Das Casa Elena ist eine wunderschön renovierte Wohnung, die mit feinen Möbeln eingerichtet ist und Teil einer alten Villa aus dem 17. Jahrhundert mit einer gewölbten Fassade ist. Die Lage ist strategisch.

Das Anwesen besteht aus zwei Etagen.

ERSTER STOCK beinhaltet:

• Zwei große Doppelzimmer mit Zugang zur vorderen Terrasse
• Zwei Bäder mit Dusche
• Küche mit Geschirrspüler
• Großes Wohnzimmer und Essbereich mit Schlafsofa
• Panoramaterrasse, zugänglich von jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Tisch und Bänken zum Essen im Freien
• Große Terrasse mit Meerblick, einschließlich Tisch und Stühlen für sechs Personen, Liegestühlen, Grill, Außendusche und Whirlpool (von April bis September verfügbar)

Der OBERE FLOOR verfügt über einen Dachboden mit zwei Einzelbetten (nicht zusammenstellbar).

Das Haus ist leicht erreichbar, etwa 35 Schritte von der Hauptstraße entfernt; umfasst einen umzäunten Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr), der mit der Unterkunft verbunden ist

We had a fabulous time at Casa Elena

The outside area was the best part of the stay, we made full use of it. we cooked as a family every evening in garden. we found a great quality and value local butcher down in the town. Smaac were very helpful, responsive and proactive in ensuring that our visit was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend staying here.

CASA ELENA

Our stay at Casa Elena could not have been more perfect. Starting with our communication with Anna, whose patience and prompt responses when dealing with our 2 year COVID postponements was admirable, to Francesco, who was waiting at the villa for our arrival. He checked in with us regularly over our 12 day stay, providing any support and answers that we needed. As for the villa itself, an incredible view from both the veranda and the garden area, nothing but the sea! The location in Praiano is perfect, a charming, quiet and friendly area that was a perfect respite from our day trips to the busier areas along the Amalfi Coast. The local and Sita buses were easily accessed, and a car was not needed, not that there was anywhere to park in the busier towns. Lots of excellent restaurants, and a market just down the road made us glad we chose SMAAC and Casa Elena for our Italy trip.

My friends and I had the most magical stay here. The views are amazing and location is perfect. Walking distance from many restaurants and a grocery store. The Villa was very clean and spacious. However, the staff running this location is what truly made our trip amazing. I cannot thank Francesco enough. He helped me book many activities months in advance and always replied to any questions in a very timely manner with the most patience. I can confidently say we would not have had as beautiful of a trip as we did had Francesco not been helping us. Do not hesitate to book your stay here, you won’t regret it!!

Beautiful views of the ocean from this location

Beautiful views of the ocean from this location! It is also conveniently located near the bus stop to get all around the Amalfi Coast. Our host was proactive and always available, and even helped us arrange transportation to and from the villa. They also provided a list of local restaurants with open/closing times. It was a wonderful experience!

The villa had great views and the area is quiet,

The villa had great views and the area is quiet, yet still walkable to the grocery and a few restaurants. The only thing that I did not really like was that the 3rd bedroom is really an attic space without a door, and the stairs are steep and narrow and difficult to get luggage up. It would be fine for kids. The hosts were super responsive. If you need a scooter, they are just next door. The AC was fantastic.

Absolutely magical place to stay with an amazing host

Absolutely magical place to stay with an amazing host - The photos do this Praiano villa no justice, every detail was so cute and intentional. Spotlessly clean and well appointed with all the amenities needed for a longshort stay. The location was very good as you have 4 highly rated restaurants, 2 markets, Vespa rentals and a laundry service within a 4 minute walk. It’s a peaceful oasis in the otherwise overly-crowded Amalfi coast. The host (Francesco) responded within minutes to whatever we needed and was proactive either communications and instructions. We would recommend Casa Elena to anyone!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay at casa Elena. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Short walk to market, and close to several restaurants. The view was picturesque! We enjoyed a glass of wine on the veranda, taking in the sights and fresh air. Franceso was super responsive with all questions we had, and responded back right away. We truly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to oneday visit again.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. The view from the front terrace is beautiful! The hot tub is secluded and private, and although we didn’t have the opportunity to use it, it looked very nice. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, they were very proactive and helping us find the location and get settled. It was very convenient to be able to park the car right on the property. The only possible negative is that it is a bit removed from all of the action. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and there were twothree restaurants in walking distance that we found. Otherwise, we had to take the car to go to any nearby attractions. Overall a very nice stay!

Excellent view. Beautiful backyard: some grass, nice ceramic dinner table, natural stone bricks, lots of bushes. House is a bit old from the first impression, built in a 60es I’d say, but it has all you need and gives hard to duplicate nice Italian country vibe. Duomo (church) right above it is a place of activities (orchestra, opera signing) during weekends. Fireworks on Sunday was a nice touch. Staff is responsive. All in all, we had a great time in there.

Francesco was very responsive and reliable.

Lovely place, with different environments to enjoy such a dining table for breakfast, outdoor table for dinner and Jacuzzi, and even an area to eatjust play cards that had waterfront view. The rooms had beautiful furniture and very spacious. Really a beautiful place closer to Positano and Almafi. They also offer private boat tours, to enjoy better the whole coast. A beautiful location which is very accurately reflected in the pictures. Praiano is quiet with very good restaurants nearby walkable (la moressa, Kasai and l’ama. If you want to go tot he beach be ready for stairs!! Il pirate was delicious! Used interno bus in the morning- afternoons are usually full. Close to tutto per tutti for a few groceries. House and SMAAC were the best!! So helpful and checked in to be sure everything was good- especially when we were delayed two days due to the strikes! Grazie Mille!

This place matched the description. Host was great. One of the best dinners of our trip was at a restaurant a 4min walk away. Hot tub was hot. Terrace and views were great. Be aware that this location is fairly remote. Not the most convenient to get to AmalfiPositano. This place is better for longer stays vs shorter ones.

Exactly as listed with no surprises! Easy, quick communication. Great location- easy to walk to restaurants and beach/marina (if you keep in mind this is the amalfi coast, there are obviously hills & steps). The views are amazing! You’re perfectly centered between Busy Positano and busy Amalfi .. it’s perfectly off the beaten path and it was perfect! WiFi wasn’t working but we didn’t need it because we had international plans- but for another family relying on it that may be an issue but it wasn’t for us!

Great location

View is excellent, with a large balcony with excellent views of the ocean. The rooms are big. Garden was nice with a hot tub that the kids enjoyed It was really hot while we were there, all the rooms have air conditioning which helped. Getting around in the Amalfi coast is difficult in general, they have local buses but these can get full and overcrowded really fast. The bus to Positano stops right in front of the villa, but the bus to Sorremto stops at the base of the hill, which can be a steep walk coming back. Norman was very helpful in arranging transfer from the airport and back. Guisseppe was our chauffeur, he’s the best! Norman also arranged a boat ride for us, which was one of the best things we did this trip. The Wifi was sketchy with intermittent good service. The gate to the property didn’t work towards the end of the stay but Norman was available to take care of things The cleaning fee Should be explained better, even though we were charged everyday, I guess it was meant for the cleanup for the next guest. The bathrooms are small but workable. The time of the year we were there, we had some mosquito’s that we weren’t ready for. Giving a heads uphaving some spray available would be nice All in all a great vacation, will be back and stay at the same location
