodenheizung vorhanden.

PARKPLATZ:
Die Wohnung hat keinen Parkplatz. Der nächste öffentliche Parkplatz heißt "Palais Massena" und befindet sich neben dem Negresco Hotel. Sonderpreise können bei der Ankunft am Parkbüro erworben werden - 7-Tage-Ticket kostet ca. 110 Euro.

Wegbeschreibung: Die meisten Fluggesellschaften fliegen jetzt den internationalen Flughafen Nizza an.
Fähren kommen in Nizza von St. Tropez, Korsika und Italien.
Alle Autovermietungen haben ihren Sitz im Terminal 2.

Der Bus Nr. 98 fährt alle 20 Minuten vom Flughafen ab (Kosten 6 €) und bringt Sie gegenüber der Wohnung (Fahrzeit ca. 15 Minuten) zum Grosso / C. U. M halt an der Promenade.

Amazing ocean views

This was our family’s first time in Nice and we loved our apartment! The ocean views and easy access to the beach and promenade was worth the price. Grocery stores were conveniently close by. Spacious enough for our family of four. Highly appreciated the supérate washer and dryer!

What a place

Had a super experience in Nice made all the better with location of the apartment. Ideal if you like relaxing, people watching and close to the necessary amenities, within close proximity to tram for that all important visit to the port. Apartment had everything we needed.

A Nice Time in Nice

Perfect Stay

What a fabulous apartment! 4 ladies of a certain age enjoying a “girls” break in beautiful Nice. We couldn’t have chosen a better apartment, it had everything we needed and Lorna (her Mum & the dog) made us so welcome. The proximity of the tram stop, supermarket, bus stops and an amazing Boulangerie make this a fabulous place to stay in Nice. We’ll definitely coming back.

Location and view were great and the apartment was spacious and clean, however, it lacked some supplies and the traffic noise from the balcony was almost intolerable.

Perfect little spot to walk to the site sod nice. Very cosy and the kitchen has all essentials. Very quiet with the doors closed but the. Oh balcony allows you to enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing View!!!

The apartment is centrally located with a tram service in the back and grocery store and bakery only one block away. The balcony has a table and four chairs which was perfect for my husband and me and our daughter and her husband. Great place to have coffee or tea in the morning. Kitchen was well equipped. We recommend it.

Perfect setting with great views of the Med.

A return to this apartment again this year & it doesn't disappoint. Ideal for 2 x couples & fully equipped. A great, friendly reception from Lorna & you're good to go. Ideally positioned with a short walk into the old town, which oozes character & 100 yards from the beach & toes in the Med! A short walk & you're in easy reach of a supermarket, a fantastic patisserie & the city tram system that runs from the airport to the port. Bring on 2024..

We arrived and it was storming down rain. We didn't care we were in Nice! No more rain for the rest of the week. We loved the location and the view was sublime. Lorna, her mom and cute little pup greeted us. They gave us oodles of information. A wonderful restaurant is La Crocodile, only a few blocks down. The best puttanesca I've ever had. The French people are wonderful. So nice. Be sure to make a quick trip to the market in Ventimiglia, Italy. Suffice to say we absolutely adored Nice, the people and their culture.

Home away from home

What a beautiful, relaxing apartment! The views alone were spectacular! We loved the balcony and enjoyed breakfast and afternoon drinks watching people stroll on the Promenade and listening to the waves crashing the shore. With the balcony doors open, there was a wonderful breeze that cooled the entire apartment. We went to the beach often and the pads provided really helped! The location is near to stores and restaurants and was walking distance to everything we needed. Inside the apartment was perfect! Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was so well stocked with plenty of utensils for cooking. Although we didn’t watch tv or movies or play games, there seemed to be a good collection which would come in handy on a rainy day. The bedroom air conditioners were handy for sleeping, the beds were comfy, and the rooms had a smaller balcony. We had a washer and a dryer, so it really was like being at home. We highly recommend this apartment and really hope we can return.

Amazing view.

The apartment is in a very good location, on Promenade des Anglais, across some beaches and close to the famous hotel Negresco. The view from the main terrace is amazing. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Kate was helpful and efficient with the booking process and various info on the touristic sites. We didn’t like that although this is a 2 bedroom apartment, we had to pay for linen and towels in the second bedroom. The unpleasant part was the lack of air conditioning in the living room. During the day we were out, but in the evenings, we couldn’t open all the terraces doors to circulate the air, due to the insects which invaded the rooms. It is a shame that this couldn’t be fixed before our arrival.

The communication and service was first class, with 3 of us coming for rugby world cup in Nice, one of us early, which Lorna in touch to allow the first well before check in. Mark was in touch before to rejig the apartment to suit us perfectly, and they allowed a late leaver to leave luggage for a late flight (I would assume they wouldn't always be able to do this, but was a great help) The apartment was absolutely lovely, with a big balcony/terrace at the front and a balcony at the back for the bedrooms. Flat was spotless, with good beds , very nice kitchen etc and everything that was needed, including beach stuff/loungers etc. Very roomy, quiet and very good quality. Black out blinds, very good quality stuff, and despite it being on the prom (what a view!) There wasn't noise at night. Very quiet block with a caretaker, this is good quality, with plenty nearby ( boulangerie, supermarket, cafes etc) and the tram stop is 2 minutes away which takes you everywhere, old town is a stroll away anyway, beach across the street. Nice is a fantastic city, all three of us have the details and will come back with partners etc All in all, fantastic, thanks Mark and Lorna

Amazing - Outstanding

Wow - this was the best place ever. A spotless apartment with an amazing covered balcony overlooking the Mediterranean! What more did we need - but we got so much more. Kate greeted us and provided a great overview of Nice and the surrounding area. She was so willing to answer questions about the area even before we arrived. The two bedrooms and pull-out couch were perfect for the five of us. The bedrooms were at the back of the apartment and opened up to another rear balcony. And the air conditioning was the perfect touch for a good night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped and really lovely to use. The location was perfect - just a few blocks from the famous Negresco Hotel on the Promenade. We walked everywhere in Nice and drove to Cannes, Monaco and crossed the border into Italy - all within a 45 minute drive. But you really don't need a car as the public transportation is so great. Our best memories of Nice are having our breakfast and evening wine sitting on the balcony watching the people and the Mediterranean. The people of Nice were all so wonderful and helpful – especially our Kate. Thanks so much Kate!
