Wir haben diese Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern gekauft, als wir uns in die Lage, die Qualität der Einheit und des Komplexes und die Aussicht verliebt haben: Sie können kilometerlangen Strand und wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge sehen! Dies ist eine wunderschöne Gegend mit 30 Meilen von weißen Stränden mit Zuckersand, Hunderten von Restaurants und Tiefsee-Charterbooten und vielen Aktivitäten für Erwachsene und Kinder. Wenn Sie gerne Golf spielen, können Sie einen Monat lang jeden Tag neun verschiedene Löcher spielen, ohne eines zu wiederholen! Wir verwalten auch eine andere Einheit am Harbour Place. Wonderful Vacation

Everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. The condo was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Our family highly recommends this condo and we will definitely be back!

If you have an issue, nothing is her fault

We have stayed here multiple times. Usually no problem. The HOA upgraded the sliding glass doors for all of the building so it's much nicer. The view is beautiful, and Orange Beach and Harbour Place is a location we love. But, we had an issue with the TV's (all of them) and the owner didn't know the correct place to call and then they had to come and fix it and that was half a day of waiting. The owner offered not even a Thank You. Just told me that it wasn't her fault the TV wasn't working. With that philosophy nothing that happens is her fault. The TV's worked for a day then broke again and I let her know they weren't working and she called the company and informed me that they were coming back the next day. Again, no thank you for letting me know, etc. The TV's stopped working again in a day but we just let it go as we didn't want to waste more vacation days. So the property is clean, the location is nice and check in was fine. It was by far the worst interaction I have had with an owner in a long time. Just poor customer service.

Beautiful place with view of the beach

Host was very nice and understanding of our situation and allowed us to move our stay a day. The property was beautiful, plenty room for a family. Rooms were clean and balcony was beautiful with a beautiful view of the beach. Will be making an effort to stay here again next summer. Would recommend.

Location was fabulous. Liked that it was a small building not the big highrises. The hot tub was not working but we didnt mind. The view is so beautiful. We were a family ranging from age 6 to 92. It was perfect

Best Family Vacation spot

We have stayed in this condo for years and it’s my favorite. The condo is spacious & clean. The complex is well taken care of and the indoor/outdoor pool area is a bonus.

Excellent property

Such a great place for our family of 6. Plenty of room. Very comfy and friendly. Tons of extra pillows/blankets. The room had everything we needed. The indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for inclement weather. We love hot tubs! The pool areas were never busy or crowded. The area felt very safe. It’s definitely a quieter, family area. Beach was never busy/crowded . Overall we were pleased and would book again.

Loved this location!

In from Michigan and had a particularly wonderful time. The property was clean with bright, happy beach decor and had everything we needed for a special week! I already miss waking up to the beautiful view and having our morning coffee on the balcony. The property location and beach were perfect as we like something a bit quieter and relaxing. 5 stars from our family! Hope to visit again next summer.

Great place!

We loved this property-the pictures don’t do it justice…definitely a lot bigger than we anticipated. My husband and I stayed with my parents and two children, who are 2 and 10 months-with plenty of room. My daughter loved her “big girl” room because we pulled out the trundle and didn’t need to use a bed rail. The bedrooms are all a great size and it was nice that each room had its own bathroom with a shower. The only suggestions I have…to have shelves or a medicine cabinet installed in the bathrooms-we had very little space for all of our toiletries; also, I gave my kids a bath and the stopper was very difficult to use in the tub, so we ended up using the master shower with the spray faucet the remainder of the stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it as it wasn’t super crowded and my daughter loved the indoor/outdoor pool!! Thank you!

Great stay!

Our family went down to Orange Beach to play in the Little League World Series and it was a perfect location to the park and all sorts of restaurants! We cooked a lot in the condo and used the grills downstairs as well. It was great. Like being at home! The only improvement I would offer is the cell service and WiFi were spotty. On the beach and outside it was fine but inside it as on/off. However all of the TVs that were streaming worked fine! Overall it was awesome and we would be back again!!!

Harbour Place

This well-maintained, beach front property has become my go-to get-away! Some covered parking with parking pass required for all guests, secure condos with patios overlooking the gulf & beautiful sand. Three very clean bedrooms & three baths, two with Gulf views, full kitchen - all you need to do is enjoy! Oh yes, owner & property manager were very helpful!!
