Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Westseite von Praiano, der einzige Ort an der Amalfiküste, wo die Sonne lange untergeht. Sie können eine herrliche Aussicht auf Positano, die Insel Li Galli und die Faraglioni von Capri bewundern.
Der Garten ist der ideale Ort, um ein köstliches Abendessen zu genießen. Hier finden Sie einen Grill, Liegestühle, eine Außendusche und einen Tisch mit Stühlen. Das Apartment ist mit allem Komfort wie Klimaanlage, kostenfreiem WLAN und Heizung ausgestattet.

- 2 Doppelzimmer (auf Anfrage 1 Zimmer kann doppelt sein).

Das Haus befindet sich in günstiger Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von Geschäften, Restaurants und der Bushaltestelle sowie 600 m vom Strand La Gavitella (Treppen) entfernt. Wifi ist verfügbar und kostenlos.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wurde die Wohnung kürzlich renoviert und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen (ich empfehle 5 Erwachsene oder 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder).

Jedes Zimmer verfügt über Klimaanlage / Heizung. Wifi ist kostenlos und überall im Haus verfügbar. Das Haus bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, 4-Flammen-Gasherd, Toaster, Mixer und alles, was zum Kochen benötigt wird.

Der Pool hat eine rechteckige Form mit einem halbkreisförmigen Eingang und ist 5 Meter x 3 Meter und 1,30 Meter tief.
Der Pool ist von Mitte Mai bis Ende Oktober von 9.00 bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend auf halber Strecke zwischen der Hauptstraße und dem Strand von La Gavitella. Das Haus ist über einen Panoramaweg von ca. 200m und ca. 70 Stufen erreichbar.

Wir möchten jeden willkommen heißen, aber wegen der Treppe (ca. 70 Stufen) empfehlen wir es nicht für Menschen mit Herz- oder Mobilitätsproblemen.

Bitte teilen Sie Ihre Ankunftszeit mindestens einen Tag im Voraus mit, um den Check-in zu arrangieren.

Extragebühren vor Ort zu zahlen:

- Kurtaxe 2,50 € pro Person pro Nacht für maximal 7 Nächte. Kinder unter 10 Jahren zahlen nicht.
- Parkplatz auf Anfrage (muss im Voraus gebucht werden).

Check-in von 16 bis 20 Uhr. Ein früher und später Check-in muss im Voraus vereinbart werden.

Ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen, Bars, Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein Kiosk, Geschäfte, eine Apotheke. Alle SITA-Busse halten in Praiano. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Bus der Firma Mobility Amalfi Coast, der von Praiano nach Positano und umgekehrt fährt.
Der nächste Strand ist La Gavitella, erreichbar über ca. 300 Stufen.
In vielen Restaurants in Praiano werden Meeresfrüchte frisch zubereitet und auf der faszinierenden Keramik von Vietri serviert.
Das wichtigste Element in der Amalfiküste ist jedoch definitiv die Zitrone, die hier süßer wird als alles andere, also zur Herstellung des berühmten "Limoncello".

Casa Encanto is everything it says it is. Wonderfully located, easy access to buses and taxis It is a walk from the square with a number of ramps and steps. The private pool area is exceptional. The beds were incredibly comfortable the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a couple of wonderful meals. The hosts were responsive friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect place and the view of positano and the bay were incredible. The sunset from the balcony was a must every night. You will not be disappointed

Memories of a Lifetime

Casa Incanto offered breathtaking views and a welcomed respite from the tourist hustle & bustle. The grounds were immaculate and abloom in floral fragrances, lemon trees, and various herbs. The pool, BBQ area and outdoor loungers were perfect for a "little R&R / down time". The home was beautifully appointed and extremely clean. Our Hosts were always available to answer questions. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely property if you are in the Praiano area.

This villa is a must stay property. The family that own it take such care of the property, it has so much love and care poured into it shows everywhere. They also are really excellent at looking after you without being intrusive at all. We had a fabulous holiday and would jump at the chance to go again. The property is down by the cliff front, so if you cannot do stairs dont risk it. But if you can do stairs the view is so amamzing, we loved it even in the one thunderstorm we had. 100% recommend to stay here. Well worth the money and the stairs.

Exceeded expectations!

First of all, the location is unbelievable. A multi-million euro view, tucked away below San Gennaro church. Close to the beach and Cafe Miranda, who makes the best cocktails in Praiano! Next, there was fresh basil and mint that we could use to cook pasta (and make Hugos!). We went out every night, but the last night we stayed in, walked to the local meat butcher to pick up our choices, and grilled veggies, steaks, and make pasta. Oh, such a special place!

Perfect Praiano

A fantastic place to stay with peace and quiet, wonderful views and yet close enough to nearby restaurants, bars and transport to Positano, Amalfi and beyond. Lovely, peaceful and relaxing

Everything was better than advertised. We loved the villa and Praiano. It was the perfect central point to explore the Amalfi Coast. What a special place to stay!

We loved this villa! Casa Incanto is perfectly situated in Praiano with a great view of Positano and the Amalfi coast facing the Island of Capri. Sunsets are Georgia’s. It is quiet and has every amenity you could ask for. Also the bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated since the photos were last taken and they are spectacular. The pool and patio as well as the outdoor dining and grilling area are so wonderful. Everyone on the team that we interacted with from Bernadetta and Mena to Valerie were all so kind. Rest assured this is the PERFECT spot.

Casa Incanto is heaven !! Exceeded all of our expectations

Casa Incanto was the perfect place for our family to stay in beautiful Praiano. Everything about the villa was perfect - from the interior of the villa with updated kitchen and bathrooms and most importantly the VIEWS. Quite honestly with the pool and the views you could be very content just spending the week here - and we did take advantage of this beautiful property on our families bucket list trip to the Amalfi coast. The porter service to help with our bags was very helpful with the many stairs. Benedetta and her family are wonderful to deal with and we highly recommend staying here. Our family has the best time here and made memories of a lifetime!

Perfect Property

This was the absolute best trip we have taken and the main reason was staying at Casa Incanto! The property was perfect, extremely clean and well cared for, with breath taking views of the coast. Waking up here everyday to the sound of the ocean and the view of Positano is incredible and cannot be matched. And if that was not enough, Benedetta and her family are the epitome of hospitality. From helping book tours, arranging transportation, giving recommendations, the very nice welcome basket and kind message, they truly make you feel welcome in their home. I cannot recommend this property enough and we are looking forward to returning here soon!

Paradise in Praiano

View. View. View. This was the loveliest possible place to enjoy a family holiday. So incredibly charming, updated, warm, cozy yet very roomy for a family of four or two couples. Can’t go wrong

Our stay was perfect. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures can show. Super comfortable beds. Large kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful flowers all around the property. Views you won’t tire of. Great seating options on upstairs patio, side patio, and on the pool level. Great city, quiet but good access to the busier cities for day visits. Very nice food at the close restaurants, casual and fancier options. A very close small supermarket for anything you need. Walk up into town not difficult. And the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. So happy with this booking.

A dream of a place to stay. It does not get better!

We stayed for four days with one other couple. We had to pinch ourselves when we walked in the door of this beautifully appointed apartment. The entire front faces the Tyrrhenian Sea with many windows and a balcony area to sit, relax and drink coffee in the morning or just watch the sunset. Benedetta was great and provided access to local tours, parking and restaurants. Loved every minute of our stay! Enjoy the town as it is lovely and not as crazy with tourists like Positano. The steps are staggered and were no problem. I want to go back.

Vacation of a Lifetime

Words cannot capture the beauty of Casa Incanto. From the breathtaking views, you literally feel like you are in a postcard, to the hospitality shown by owners Valeria and Emanuele. Our kids, ages 10 and 13, love animals and loved Dakiti their dog. They allowed the kids to pet him. The pool was another excellent amenity as we spent a lot of time there as a family. Benedetta, helped us with everything and anything we needed. My husband and I wanted to renew our wedding vows at the villa and Benedetta organized every detail from the celebrant to the photographer. She also organized a fishing trip for us in Positano. We are forever grateful for our time and experience at Casa Incanto. We will definitely be back!

Unforgettable!

The property was amazing. Such a beautiful space and what a view. The recent bath and kitchen upgrades are gorgeous. We cannot say enough about our time here. Benedetta and Valery were so helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond in setting up private car transfers. They were even able to reschedule our private boat tour last minute due to bad weather- this was the highlight of our trip! The pictures do not do this property justice- the pool, grounds, and view are truly spectacular. My teenagers never wanted to leave. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. We would stay here again and recommend to all! Thank you again.

Spectacular in every sense of the word

This was a magical location - yes there are 70 steps from street level so not for mobility impaired but Benedetta even had porters for our luggage which was a very nice touch! It was clean and just perfect. Two good sized bedrooms with views and 2 full bathrooms made this the perfect place for 2 couples traveling together. The balcony is the best part - the views are indescribable and each day we could not believe how beautiful it was and what a great location we were in! We walked to dinners most nights and enjoyed the town of Praiano yet were close for car service to Ravello, Amalfi and the Path of the Gods (Benedetta recommended the BEST guide ever for the Path - was almost my favorite part of the week). Benedetta was amazing to work with - provided everything we asked for even arranging last minute car service one day for an unplanned excursion. She was as wonderful as the location. Loved every minute and every detail of this stay.

Heavenly! The perfect place.

Everything about our stay was truly as the name suggests: enchanted. The house was clean, bright and airy. The pool was my daughters’ (age 8 and 11) favorite. We traveled as a 3-generation family of 6, and had the most wonderful stay. Praiano (or Vettica Maggiore, as this is actually located) is the perfect location: not a crowded tourist hub (like Praiano or Amalfi) but still with having everything you need: morning coffee and Bar de Sole, numerous excellent restaurants (many with rooftop or terrace views—others as casual as to have delicious take out pizza), a market to buy your needs to cook your own meals (which we did several times) and a tourist office and tobacco shop (from which to buy SITA bus tickets—bus stop 7 is right there). The sound of church bells gently fills the air...and the smell of jasmine lingers. The view is unbeatable, with a Positano and Capri right ahead of you from the pool or terrace. Benedetta couldn’t have been a more gracious host. From the lovely basket awaiting us at check in, to the porters to carry our bags up and down and check in and check out, to the birthday gift she gave my daughters after learning it was my younger daughter’s 8th birthday when we were staying—everything was thought of. She also arranged our transportation to and from the airport, as well as to Pompeii and Capri (both are must-dos!) We were steps away from the best beach in the area; La Gavitella. Yes, it was 200 steps but worth it. In fact, the only reason to not stay here would be if steps were difficult for you. (However if that’s the case, the entire Amalfi coast will prove difficult for you.) In summary, if you’re traveling to the Amalfi coast, consider yourself lucky if you can stay at Casa Encanto. I know we did!

Schöner Ausblick mit Schwächen

Vorab: Der Ausblick ist wunderbar, die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig mit Betten für 4 Personen (jede weitere Person muss im Wohnzimmer auf dem Sofa schlafen). In der Beschreibung fehlt ein Hinweis, dass der Vermieter im Haus wohnt! Erwähnt werden sollte zudem, dass der Parkplatz je nach Fahrzeug 25 bzw. 30 €/Tag kostet. Am Pool gibt es keinerlei Beschattung, so dass ein längerer Aufenthalt im Sommer dort nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich ist. Strandtücher hatten wir nicht vorgefunden, es gab nur jeweils ein großes Duschtuch pro Person im Badezimmer. In der Küchenausstattung fehlen so banale Dinge wie Schüsseln, Salatbesteck,,Küchenmesser, Topflappen. Die Ausstattung mit Elektrogeräten ist vollständig. Positiv ist der kostenlose Gepäckträgerdienst bei der An- und Abreise.

Supergute Ferienwohnung, phänomenaler Ausblick

Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und mit phänomenalem Ausblick! Lage in der Mitte von Praiano ist ideal für Ausflüge. Parkplatz unbedingt zubuchen!
