Das 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer wurde komplett aktualisiert und neu gestaltet. Der Meister hat ein Kingsize-Bett; das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und zwei Etagenbetten. Das Master-Bad verfügt über einen Step-in-Dusche und das Gäste-WC hat eine Badewanne / Dusche. Das Sofa ist ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Der Golf-Vorderansicht ist erstaunlich. Die Einheit ist auch in der Nähe des Aufzugs. Die Küche ist mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und Geräten aus Edelstahl aktualisiert.
Der Komplex verfügt über einen Innen / beheizten Außenpool und einen Whirlpool. Es gibt auch einen Bereich für Grillen im Freien mit Gas und Holzkohlegrills zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Komplex befindet sich in zentraler Lage zwischen Gulf Shores und Orange Beach ... nur 2 Meilen zum Supermarkt.

Die Anlage verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze, einschließlich überdachter Parkplätze.

We really enjoy this complex due to it not being as crowded as other spots. We had a beach front view for the first time, and it was great. Highly recommend this unit.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The view from our room was perfect. We were able to see fireworks while in the balcony. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was the skillets everything stuck to them even with oil. We had our own just in case.

Beautiful view

I really loved the location and the view was the best.The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint was the coffee pot looked old with rust stains so i never used it and the bed wasn't comfortable to me but that's just personal preference. It could use some deep cleaning and some fresh paint..but I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great long weekend with 2 of our Grand daughters.We've stayed in many of the units in Harbor Place over the years and always had a great experience. This unit is direct ocean front and we loved it. Communication with the owners was great and everything went very smoothly. The beds are beyond comfortable and we loved the chairs on the balcony! Would definately stay here again if our timing is right.

Great Place

The condo was a great place to stay. Beautiful views and a quiet place to stay on the beach. The condo was clean and had amazing views. The facility (hallways, pool area, etc) could use some TLC or renovation. Carpet in the hallways need replacing. Grilling area worked out great. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking for the week! All in all, it was a good stay!

Great condo in quiet building!

We had a great time and would rent this condo again. Everything was as described and clean when we arrived. The building is smaller and on a quieter part of Orange Beach, but you can still get to stores and restaurants in 5 to 10 min. My girls enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool. I enjoyed not having to haul everything for the day to the beach, because it was so easy to run back to the condo for anything we needed. We rented beach chairs, which was convenient, but I didn't like not being able to pick my spot. As for the condo, the king bed was super comfy, and we spent lots of time on the balcony. I cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. As with any vacation rental, I always pack one good chef's knife and a non-stick pan. I used the dishwasher every night so clean up was easy. The building was quiet and other guests seemed to be mostly families. I highly recommend if you're looking for a fun OB getaway!

Great Located ok condo

The location of this condo ans the view from the living, and masterbedroom are fantastic. That took some attention away from the overall condition of the condo. We did find a couple of insects in the floor when we arrived. Several dishes were not clean in the cabinets. Location location location

The location is just fantastic. It right on the beach. The indoor / outdoor pool was perfect for the kids and hot tub was an added bonus. It was not as clean as expected based on reviews. The refrigerator seal on the bottom wouldn't keep fridge cold because door wouldn't seal. After putting a case of bottled water against door, that was solved. My kids were not happy that the Wi-Fi was not working most of the trip. Yes, I know we were on vacation, but the evenings would have been more enjoyable for us parents if the Wi-Fi worked for the kiddos...lol! The balcony had seating for four that was prefect. It was wonderful to sit outside on the balcony and hear and see the ocean. Overall, I would stay again.

Personally, I love Orange Beach. We have been staying at the Harbour Place for the last 6 years that we have been coming to Orange Beach. This is our third time in 212, which I can say it has been overall our favorite room! Looking forward to many more years coming to Harbour Place! 😍

Overall it was a pretty good stay, although there were a couple of issues with cleanliness. The owner acknowledged the issue and made it right. Nice older condo, great location directly on the beach. I had some super noisy neighbors upstairs, making it difficult to sleep in late. But other than a couple of mishaps, I had a great time.

We are Ron and Christy Cockrell. We live locally in Foley so we available and attentive to individual guests needs. We use Vrbo to rent our 3 condos. We like being hosts because we are able to give personal attention to each and every guest.

Harbour Place is a quaint, 65-unit smaller complex. Our condo is on the 2nd floor next to the elevator and the staircase. It's an easy walk to the pool and boardwalk. Harbour Place offers covered parking, as well as a large parking lot in front of the complex.

Harbour Place is located on the west side of Orange Beach close to the Gulf State park. You are close to shopping and restaurants in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Outdoor pool with swim-under to the Indoor pool. There is also a hottub.
