Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad mit Dusche. Das Haus Oliver ist auch klimatisiert und es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Zitronenbäumen, von der Sie einen herrlichen Meerblick genießen können ...

Haus Oliver ist nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum von Amalfi, wo es möglich ist, zwischen den verschiedenen gehobenen Restaurants mit erschwinglichen Preisen und wahren mediterranen Küche zu wählen.

Von Amalfi, es ist einfach an andere Standorte, wie Ravello, Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Ischia, Mt Vesuv, Paestum, Herculaneum und den Ruinen von Pompeji über tägliche Schiffsverbindungen oder durch lokale SITA-Bus besuchen.

The House Oliver-Preis: Klimaanlage / Heizung, Reinigungsservice, Wäscheservice einmal pro Woche, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Annehmlichkeiten, Obst und Frühstücksprodukte bei der Ankunft. Strom ist im Preis inbegriffen.
Der Parkplatz ist auf Anfrage in einem anderen Anwesen 200 mt. zu Fuß erreichbar und kostet 20 Euro pro Tag

Haus Oliver zwei bis fünf Gäste unterzubringen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben große Schränke, Sicherheits-Box, Farb-TV und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Der Lounge-Bereich mit seinen kühlen Terrakottafliesen und große Fenster umarmen das Meer, hat einen Farbfernseher und ein Zweisitzer-Sofa-Bett von Divani & Divani von Natuzzi. Hier gibt es auch eine Bibliothek mit einer großen Auswahl an Bücher und Romane in englischer Sprache. Es ist der perfekte Platz zum entspannen, nach einem Tag genießen die Küste zurückziehen.

Die komplette moderne Küche verfügt über einen neuen Herd mit Gas-Kochfeld und blickt auf einen gemütlichen viersitzigen Esstisch. Und warum nicht ein basteln am antikes Klavier nach dem Abendessen?
Der helle Essbereich kommt auch mit mehreren dieser üppige Meerblick.

Ein gekühlter Weinkeller befindet sich im Inneren des Hauses, von wo aus Sie italienische Rot- und Weißweine der renommiertesten Weine kaufen können.

Die Villa bietet auch eine romantische Entspannungsecke, einen Pavillon mit atemberaubendem Meerblick, wo Sie eine große Auswahl an Tee finden, italienischer Brandy und Sie können alle diese jederzeit zu genießen, während die Aufnahme der Gerüche und Geräusche der Natur.

Bellissimo Amalfi

Oliver and Lella were very gracious hosts . From meeting us when we arrived to a cup of espresso shared before our departure . The condo was beautiful well equipped and supplied with enough food to get you by on a rainy day. One restaurant is within walking distance and the hosts are happy to help with other restaurants one having a courtesy shuttle. Oliver take tremendous pride in caring for his flowers and pool . Which are beautiful. Be aware there are 60-70 steps which is minor for Amalfi and cars beep when encountering corners because the roads are very narrow . Grazie Oliver and Lella

Magical Paradise

WOW! Awesome hosts and wonderful property. Attention to every detail was evident and made our stay so special! Fantastic hosts and location. House Oliver gets an A plus!

Beautiful location, well kept unique home in Amalfi. Hosts Oliver and Lella absolutely wonderful- we wish we could have spent more time with them. The private boat tour is a must. Speaking for all of the four friends that stayed at this property, I can only say that it was a dream vacation. Lovely Amalfi Coast Experience

First, the hosts were fantastic. The hillside villa was well stocked with everything you would need for the first couple days, including breakfast makings. The views are breathtaking from every room and deck of the 4 level home. The small pool was an added bonus. Oliver and Lella assist in everything you need to visit the entire Amalfi Coast.

Incredible stay...

Oliver, Lella and Marta were so wonderful and made our trip to the Amalfi coast perfect in every way possible. Amazing Views

A very authentic villa with friendly owners and superb views. Lella and Olivier do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Best points the stunning views, delightful terrace areas, super comfy beds and powerful showers. Things that would make the villa even better would be a refurb of the pool which we were told is planned and somewhere to park a car as the villa is fairly remote. Owners couldn't have been more helpful unlike the local taxi drivers, very unreliable and avericious !

House Oliver is perfection. The house is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Oliver and his wife are warm and very welcoming. Amalfi oasis between Atrani and Minori

We spent 4 nights at the beautiful House Oliver and loved every minute of it! Italy and the Amalfi Coast were definitely highlights of our family's 2-week vacation which took us from Barcelona and then Seville, Spain to Naples, Rome, Ischia, and finally Amalfi. Our family of 4 (20yr old & 17 yr old) really enjoyed the home, fully functional kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sundeck, and the private pool overlooking the sea with coastal views of the nearby villages of Minori and Maiori as well as the mountains behind them. As other reviews have indicated, we were OK walking to various villages (Atrani, Amalfi, Minori) during the day, but would always secure a ride back to the villa if it was after dark. The hosts were great about communication both in advance of the trip and during our stay. They were always accessible if we had questions or needed. Also, the value of the pre-stocked food & drink proved incredibly valuable and convenient during our stay. Highly recommend this location for anyone considering a private villa in the greater Amalfi / Ravello area.

Family Trip to Amalfi Coast

Five of our family traveled to the Amalfi coast in October and stayed at House Oliver. What a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend this place. Lella and Oliver were the nicest and most accommodating hosts. They have thought of everything to make anyone's stay comfortable, memorable, and relaxing. We could not have asked for any better place to stay. The views are incredible. We have stayed in other villas before and now would not even consider staying anywhere else. The villa is centrally located to anything you would want to do. Oliver and Lella have great contacts for transportation and restaurants. Don't forget to do Oliver's boat excursion. Truly an enjoyable time and view of the coast. Perfecto!!!!!!!

Wonderful Experience

House Oliver is a fantastic place to stay. Oliver and Lella are very gracious hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The house is updated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and Ferraras supply some dry goods and several refrigerated foods for your use. They even have wines available for purchase! The bathrooms have very modern fixtures including rain showers and are well stocked with soaps, conditioners, etc. The view from the terrace is incredible!! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio in the morning with coffee watching the sunrise and with wine in the evenings for the sunsets. We wish we could have stayed longer. You cannot go wrong with this rental!!!!

Amazing Home!

Our family of 5 recently stayed in House Oliver. I’m not sure what more can I say that hasn’t already been said? Oliver and Lella are wonderful hosts. From the minute you arrive, you will be treated like family and welcomed into their home. They are so kind and generous. The views are spectacular and sitting on the terrace is one of the highlights. The other highlight and must do is Oliver’s boat ride. What a fun day that will live in our families memory forever. A lovely time

Our stay at Olivero and Lella's property was lovely. Great for 4 people. It had a lovely outdoor space and a view of Minori and Maiori which was beautiful. The kitchen is a bit small (interestingly, it is hidden in a large closet cabinet) so be aware that only one person can cook in it at a time. Also, since there is a garden and lots of flowers there is also a lot of insects. Bring bug spray and you will be fine. The distance from any of the towns is about a 20 minute walk so be prepared. The bathrooms were great and the service and helpfulness of the hosts cannot be understated. Overall, very much worth a stay, so contact don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you Olivero and Lella!

Breathtaking is an understatement

This property and more importantly the owner are wonderful. We stayed 4 nights and upon arrival Olivier meets you and shares a bottle of wine as he gets you settled in. He has some food in the refrigerator and some snacks already supplied when you arrive. He is very pleasant and the property is magnificent. It has lots of character and charm with a view that is awesome. He also offers a private boat ride which we highly suggest. On the cruise he supplies food and drinks with a guided tour up and down the coast. He also allows time to just sit and enjoy or swim too. The best part about the experience besides the view is Olivier himself, he makes the whole experience wonderful and we feel we have a friend in Amalfi forever.

Oliver and Lela were FANTASTIC. They keep a beautiful property and have several add-ones to offer that are very nice. We took advantage of having a nice selection of wine in the Villa to choose from at very reasonable prices. We also went on a Lovely private boat tour of the entire Amalfi Coast complete with beverages, snacks, and lunch. Oliver had lots of knowledge and fun facts about the coastline and famous people who stay there. The ONLY thing that we didn’t love was the Villa’s location from Minori which is a cute town with great restaurants and where you can grab a Ferry to Positano or Amalfi. It’s less than a mile and only takes 15 minutes to walk but the road is very narrow and not much room for pedestrians to walk. If we were retuning back to the Villa after dark we usually opted for a cab instead of walking.

Beautiful, peaceful charm

What a wonderful gem Hotel Oliver is! We wish we had stayed longer. The rooms and bathrooms are prettier than the photos you see, and Lella and Oliver were the most gracious hosts… helpful and kind when we asked questions, but also courteous of our privacy and space. Oh, the views from here! There were three different seating areas (plus a jacuzzi!) outside for coffee or wine (or both at the same time!) to see the incredible coastline! And all was very clean with any amenity you want and need. If you are the slightest bit interested in boating with Oliver, do it!! What a fun and amazing adventure! He is from the area and knows the more beautiful quiet spots! We hope to return to the Amalfi Coast soon, and we will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you Lella and Oliver!

Amazing Villa with Breathtaking Views and Caring, Helpful, Wonderful Owners

House Oliver, as we like to call it, is unlike any place I have ever been. I have traveled around the world and this is a place I can see myself living. The villa is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The location is great, set in between the towns of Minori and Atrani (both within walking distance) and close to countless beautiful towns all along the Amalfi Coast. Oliver grew up in Amalfi and knows everything about the area. He and his wife are so so helpful! We lost our bags on the way over and Oliver helped us each morning and afternoon to call the airport and get our bags back! We got them in two days (it would have taken MUCH longer without him)! I not only highly recommend this villa but I will also be extremely jealous of anyone going there!

An amazing home away from home!

We recently returned from our first trip to Italy and when people ask us what our favorite part of the trip was we immediately reply "meeting Oliver and Lella" and spending three relaxing days in their inviting and comfortable villa. The villa was well appointed, immaculate and offered a breathtaking sea view from a lovely outdoor terrace. It was well stocked with luxurious linens, bath towels, robes, slippers and toiletries. The beds rivaled those found in the most luxurious of hotels and were so comfortable that we couldn't help but awaken refreshed each morning. Oliver shared his wealth of knowledge about the rich cultural history of the Amalfi coast and help us fill our short stay with memorable hikes, meals and excursions. He even gave a cooking lesson on how to prepare authentic linguini and local mussels! Our only regret from our stay at House Oliver is that it was much too short. We cannot wait to return!

We loved our stay at House Oliver and it's stunning location perched above the sea!

Our experience at House Oliver was everything we expected and more! Before we arrived Oliver helped arrange a wonderful driver, Claudio to pick us up from the train. He was prompt, a great driver AND the Mercedes was a plus! We arrived at the villa, had our luggage carried for us. Upon entering the beautiful space a sumptuous platter of fresh fruit was set along with a pantry and fridge stocked with local items like eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, cookies , crackers and coffee. We shared a delicious welcome aperitif with Oliver and chatted about local sites. The beds are perfect, the decor tasteful and interesting and the setting was stunning. Not to be missed was the once in a lifetime cruise on Oliver's yacht complete with swimming and more great eating. We can't say enough about our special stay with wonderful hosts Oliver and Lela. It was PERFECT!

As described by every other review -- AMAZING on all counts.

Honestly, the best VRBO or home vacation rental experience we have ever had -- and we travel a lot. Oliver and Lella could not have been more welcoming or helpful during the entire stay. The house is beautiful, clean, private, fully equipped and perfectly located for 30-45 minutes walk via road to Maiori, Minori, Atrani or Amalfi (and is 20 minutes by car to Ravello). Stairs up to the house from the main road are easy and are a good exercise after the amazing local food and wine. Their restaurant, beach club and day trip recommendations were all great, and do use their driver Claudio as he is very reasonably priced compared to other local drivers. We went out on the boat with Oliver on two different days and had the most amazing relaxing tour of the coast with swimming, and a wonderful lunch stop. We loved our stay at House Oliver and will return. Cannot say enough about the experience. Ciao!

I had a lengthy review written but opted for brevity. House Oliver and hosts Oliviero and Lella were, in a word, perfect. We enjoyed a beautiful part of Italy in a wonderful, efficient home that worked very well four our family of four (adults and teenagers). Deciding which level of the fantastic porch on which to enjoy the views was the most challenging decision of each day. The pictures included are beautiful, but don’t do it justice. Hosts: Perfect. House: Perfect. Mini-cruise: Perfect. Impromptu mini-concert with hosts on our last night: Perfect (but sad, as we did not want to leave). Home-made lemonade by Oliviero: Perfect. If you are fortunate enough to be traveling to the Amalfi area, look no further. Stay at House Oliver. We look forward to returning.

Best way to spend 5 rainy days on the Amalfi coast

The house truly is remarkable. The view is spectacular. The hosts are kind and fun. The house is just what we were looking for as a couple looking to get away for 5 days. It is cleverly designed with lots of Italian charm. We cook several meals in the small but efficient kitchen. I am not sure what you would want the house doesn't have. Even though it rained quite a bit , each day there were periods of sunshine, but staying in the house with the rain was actually very pleasant. As has been said, planning for transportation is important although we Walked a number of places. We preferred Minori to Amalfi because it is much less crowded. The walk down from Revello is not for the faint of heart. Thousands of steps . We truly never saw a rental property or hotel we would have preferred we red to stay in. Thank you Oliver and Lilla for letting us stay in your home.
