LA CASINA LUXURY GARDEN HOME befindet sich an einer sehr zentralen Lage innerhalb der Mauern von Lucca, in 3 bis 7 Gehminuten sowohl vom Busterminal als auch vom Bahnhof Lucca Centrale entfernt. Ein bequemer Parkplatz befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment entfernt, in etwa 5 Gehminuten (sie berechnen 6 Euro täglich, aber es besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Abonnement für 50 Euro zu erwerben, um das Auto bis zu 30 Tage abzustellen).



Die Wohnung befindet sich im charmantesten Bereich der Stadt - dem mittelalterlichen Viertel - sehr günstig für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten: 100 Meter entfernt von der Haupteinkaufsstraße VIA FILLUNGO, 150 Meter entfernt von der PIAZZA SAN MICHELE, 200 Meter entfernt von der PIAZZA GRANDE (auch bekannt als Piazza Napoleone) und den Lucca Summer Festival Konzerten, 150 Meter vom Theater, 200 Meter vom Dom San Martino und dem Guinigi-Turm - einer der bekanntesten Attraktionen der Stadt.



Das Anwesen war ursprünglich ein Kutschenhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und wurde Mitte 2022 vollständig renoviert. Es verfügt über einen geräumigen Bereich mit einem Antiquitätengarten mit mehreren Ecken zum Essen und Entspannen, von wo aus man die jahrhundertealten Bäume bewundern kann. Die Wohnung ist vollständig klimatisiert und verfügt über die zuverlässigste WLAN-Verbindung, die vom nationalen Telefonanbieter bereitgestellt wird.



Die Wohnung hat einen romantischen Blick über den privaten Garten und verfügt über eine Veranda zum Draußenessen sowie eine Terrasse mit Sofas und Liegestühlen unter jahrhundertealten Bäumen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.



Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Dampfgarer, 5 Kochfelder, Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank, eine große Auswahl an Töpfen und Pfannen mit verschiedenen Kochutensilien und hochwertiger Porzellangeschirr, Toaster, amerikanische Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Alles Besondere, das möglicherweise benötigt wird, wird gerne für meine Gäste gekauft!



Der 49-Zoll-Flachbildschirm im Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über Amazon TV mit Filmen auf Englisch und einer großen Auswahl an internationalen Sendern.



4 Gäste können bequem schlafen: Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit 4 Fenstern, die auf den Garten blicken, verfügt über ein Kingsize-Kolonialbett von Flamant mit einer hochwertigen Matratze und Memoryschaum-Kissen, während das zweite Schlafzimmer mit hochwertiger Matratze und modernsten Sanitäreinrichtungen sich in der Scheune direkt gegenüber der Outdoor-Essfläche befindet.

We were very impressed with La Casina apartment, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Manuel was so accommodating and greeted us with a complete orientation of our apartment, and she was always available to us if we had any special needs. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic with amazing garden, near many shops, grocery store, restaurants the wall and the train station. We would definitely request this apartment again on future trips to Lucca.

We loved the apartment in Lucca! The location was close to anything we needed but we felt we were in our own serene and very private home. Lovely rooms. Very clean. We enjoyed the general aesthetic of the apartment and garden. The privacy and grassy courtyard with a shade tree was outstanding. It was truly a delight to retreat from the street to our gardens of boxwood, potted lemon trees, agapanthus, hydrangea, roses and virginia creeper covered walls. All excellent and much appreciated. The air conditioner on the second level is tired and would not cool efficiently like the other units.

La Casina certainly lived up to its 5 star reviews. A calm and tranquil retreat, with a high level of comfort provided by the good quality furnishings, and the provision of everything you could need for self-catering. The garden is the icing on the cake. Lucca Apartments and Villas SRL were efficient and professional, with good communication before and during our stay. Thanks to Manuel for meeting us on our arrival and providing restaurant and travel recommendations.

We really enjoyed our time here.

We loved staying at this location especially for the yard, the natural light, the spacious master bedroom and the number of heaters that were there during a colder time of year. We were cozy and very happy in this location. We had 4 total guests staying and although it was a little too chilly to enjoy the outdoor table, the indoor table was the perfect size for us. It's a rare find to stay in a place with its own private outdoor space within the walls of Lucca. We really enjoyed our time here.

La Casina is a beautiful apartment with a lovely garden. The Appartment is decorated and fitted to a very high standard and and well equipped if you want to eat in, however we took advantage of the many good restaurants nearby.The bikes provided are a real bonus and we used them extensively to explore the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation on returning in the future

What an incredible memory of our trip.

This place is outstanding! The pictures do not do it justice. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Lucca to stay here. It is a beautiful place with it’s own private courtyard, and is perfectly located. There is a binder of everything and anything you need to know during your stay. We wish we had more time here.

Luxury in Lucca

Absolutely Stunning! When the door opens up from the street you walk into a lush secret garden and a well furnished home. The home is right in the middle of the shopping , restaurants, and sights! We looked forward to wine happy hour everyday in the yard surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. The beds were comfortable and kitchen supplied with everything you need to entertain. I will for sure book this again when visiting Tuscany.

We were so pleased with this apartment! A big thank you to Manuel for being readily available to answer questions we had. The decor is gorgeous. The garden area is great for relaxing outdoors. We found the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we cooked. The location is an easy walk to great restaurants and cafes, shopping, grocery, wine….
