Location and surroundings:Victoria City Center offers the perfect balance between central location and tranquility, as it faces the inner courtyard of the block, away from the street noise. Just a few meters away is El Corte Inglés, one of the largest department stores in Barcelona, as well as Las Ramblas, the famous pedestrian avenue full of life, terraces, street performers, and iconic shops of the city. Paseo de Gracia, with its modernist architecture and the works of Antoni Gaudí, is also nearby, offering a unique cultural experience. The Gothic Quarter and El Borne are also within walking distance, with their narrow medieval streets, charming squares, trendy boutiques, cafés, and restaurants.
Apartment description:Upon entering the apartment, guests are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room with glass doors that open onto a small balcony with a table and chairs. Next to the living area is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a laundry area with a washer and dryer.On this floor there are three bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a walk-in closet, and two additional double bedrooms with single beds. One of these rooms is accessed via a spiral staircase, which is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or small children.A modern bathroom with white marble and glass finishes completes this floor, adding both style and functionality.
The upper floor features two additional double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, adding character and charm to the space. There is also a full bathroom with a shower, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.
The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, crockery, cutlery, and a dishwasher. Although there is no private parking, a public car park is located just 250 meters away with easy access.
During their stay, guests can enjoy a personalized concierge service available to assist with any request, such as transfer bookings, private chefs, tours, or activities in Barcelona, ensuring a comfortable, exclusive, and worry-free experience.
Important Information: 1) Victoria City Center is located in a residential area, so guests must respect the neighbors’ nighttime rest. 2) The property has a 200-liter hot water tank. 3) The person signing the rental contract upon arrival must be over 25 years old. 4) A late check-in fee applies according to arrival time: after 20:00: 15 € / after 22:00: 20 € / after 00:00: 30 €. 5) Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay overnight; additional guests will incur an extra charge. 6) Security deposit: 350 €, charged only by credit card upon arrival if required by Victoria Barcelona Properties.
For all our guests we provide: Three sets of keys, bed linen, bath towels and hand towels per person, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, washer, dryer, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
