Perfect for our family's OCNJ vacation

Everything was perfect for our stay. The location was great. The house was just what we needed. Spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Huge refrigerator space. Nice outside area with space for eating or playing. Quick reply from host when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion at your location. Kitchen is modern and spacious. Love the 2 refrigerators and washer / dryer availability. Fenced in yard was great along with the side covered porch.

Great location and property for a reunion!

This is our third time staying here for our annual college friend reunion. The house is great for a large group as it has multiple rooms that each have their own bathroom! The house is only a few easy blocks from the beach and the town has several restaurants and coffee shops open in the winter.

We are a group of 14, couples in their 60's. The house was perfect for our group. Each couple had a bedroom with bath. The kitchen/dining area could accommodate all of us. It is a few blocks from the boardwalk and from downtown. We will certainly look to rent again

Enjoyable Stay

A large group of us stayed at this rental and we had a great time! The location is very nice, the host communicated with us well and the house was big enough to accommodate us all. We loved the kitchen and that all of the bedrooms had a bathroom. As with any older house this one had some interesting quirks and we had a couple maintenance issues/cleaning issues that we took care of! Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Classic Ocean City

Great location, central to beach / boardwalk, shopping, track. Wonderful classic Ocean City home with great layout for our Cross Country Team and parents, and including the updated kitchen making it easy to prepare meals for the small army of high school kids. We had a really wonderful week.

Great location, could use some love

The good - Perfect location, great setup for large groups. Good communication with owner. Beautiful older home but beds are very uncomfortable and there ere some carpets that have seen better days.

Great house for lots of people

This is our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The house is perfect for large groups as each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a nice long dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. February is a quiet month in town, but there are still a number of restaurants and coffee places open within close walking distance. The house is also only a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk (and the big candy store!) so plenty to see on a walk. We will definitely be back!

A nice, comfortable vacation spot. An older property needing some touch up, mostly painting. Accommodates 12 people effectively. Some bathrooms are a bit awkward, small size and slanting roof lines, but okay for a visit. Great location. Helpful host easy to work with.

Perfect space and great location

This is a great place for a large family. We enjoyed our stay. The beds weren’t luxury, but it was nice that everyone had their own bathroom. The dining table and living room is great for large groups. The location is great. Most walked to the boardwalk and beach, and sometimes for a bite to eat. The outdoor space is great too. We hung out with the kids in the yard a lot. The two large refrigerators in the kitchen were awesome to have. Thank you!

A Perfect Easter Weekend

Our family could not have imagined a better weekend than this past weekend spent in OC at this big beautiful home! Our family of 20 celebrated Easter here, enjoying meals at the huge dining room table, gathered together in the family room, and easily strolled up to the boardwalk. Weekend getaway with friends

This property is a great place to stay with multiple families. Each bedroom has its own bath. The house is an older style house but very nicely decorated. Table was large enough for meals. Plenty of kitchen supplies. The showers are a little small but for a weekend doable! Highly recommend.

Very rude property Manage

This stay could have been way better. The place was clean and in a nice neighborhood about a few blocks away from the water. Though it did say the heat in the home was monitored and she didn’t want it passed 70 degrees my guests were freezing including myself. I did turn up the heat a bit because it was uncomfortable because of how cold It was in the home. She messaged me and she turned it back down. I left it alone and let me guest know not to touch the heat any longer even though we were cold. It’s a big house so it would be good for her to allow the heat to go up a bit more in the colder months. When she complained about the heat being too high she said she couldn’t even bare the heat to be that high but we are different people when it comes to body temperature, what you can’t handle other may be able too. As she allowed myself and my guest a few extra hours to stay on our check out day (which her response to me asking that was sarcastic but I ignored it and still stayed polite)I wanted to clean We cleaned and left the place IMMACULATE (when she has cleaning people the I PAY because it’s in the fee) she texts me from her number 2 days later with the most NASTY message about how her home was left a mess, she said we left the door open and she allowed me to stay extra, monitored the heat all weekend and she will never rent to me again. I was CONFUSED because we left that home like a hotel. SHES A LIAR and miserable woman. Take video footage before you leave if you stay

Perfect for a reunion

We loved our time here! It was a perfect spot for a reunion of old friends. Clearly this was a bed and breakfast at some time which made it very convenient for couples as everyone had their own bathroom. The house is only a few blocks from the boardwalk in one direction and shops/restaurants in the other- great location! The kitchen looked like it had just been redone, the dishwasher was brand new. There are 2 refrigerators, so definitely plenty of space! Instructions on trash/recycling was a little confusing as the cans were a mess, and the vacuums did not work that well, but otherwise checkout/clean up was easy. They do require you to bring all your own linens and paper products, as well as vacuuming and wiping everything down. But with everyone helping it didn't take long. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

Scott and Jen Wilson currently live in PA. We have two teenage daughters and since they were babies we have spent one week each summer in Ocean City with our very large family. We all enjoy being together and like to eat meals together and speaking from many years of experience this house is perfect for large family reunions. Invite Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, friends and make wonderful memories.

I cherish my memories of our annual family vacations in Ocean City NJ. I want everyone to have the same opportunity as our family to spend quality time enjoying the beach, boardwalk, rides, downtown, bike riding, good food, good laughs, family games & more. Even the not so funny at the time things make me laugh looking back now.

It was always a problem finding a home to rent big enough to hold all of us, in fact we end up renting three homes near each other. This house is unique because every bedroom has its own bathroom! From the porch you can see the wonderland pier Ferris wheel. On forth of July you can also watch the fireworks from the porch. It is close to all the action 1 block to the boardwalk on Atlantic Ave and between 6th and 7th street.
