Thank you very much for your review. All comments are appreciated and where appropriate they will be acted on. Upstairs, the master bedroom is HUGE with the en-suite jacuzzi bath with stunning views towards the sea. Off this bedroom is a large sunny terrace with the same views. The other 2 bedrooms are also upstairs and are still well sized (double bedrooms). These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. You describe the downstairs as OK. The open plan living area is extremely spacious with a well equipped kitchen, a dining table and chairs, comfortable leather sofas and a patio doors out to your own large sunny terrace with wonderful views. The "set top box" is totally unique and provides 1000s of channels from around the world in every single language. There are more channels here than anyone would have access to in their own home - in their own language. Air con is available from June onwards - just as advertised. The large pool (yes just one pool as advertised) has amazing views and is heated in winter - just as advertised. The owner and the on-site staff in the bar / restaurant speak several languages including English. I think you may be getting confused as the maintenance man only speaks Spanish so you could not have had a conversation with him about the pool temperature. The bar / restaurant has quickly established itself as one of the best in the area. It has an excellent reputation and people love dining or just having a drink watching the sun go down whilst admiring the stunning and unrivalled views. I can only assume the basement area you refer too is the underground car park! Tenerife is an hot county and whilst we maintain the highest possible standards, there is no establishment on the island that could ever promise you wouldn't see the odd cockroach. This is extremely rare in this very clean, modern and very well maintained complex - but in a climate such as this it is always a possibility. We do find it hard to believe that in your 15 years of coming to the island that you have never seen a "pest " until now. I would doubt in the 15 years you have been coming to Tenerife that you have stayed in a property that has such glorious views. Amarilla Golf Villas and this particularly unit is modern, clean, spacious and offers high quality accommodation. We want everyone to have the best experience possible. We respect everyones views and we are sure that future reviews will be as good as the previous ones.

Thank you for the lovely review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at Amarilla Golf Villas. You certainly had amazing weather! Unit 1 is currently the only villa we have without air con. This will now not be required for the winter (it has fans to keep you cool) but this will be installed for next summer. The pool is heated from October onwards. Thank you also for your comments about our bar / restaurant. This is gaining a very good local reputation and is a lovely place to eat / drink whilst enjoying the wonderful views.
