Regarding the air conditioning, the temperature limitation is in place in accordance with environmental regulations aimed at promoting more sustainable and responsible tourism. We understand that individual comfort preferences may vary, particularly during warmer days, but these measures are intended to reduce unnecessary energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature. Regarding the noise, the apartment is located on a normally very quiet residential street in the city centre, with very little traffic and only a handful of businesses nearby, including a restaurant, a bookshop and a comic shop. Your stay, however, coincided with September 11th, Catalonia's official regional holiday. Cultural events, concerts and celebrations take place throughout Barcelona around this date, and as the holiday created a long weekend this year, there was considerably more activity in the city than would normally be expected in this residential area. We also sincerely apologize that the apartment was not ready at the scheduled check-in time. We understand how important it is to have the accommodation ready upon arrival, and we regret the inconvenience this caused.
