Atemberaubend schöne, neue (Baujahr 2018) Ferienwohnung in Ocean City, NJ, die die beste auf der Insel ist!

Das Hotel liegt am Strandblock (E. 9th Street), im Zentrum von allem, nur eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand / der Promenade entfernt und zentral zu allem, was OC zu bieten hat. Wir befinden uns direkt gegenüber von Augie's Omelette, Waffle House and Grill.

Mit kostenpflichtigen Parkplätzen an diesem idealen Standort bieten wir 3 Parkplätze abseits der Straße (Sie können 2 in die Garage und 1 in die Auffahrt passen). Sobald Sie ankommen, können Sie bequem parken und alle Vorteile von Ocean City nutzen, ohne irgendwo hin zu fahren. Sie müssen nicht einmal eine Straße überqueren, um zur Promenade / zum Strand zu gelangen!

Privater Aufzug inklusive! Dies ist ein einzigartiges Hotel auf den obersten 2 Ebenen mit 3 vollständig eingerichteten, übergroßen Balkonen (einer davon in der Master Suite mit einem Bistro-Set und zwei Chaiselongues, einer im Wohnzimmer mit erweiterten Essmöglichkeiten im Freien und einer Terrasse) Schaukel und 1 großes, voll möbliertes Deck auf der 3. Etage für Familienfeiern. Wir haben bei der Einrichtung dieses Ferienhauses keine Kosten gescheut, damit Sie und Ihre Familie die bestmögliche Zeit ohne Sorgen verbringen können.

Diese Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen Aufzug, 5 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Suiten (eine auf jeder Ebene), 4 Badezimmer und eine Außendusche für eine einfache Reinigung nach dem Strand. Wir verfügen über modernste Technologie im gesamten Gerät. Jedes unserer Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Samsung 4K LED Smart-Fernseher und einen Wecker mit USB-Ladeanschluss für Ihre Telefone. Der offene Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 65-Zoll-Samsung-4K-Smart-TV, 3 Schlafzimmer über einen 55-Zoll-Samsung-4K-Smart-TV, 1 über einen 43-Zoll-Samsung-Smart-TV und das Etagenschlafzimmer über einen 32-Zoll-Samsung-Smart-TV. Wir haben auch ein Upgrade auf ein Premium HD-Kabelpaket mit Hochgeschwindigkeits-WIFI im ganzen Haus durchgeführt (keine toten Stellen, da wir ein ORBI-WIFI-Erweiterungssystem für das ganze Haus verwenden).

Die geräumige Küche verfügt über modernste Edelstahlgeräte mit Quarzarbeitsplatten und einen Frühstücksbereich mit 4 Hockern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Kochutensilien, die Sie benötigen. Das Esszimmer hat einen massiven Tisch für 10 Personen und das Wohnzimmer hat 2 Dreisitzer-Sofas (eines mit ausziehbarem Schlafsofa) und 2 bequeme Akzentstühle.

Die moderne Eleganz dieses Strandhauses und seine unschlagbare Lage (Strandblock im Herzen von Ocean City) machen es zum perfekten Urlaubsort!

Um Ihren Urlaub zu sichern, benötigen wir einen kurzfristigen Mietvertrag sowie die erste von zwei Zahlungen, die innerhalb von sieben Tagen nach Erhalt an uns zurückgesandt werden. Wir senden Ihnen den Mietvertrag per E-Mail und Sie werden ihn prüfen und unterschreiben. Sie senden uns dann die unterzeichnete Vereinbarung zusammen mit der ersten Zahlung zurück. Die erste Zahlung beinhaltet 50% des Mietpreises und die Reinigungs- / Wäscheservice-Gebühr. Die zweite und letzte Zahlung ist 30 Tage vor Ihrem Check-in-Datum fällig und beinhaltet den Restbetrag sowie eine erstattbare Kaution in Höhe von 500 USD (wird nach 7 Werktagen nach Ihrem Check-out zurückerstattet).

Family, winter beach weekend

Our group was three generations getting together for a long weekend. Ages 21-90. Having the elevator was a big plus. Location is fantastic! About 1/2 a block from the boardwalk. Unit was very clean and well stocked. Having linens provided was a huge plus. Unit very much as pictured in the listing. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Would definitely like to return during the summer. Great house that was perfect for our group!

Nice place!

So I will start with the great things about this home, which there are many!First, it has an elevator which was incredibly helpful. It goes from the garage to the 3rd floor.1st floor is actually the garage and foyer, 2nd floor is the kitchen, dining, living room, Queen bedroom en suite, Queen bedroom & a hall bathroom (shower) the 3rd floor is the King bedroom suite with bathroom (shower) balconies on each side.Really nice setup and plenty of room.Now for some suggestions, the mattresses which in the queen rooms and king room are good quality, however, the plastic mattress protectors ( which I know are vital) are extremely HOT! My suggestion would be to add a quilted mattress pad on top to keep you from sticking to the sheets. The sheets are very thin.The unit says there are 2 thermostat controllers but we only found 1. If it’s comfortable on the 2nd floor, it’s extremely hot on the 3rd floor, not sure how to remedy that. Next is the living room furniture, all pieces of furniture are stained. We didn’t even sit on them. I would suggest a professional cleaning or replacing the furniture. Lastly, I felt a little odd coming in and noticing the receptacles had been taken out. I would have liked a notification that someone would be coming to take the trash or let us know what day is trash pickup day. I just felt weird knowing someone was in there while we rented it. Other than that, everything did work, we did not experience any mechanical problems with the property.

25 of my husband’s family stayed in this home alongside the neighboring property. The house was well decorated, very clean, fully stocked, and Kim and Steve communicated very well during the booking process and our stay. The close proximity to the boardwalk allowed the kids to be independent. I highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

Surprise birthday trip

Our family surprised my husband with this trip for his 70th birthday and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to rent! The house is wonderful. It was spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed, especially for the beach! The elevator was such a great help all week. And we can’t say enough positive things about the location!! Between being able to quickly walk to the boardwalk and beach and so many restaurants, it was ideal. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient! It was a perfect week!

Thanksgiving 2023 with Family

Beach Block Home was absolutely perfect for my family get together. The location in Ocean City, made it easy for my Connecticut daughter and Maryland son to join us. From the moment we arrived from Florida, I knew all would be great. My husband is handicapped and has little use of his legs. The elevator made access to all the floors of the home, manageable for him. It also helped me. I did not have to carry suitcases and groceries up several flights of stairs. The number of bedrooms and baths was wonderful as it gave everyone space. I appreciated the televisions and the variety of channels. We did have a bit of rain and between the games and the programs on the TV, no one complained. The home was stocked with spices and pots and pans so cooking was a breeze. My only concern is the bath tub. It probably needs re-caulking as there is some discoloration. It was important to have it as my grandchildren who are two and four needed to use it. An important asset and I was thankful it was there. Your home made our Thanksgiving 2023 Reunion happen and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

70th Birthday Trip

My friends and I had an awesome time staying at this beautiful house in Ocean City. There were 8 of us celebrating a 70th birthday. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the linen service. We didn’t do any cooking but it looked like everything was provided if you wanted to. The house was close to everything, a block to the beach and boardwalk and a few blocks to plenty of shopping. The elevator made checkin and checkout so much easier. The hosts were always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property and the others owned by the hosts. We stayed at one of their other properties two years ago and it was equally beautiful.

Fantastic Stay

We truly enjoyed our time at this property! Three families stayed there and we were very comfortable, the place was clean and nice. Great Stay!

Do not hesitate to book this property for your next vacation. I do too much research before deciding where to book a stay and this one did not disappoint. You cannot beat the location since it is a 1-2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. The street the house is on is also right in the middle of the boardwalk so you dont have to walk far to get most places. It’s also a quick walk to Asbury Ave where all the shops and restaurants are. Although the street in front of the house is pretty busy, you would never know when youre inside of the house. It is very quiet. Bonus: the house is right across the street from an amazing breakfast place called Augie’s. The elevator that goes to every level is amazing for moving all of your luggage especially when you have little kids too. The rooms are spacious and there are a ton of bathrooms so showering after the beach is never an issue. This place has it all.

Location was excellent and everything was great. Plenty of space and having an elevator was very helpful.

A family vacation within walking distance of beach Nice property and location. Description said high chair but there wasn’t any which was a hassle and beach equipment cart very very old and did t work Comfy beds washer was broken for five out of seven days but we made it work

We grew up going to "the Jersey" beaches and have loved taking our daughter there each summer to enjoy the amazing benefits of Ocean City. When we were looking to invest in a beach home, we searched for the perfect location that would be the most convenient, most beautiful and very kid-friendly. I designed the home with an unbelievable modern take on beach elegance! We love that you don't have to cross any streets with your children to get to the boardwalk and/or beach. We also love that there is a PRIVATE ELEVATOR and 3 fully furnished decks for your pleasure: one large deck on the upper floor for entertaining and lounging for the entire family, one off of the living room to eat breakfast and relax with a cup of coffee, and one off of the upper level master suite with a bistro set and two chaise lounges to relax in the evening!

When thinking about the many vacations we've taken with our family, we wanted to offer the most stress-free, convenient vacation to our guests. Though most homes do not offer linen service, we provide fresh bedding/linens for all beds in the home as well as sheets and blankets to be used, if needed, for the two queen sleeper sofas in the living room. We also provide towels for all bathrooms for the week, 12 beach towels and 12 beach tags for your convenience. We want you to relax and pack the necessities: snacks, bathing suits and yourselves!
