Spektakuläre gehobene Wohnung in der 1. Etage direkt am Strand in der Gegend "Goldcoast" von Ocean City. Unser Haus steht nur Familien zur Verfügung. Dieses exquisit eingerichtete Anwesen verfügt über einen weitläufigen, offenen Grundriss, der bequem Platz für 13 Personen bietet. Zur Ausstattung gehören 5 Fernseher, ein Aufzug und ein direkter Zugang über die Dünen zum Strand.

Property is in the best location of Ocean City (IMO) & right on beach. The views are absolutely amazing from the common space. Grandkids and the beach

Beautiful spacious home in a peaceful setting. Large porch off living area with dining table and chairs as well as very comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Nicely kept backyard for the kids to play bocce and toss a football around. A few minor problems were handled by the management. Great home!

Perfect House for a Perfect Beach Vacation

What an amazing trip! This house is truly in the best location in Ocean City, New Jersey. It is a 30 second walk, which is beautiful, down to the beach from the house. We could watch the ocean with every single meal we had outdoors on the spacious deck, and could hear the waves as we went to sleep. This property is in great shape, adjacent to everything one would want, including two blocks from the boardwalk, if that’s your thing. The property, Housekeeper and owners are incredible communicators and followed through on anything we needed. Our vacation was restful and awesome and yours will be too.

Great vacation property

My family--me, my husband, two adult children, their spouses, and three grandchildren 3 and under--had a splendid beach vacation at this property. Dave and Max were very attentive and helpful when we had questions. It is 2.5 blocks to the OC boardwalk, which was fabulous. The house is oceanfront with a short, private path to the beach. We loved that the property was all on one level since we had small children. The living spaces were spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. One of the best things was the huge covered deck that also contained our toddlers and was a lovely place to eat meals, even during a shower. The oceanside yard has a beautiful flat lawn surrounded by flowering plants. We were able to play bubbles with the kids and set up a splash pad here for them. There is off-street parking for three cars and we were able to charge our two EVs in the garage (level 1 charger). I did bring my own coffee pot because we did not want to use a Keurig; it would be nice if the house had both. The second fridge in the garage was very helpful for storing drinks and overflow. Everyone in the family absolutely loved the property, its amenities and layout, and OCNJ in general. We can't wait to return.

Fall Family Getaway

From beginning to end, our stay in OC was incredible. My 89 year old parents have not been down to their favorite shore town in just over 3 years due to physical issues. So my family and I took them down for a long weekend. My parents both use walkers so the elevator was the perfect for them getting up to the first floor. The house is very spacious, so walking from room to room was great for them. There were a total of 13 of us and no one seemed to be on top of one another. The open concept kitchen/living room provided a spectacular entertainment space, and the 70" TV was a perfect way to watch the Phillies clinch a berth into the World Series. What can I say about the views! 2 mornings of clear skies gave us spectacular sunrises over the ocean right from the back deck. This house, is as advertised. Communicating with Dave and Max were excellent, They were great at getting back to me quickly from the day we booked to the day we got into the house. I highly recommend renting this house based on our family experience.

Fantastic generational family vacation

This was the best experience ever of bringing our children and grandkids to Ocean City (and we’ve been coming on and off for years). This house had more amenities than it listed. There are numerous bicycles in great shape, beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, as well as games for kids in the house. Huge kitchen, dining room, and living room where we could spread out and an incredible large shady deck with a lovely view of flora and fauna as well as the ocean. It was also spotlessly clean on our arrival- which we’ve had issues with in past rentals. Another aspect we greatly appreciated was Max got back to us in minutes when we had a question or two.

Great stay, beautiful property

We stayed fir a long weekend off season yo celebrate a milestone birthday. Our group, ranged in age from 13-78. The home was beautifully appointed and had a spectacular view. We were blessed with great weather, and loved the proximity to the beach, which was enjoyed by both the sunbathers and beachcomber among us. The covered porch was amazing all day long and the great room and kitchen perfect for group meal prep and enjoyment. We took several bike rides to the boardwalk in the mornings with the bikes in the garage. Elevator was a blessing for my 78yo mom but easy trip up the stairs for everyone else. Location of bedrooms worked well to allow some to be early to bed or early to rise without disturbing others Owners were great at answering questions and check in and out was easy. We loved every moment!

Spacious and Clean!

My wife and I met our families here for a long weekend. The property was super clean and had a nice open layout kitchen/living room area allowing everyone to hang out comfortably. We came in November so didn’t get to take advantage of the beach, but still had a great time. The owner is easy to communicate with and always responds quickly.

Ocean City Getaway

This home was perfect for our team to have a great retreat. The home had spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was also in great shape. Brand new hardwood floors, spacious kitchen and dinning area, and a deck with breath taking views. The owner was also great to work with, allowing us to check in early and ensured that all of our needs were taken care of.

Great Ocean Front and Ocean View

The house is very nice and well laid out. The balcony has a lot of seating and a wonderful table for evening dinners outside. The view of the ocean can be seen from the inside as well as the balcony. Well located in Ocean City, not far from the boardwalk. Dave and Max were easy to work with and answered questions quickly. The house is well equipped in the kitchen and with beach chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

Amazing House!

This house is absolutely stunning, there were 9 of us and we all had enough room where we were not crowded on top of each other. It was the easiest exchange of keys and passwords for the door. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for luxury with a beachfront view. A+++

very highly recommended house, on the beach with an outstanding coastal view. The house looks like been decorated by a professional in where everything matches with high distinction and good taste. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner has a very quick and prompt response to any question or concern, almost always with an instantaneous response. He is kind and polite.
