Santos Terrasse mit Flussblick - Boutique Duplex

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Stadt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Das Obergeschoss ist ein offenes Dachgeschoss, das nach Süden ausgerichtet ist. Es ist so konzipiert, dass Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Fluss Tagus vom Dachgeschoss aus genießen können - durch die hohe Spiegeltür und die Fenster - und besonders von der 180 ° offenen Terrasse.

Unsere Haupt-Schlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über `s eigenes Bad und einen Wintergarten auf den Fluss mit einem Arbeitsraum zugewandt ist.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet Platz auch den Arbeitsraum, und es `s Gäste das Bad die nächste Tür auf dem Flur benutzen.

Die unten Stock Wohnzimmer sammelt die Esstisch und Kabel-TV, sich im sozialen Bereich eine Alternative zu der oberen Etage offenen Raum Dachgeschoss Lounge bildet.

Obwohl der wichtigste soziale und Erholungsbereich ist, ist das Dachgeschoss Lounge kann zwei Hosts in Einzelbetten mit der gleichen Komfort empfangen, wie die King-Size-Betten dienen, die beiden Schlafzimmer.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohn Hügel, umgeben von Botschaften und große Häuser mit Gärten, es ist ein sehr friedlich und ruhig Ort zum Entspannen, nur 15 Minuten zu machen von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Clean, quiet, and beautiful home!

Stayed with coworkers for a few days, and appreciated having a quiet place to return to in the evening with all the amenities we needed. Henrique was a great host and very responsive to our messages. We would stay again!

Santos Luxury

We loved everything about this apartment! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was wonderful and so nice to have 2 bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. The loft area is big and the view is amazing! We loved the location because it was so quiet at night and easy to get places. Henrique is an amazing host and we highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was beautiful and in an incredible location. Can’t recommend enough. Also I left some clothes there and the host was kind enough to ship them all the way back to the United States. Will stay again when I return to Lisbon.

Quiet, spacious, convenient

We had a great stay, away from other tourists in a neighborhood brimming with local charm (and peaceful). Be ready for steps and hills, but that’s life in Lisbon. Restaurants and groceries in easy walking distance, and hustle of tourist area less than 30 minutes walking or closer by ride share. Great view of the river and well appointed accommodations with room to spread out, and Henrique even offered to take us to Sintra (extra), which was a fantastic day in itself. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment in good location

Apartment is clean with 2 nice size bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with additional sleeping space in upstairs living room space. Plenty of space to spread out. Host was great to communicate with. Loved the attention to detail. Putdoor space was small but offered some great views. Location was good as well. Grocery stores and restaurants within walkin distance. Loved the coffee machine available.

Beautiful stay in a lovely neighborhood

We had a wonderful time at this location. The space itself is clean, sun-filled, and has plenty of amenities including laundry. The espresso machine was especially wonderful! The rooms were each nicely sized, and the upstairs area was perfect for hanging out. The ACs worked great, the accommodations were complete, and the view of the water from the upstairs balcony was a wonderful touch! Thanks to Henrique!

Gorgeous Riverview in its center

This was by far my top places to go. I mean all was a wonderful experience. From A to Z. Spectacular service from the host who made us feel like home and gave us some super helpful advise. Better than pictures. Spacious!

Wonderful Quiiet stay. Amazing details, Linens were crisp, beds comfortable. I want to keep this place a secret! The view is great and we spent our evenings watching the water and birds drinking wine and eating tapas. Henrique was awesome at check in. Great restaurants nearby.

Beautiful, well equipped property close to everything!

Wonderful Stay in a great area

This was a perfect location for our family! The property was so clean and better than the pictures and description. It was ideal for three adults and 3 young kids. It was in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of a small market, really outstanding restaurants and easy access to public transportation. Fantastic up to date condo!!

We had a great stay in this beautiful up to date condo. The location was great - close enough to the waterfront, but far enough up on the hillside that we had a peaceful, quite stay. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from in walking distance. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, nice breeze at night and the AC in the loft worked well, check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy.

Fabulous Experience in Santos Neighborhood

This is a great place to stay when visiting Lisbon. We wanted to be away from the busy, touristy areas-but a short inexpensive Uber ride when we wanted to see the sites. Henrique is a great host with a beautiful, well equipped apartment. The place makes you feel like you live in Lisbon, instead of just visiting. Great restaurants a few blocks away. Henrique went well beyond what we expected to make our visit a success.

The Delightful Lisbon Apartment

Beautiful location - Exemplary host

Henrique is an excellent host. He communicated without fail anticipating everything we would need to know. No surprises and very accommodating for our early arrival. This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Near all the main attractions but not too near. The main apartment is very nice, but the attic is spectacular. Enjoy if you go!

Great setup for a family of 6

The option upstairs was the setup for our group, which included 4 young adults. The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment had air conditioning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The entire setup was perfect for us. Our host was very accommodating.

Spacious, beautiful, quiet apartment off beaten path

This beautiful and comfortable apartment exceeded our expectations. The bed was firm, and amenities were modern while feeling like you are in a traditional Portuguese apartment. The loft with the view of the Santos was an awesome hangout with gorgeous views. The neighborhood was quiet but we were very close to an amazing boulangerie and corner store as well as superb Italian restaurant. We also walked to Belem to try the pasteis and the LX Factory (around 30 minute walks). We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Apartment

We had a great time in Lisbon. The apt. was really lovely, looking exactly like the pictures. We spent most of our nights on the outdoor balcony, sipping wine and chatting. There’s a terrific cafe nearby, which overlooks a small park. Henrique was a terrific host. He was very responsive and helpful, especially when we were stuck at the airport waiting for our luggage to arrive. If you get the opportunity, stay here. We recommend it!

Perfect peaceful retreat in Lisboa

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The flat was clean and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed to cook and relax. The upstairs terrace has a gorgeous view of the Rio Tejo, and lots of comfortable spots for reading and taking in the view. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, with a small mercado, French cafe, and restaurants just a block away. We enjoyed walking from the flat to town, and it was easy to connect to public transportation. Henrique was very helpful and welcoming, and always responded quickly to our messages. We loved this special spot so much, and hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect choice for quiet stay in Lisbon

Henrique’s apartment is well-located, spotless, comfortable and quiet! I’m a light sleeper and I must’ve read 1000 reviews of properties in Lisbon that warned how noisy the popular neighborhoods were; I am so glad I chose this place! Henrique met us at the apartment, helped carry our luggage (2 circular stair flights up) and was so gracious in showing us the features of the lovely apartment. He also provided recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby. (Our dinners at nearby Geographia and Come Prima were excellent.) it’s easy to walk to the popular Lisbon neighborhoods, and we also took trams, buses and Ubers. Got Obrigada, Henrique!
