Das Apartment wurde 2014 komplett renoviert und befindet sich in einem mit dem Aufzug erreichbaren dritten Stock eines antiken GebÀudes in der Accademia Gallery, nur wenige Schritte vom Dom und Michelangelos David entfernt.
Das Haus ist mit Klimaanlage und kostenlosem Internet ausgestattet.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einer riesigen Dusche. Das helle und breite Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Einzelschlafsofas (100 cm breit) und ein GĂ€ste-WC.
Das elegante Esszimmer befindet sich in der NĂ€he der voll ausgestatteten KĂŒche (GeschirrspĂŒler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Multi-Food-Prozessor). Die sonnige Veranda eignet sich perfekt zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken mit herrlichem Blick auf den Dom.

You’ll never find such an awesome apartment in a perfect location. Clean and perfectly equipped with anything you need during your stay. Valentina is a gracious host that took care of my every need. A Home Away From Home

I cannot say enough about our awesome stay at Valentina’s beautiful home. We stayed for 7 days and it truly felt like home away from home. The location is excellent and had all of the amenities you could ask for. But the best part was meeting Valentina who is an outstanding host and the nicest person you will ever meet. She gave us a tour of the apartment and was always available if we needed her. We would love to come back and stay here again in the future.

Great Apartment in Florence

This apartment was a fantastic find! My husband and I stayed 4 nights and loved it! The location is perfect, close to all of the sights as well as the train station, shops, restaurants. We enjoyed meeting Valentina and appreciated the tour of the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a washing machine available is always a bonus! We plan to return to Florence for another trip and will definitely be planning our trip around availability of this apartment!

From the moment we arrived and Valentina met us at the door you anticipated this was special
and it was . Starting with an elevator to our room , then the home like comfort of the apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. Did I mention clean ! Perfect location!

Such a nice apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We started our trip here and then went out to countryside and stayed again at this place to end our trip. It is a great spot close to everything and parking garage made it easy to park our rental. Valentina was super helpful and made the place so nice for us! Highly recommend! We will stay here again if we return.

Wow! This large Florence apartment is full of Italian charm and modern amenities! It is a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and square and convenient to many amazing restaurants, museums (the statue of David is a couple blocks away), the tram and many other historical sites. We enjoyed the small balcony overlooking Florence and you can truly see the Duomo from the balcony. I took a nighttime picture and looks exactly like the picture in this listing. There are many shops (leather, jewelry, groceries, cafes etc) within within steps of this unit. Our hosts - Valentina and Lorenzo were so very kind and helpful and quickly responded to our questions. Upon arrival, we were met by Nicolle who gave us a tour and explained they all aspects of the apartment. It was so nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen and living room - it was about 90F for most of the days. Check in and check out instructions were easy and clear. I would give 10 stars if I could - but definitely 5 stars for everything! Thank you Valentina and Lorenzo!!-Dixie and Paul

Excellent 2-day stay in Florence
