Cristiana condo has been beautifully updated, it is clean and comfortable. Unit is on the 4th floor with great views of the Ponte Vecchio, thank God for the elevator, really makes carry luggage up to the unit a breeze.Location was fabulous – close to everything. Cristiana was sure to show us all around the apartment and she has a book with great recommendations. Cristiana is a top notch host, friendly and responded quickly when making out reservations.We extended our stay in Italy and the washer/dry combo unit in the apartment was very useful.

A beautiful place revisited

This is our second stay in the apartment, and we plan to return here yet again. It is the most beautiful VRBO apartment in all of our travels. It has enhanced our enjoyment of the historic central district of Florence, as well as introduce us to the Oltrarno district.

Wonderful, centrally located apartment

Fantastic view of Ponte Vecchio bridge. Cool to watch the people on the bridge and rowers going by. Very warm and comfortable apartment located in a bustling section of City. Lots of shops and restaurants and a real Florence vibe. Short walk to all attractions and shopping. Christiana is very accommodating and very helpful with the local area.

Amazing

This apartment is perfect. Riccardo was waiting for us and Cristiana arrived to explain everything about the apartment and gave us recommendations for food and places to see. Dream Come True

Christiana is the ultimate hostess and her apartment overlooking the Arno river is the perfect place to stay in Firenze. It has fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to eat in but also in walking distance to many restaurants. Upon our arrival Christiana took time to show us on a map where museums,grocery store and her family's favorite places to go. Florence is a walkable city and Ponte Vecchio will make your visit comfortable,enjoyable and full of wonderful memories!!!

excellent location !

We adored this apartment. Cristiana welcomed us with open arms, and was so helpful explaining the neighborhood as well as markets that we could get fresh food for the kitchen. The unit is spotless, and the air conditioning works perfectly! (it was 99 degrees while we were there). This unit is wonderful because you can walk/shop/sightsee all you want in Florence, then come back and relax and look out at the river while you drink a nice Chianti! We look forward to our return!

Elegant property offering all the creature comforts of home

Cristiana is a wonderful source of information for the region and her property is immaculately maintained and furnished. The view from the ceiling to floor windows are spectacular and i rate her apartment as 5*. Windows open the street buskers playing their tunes the seagulls peering in and a good bottle of Chianti is what this property is all about. You cannot expect this view and offering to be surpassed by exclusive hotels in Florence. We will return Richard and Charmaine Cape Town South Africa Feb 2017

A very special property

We have been traveling to Florence for over 20 years and have been renting apartments for as long as 30 days for the past 12 years. This apartment is a special place. The views are as great as the pictures show. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and new. While you may not get wood/tiled floors or wooden beams the other features more than compensate. The location is perfect and check in and out are as easy as it gets. When we return to Florence will first check to see if this apartment is available and if not we may change our dates of travel in order to stay there.

Fun in Florence

We were lost- but one call to Cristiana- who was waiting downstairs and all was good- she saw our car and directed us to the car park she had helped us book- and then to the apartment. You are capitivated by the view- which is spectacular. But the apartment is very well set up as well. She spent a lot of time going through details and giving advice for restaurants and points of interest- greatly appreciated Will recommend to others and hope to come back as well. Rob and Kim

Home away from home!

The Apartment is amazing! It's like a home away from home. The owner met us at the front door and explained everything about the Apt. The Apt. is better in person than the pictures! Everything is new and comfortable. It's more spacious than I thought. The furniture and finishings are top notch, I think the kitchen knives are better than the ones I have at home. The view of Pointe Vecchio bridge is beautiful- and the view of the city at night is amazing! The location is just steps away from the bridge which makes it near everything you want to visit - all in walking distance. This is the place to stay! Like I said our home away from home!

A fantastic space to call home in the heart of Florence

This is really the perfect location for exploring all of Florence - very centrally located and within 20 minutes walk of pretty much everything. And then when you're tired of walking, it's got all the comforts of home with a great view of the river and its bridges. Cristiana is a fantastic host with great suggestions about where to go, shop, and eat. We loved all her restaurant suggestions. No downsides to this property that I can think of, although if you like to go to bed early, there's often street musicians with amplifiers on the Ponte Vecchio that play in the evenings until 10-11 PM, and they're pretty loud (and usually pretty terrible, IMHO.) Fortunately there's a nice stereo in the apartment with Bluetooth to drown them out.

Fabulous apartment and wonderful host!

I can't think of anything negative about this place. Cristiana was waiting for us when we got there...thank goodness, because we went to the wrong address and she found us down the street ringing the wrong doorbell! Cristiana explained everything about the apartment and had wonderful suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. She even checked in with us by email halfway through our stay to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the evenings by the huge window and looking at the city while drinking a glass of wine and noshing on cheese. The bells from the city were just magical! We will be coming back again! Thank you so much, Cristiana, for making our stay so pleasant!

Excellent location, wonderful apartment, couldn't have asked for more!

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for 4 nights in June. It was fabulous. The location is prime, the view of the Arno and Ponte Vecchio marvelous. Loved the beautiful, huge windows which opened for lovely evening breeze. Also had air conditioning for those especially hot days. The apartment is very roomy and we loved all the space. Beds were comfortable and all furniture was well appointed. It was very clean and sofa bed was made up for us as we requested. We appreciated the washing machine after being on the road prior to our stay in Firenze. The kitchen is well stocked and had all the gadgets one needs. Definitely felt safe in this area. Great wifi, always a plus. Cristiana was wonderful to work with. She promptly returned emails, provided some options for payment, met us when we arrived and provided lots of good information. She made herself available if we needed anything, which we did not. I have stayed in Firenze many times and this truly is a great find. I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation. I highly recommend it with out any reservations. Hope you can take advantage of this wonderful apartment when you visit Firenze. Pat

Perfetto!!!

I had the privilege of spending 16 nights in this beautiful apartment. Cristiana is the perfect hostess. She is very nice, accomodating, and helpful. She provided a lot of useful information about the surrounding neighborhood and activities to do in Firenze. She was also very accessible - if you needed anything she was there to help. The apartment was AMAZING!!!!! Beautifully designed, very well appointed and comfortable. Cristiana is an architect by trade, so she put great detail into setting up this apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the living room sofa converts into a very comfortable bed with all the bedding provided. There is cable tv and a Blue Tooth connectable stereo that came in handy. The WiFi worked flawlessly. We were there while the weather was quite comfortable, all we did was open the window for fresh air. The location can't be beat with grocery store, atm and restaurants nearby. While there is so much to do in Firenze, you will find yourself wanting to spend time in this beautiful apartment just relaxing and enjoying the AMAZING view from this apartment. Provided Cristiana has any openings, this will be my first stop on my next visit to Firenze!

Fabulous views, wonderful apartment, a great stay in Florence

This is a truly lovely apartment with a fabulous view of the Arno River, the Ponte Vecchio, and the main part of Florence. In both the living room and the bedroom, the view is spectacular from wall to wall and ceiling to floor. With the windows open, there is a wonderful breeze, and in the evening, you can hear music from the bridge. The apartment is simply and beautifully decorated with unique touches, like the table made from a door that is sentimental to Cristiana. The furniture and bed are comfortable, the apartment is spacious and immaculately clean. The kitchen is small, but has all the necessary supplies. There is space to hang clothes (with high quality hangers), put your suitcase, even to hang coats. There is a clothes washer and a drying rack. We found all our clothes dried quickly in the lovely breeze. The wi-fi worked great. There was even a pullout makeup mirror with good lighting (thank you, Cristiana!). Even though it is on the “other” side of Florence, the major sights (the Uffizi, the Duomo, the Piazza Vecchio, etc.) are within a quick walk. The Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens, and Santo Spirito are also close by. The apartment is in an artistic area of the city and is filled with artisan workshops, where you can watch people practicing age-old arts, and shops selling high-quality handmade goods, including leather, silk, and paper. Two restaurants we particulary enjoyed were Trattoria CasaLinga, located just off Santo Spirito Square, where we had the most delicious pork we have ever eaten in our lives. We also really enjoyed Mangiafoco CafĂ©, where we had tuna and swordfish tartare and beef carpacio that were both wonderful. Cristiana was great—a perfect hostess! She explained everything in detail, gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, and was very welcoming and helpful. This is really a wonderful apartment in a great location with a truly spectacular view. It is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. I highly recommend it and will stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Florence.

Cristiana, our host was fantastic to work with. Communication was great and very easy. She helped us arrange taxi rides when we needed them and was always available for any assistance, if needed. Her apartment is spectacular in every way. Locations in the Santo Spirito neighborhood had so many quality food options and everything was walkable from the apartment. Including a supermarket!We would gladly stay here again.

Loved the perfect location to everything! Cristiana was so helpful in telling us where everything was and giving suggestions on places to eat. ( even discount cards) Great to be able to do laundry too. Very spacious wonderful place! Would definitely come back if visiting Florence again!

Best view in the city

Rented here a couple of times before - still top notch, no disappointments. Cristina is very responsive and helpful . The location of this property is perfection . Across the Ponte Vecchio, you are directly on the Arno with a close view of the Ponte Vecchio - a short walk to the Boboli and all tourist sites across the Ponte Vecchio. Supermarket, fruit and veg market, gelato, coffee shop and MANY fine restaurants are in the neighborhood . The apartment itself is lovely with fine linens and a compact but cute and efficient kitchen with a spacious bath and a lift !! Although one bedroom the sofa ( twin or pullout Queen is extremely comfy. Will continue to rent from Cristina at this and her other fine properties across the Arno.

Absolute perfection!

Don’t miss out on this apartment! It’s simply exquisite! The location, the furniture, the amenities, the size, all beyond perfect. You will never want to close the drapes as the views are mesmerizing and breathtaking! I’ve stayed in so many apartments around the world, and many in Florence too, but this one was truly the best and most accommodating. The beds are comfortable, the towels are luxurious, great light in the bathroom, shower pressure wonderful, WiFi good and strong, and everything you need is at your fingertips. The building is quiet and we appreciated the convenience of the elevator as many apartments in Florence do not have one and the many flights of stairs can be daunting when carrying luggage. That elevator was an added luxury! Cristiana is lovely and is an absolutely divine host. She was there when we arrived and was so engaging and friendly. She provided us with such top notch recommendations and all were deserving of a five star rating. Most of all, she made us feel at home! She wanted us to enjoy our stay and all the incredible detail she has put into this extraordinary apartment. And we did, immensely! We will return most definitely!
