Moderne Wohnung neu renoviert und befindet sich nur 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Direkt vor der Wohnung zu Fuß vom Arc de Triomf, so können Sie die besten Ecken der Stadt mit großem Komfort entdecken. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet gelegen, so dass Sie sich wie ein Einheimischer fühlen.
Diese Wohnung ist ideal Paar sogar Gruppe von zwei Paaren oder einer kleinen Familie. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer mit WC, ein geräumiges Wohn- / Esszimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon und hohen Decken und eine voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Bad im Zimmer hat, hat die zweite habitcion zwei Einzelbetten.

Exactly what I was looking for- I wanted a great neighborhood location with a cute balcony (and it has 2!). Bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. I appreciated the welcome basket of coffee, wine and snacks! I also appreciated the links to local restaurants recommendations and taxi service. Great place and great location

We LOVED this apartment in Barcelona. Fantastic location, clean, exactly how it was described online. Very easy check-in and instructions all over the apartment. Welcome basket was a very nice touch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Great Location, Nice Natural Light

Family of 4 stayed here for 5 days. (kids 20 and 16). Loved the location and the quiet street. Close to two metros. Communication with host was great and accommodating. Bed were comfortable. Sofa was comfortable as well. Would recommend and stay here again! Thank you!

Fantastic 5 days in Barcelona

This apartment was perfect for our family. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The laundry was so nice to have and worked well. The location was great to explore and easy to access busses and the subway. We also felt very safe and secure the entire time. We loved standing on the balcony looking over the tree lined streets, so beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!
