Hi, thanks for your review. I'm sorry that only now did I hear from you that you had any disturbance from the non-resident tenant under my house. You could warn me, even with a simple message, I would have intervened directly to solve the problem of disturbance. It is right that everyone respects the rules of not creating disturbances. I hope to have you soon as a guest and remember to notify me immediately for any problem that are resolved quietly :-) A hug Giusy

Thanks Tanja of the nice review. I'm always happy to accommodate you in the future. Thank you for your education and cooperation soon and stay in Germany! A hug from Giusy and Gianfranco :-))

Hi Angela, thanks for your nice review. The ceiling light of one of the rooms is designed as a night light. It is the ceiling lamp that is created that way. That night light (only in one room) does not disturb the sleep indeed it facilitates the rest with its very tenuous color 😊. Good evening and see you soon !! Giusy and Gianfranco 👋😀

Thanks Rachel for the wonderful review. I'm glad you enjoyed my apartment. Thank you for your education for the care of my home. You and your family will always welcome. Many thanks to you soon. A hug 😊👋 Giusy anda Gianfranco

Thank you Yvonne for taking the time for your review. I was expecting a 5-star rating :-)) I had a lot of pressure on your personal needs: I guaranteed you a fast WIFI for your daughter's university studies. I deposited your luggage for free in my house until late afternoon to avoid you carrying them by hand for hours until your departure for the airport Hello and happy return home !! Giusy

Thank you Stephen for your review. I'm glad you found it well in my home. You will always be well liked in my home. I thank you because you are really polite :-)) A hug Giusy and Gianfranco

Hi Louisa, thank you for your review. I answer your questions very willingly. The duplicate keys are there and it was enough for you to ask Gianfranco. The TV is satellite and you can watch TV channels in various European languages . Even for TV if I had problems receiving programs you could always ask Gianfranco that he would assist you. Gianfranco my contact person is available 24 hours for guests who have problems. I will always be happy to have you back as a guest. Best wishes. Giusy and Gianfranco

Thanks for your review. The Wi-Fi is well specified rechargeable. In Corralejo they are installing the optical fiber. As soon as there will be fiber optics I will install fast Wi-Fi. Hello and you will always be welcome as my guest. Giusy and Gianfranco

Thanks Elaine for your review. I would like to point out that all the houses on the first floor have the advantage of having the sun, not having annoying insects coming in from the garden then it is obvious that there are steps to go down and go to the pool. But all the houses on the upper floors are considered to be of a higher category than the ground floor. My guests have always enjoyed the high floor !! I have not put the air conditioning because the location of this apartment, which is on the first floor with no border house that blocks the air, with windows on all sides of the house, just open even a little windows that enters a pleasant air. Fuerteventura is famous for being a breezy island. I'm sorry you had problems with your neighbor who is definitely a guest on vacation, so he does not have a residence near my house. You could also warn me with a simple message and I would have immediately intervened and you would not have had any noise problems. A hug Giusy and Gianfranco

Thank you for your opinion. I want to make it clear that the rooms are two doubles, but you were two people so you paid for a double room. Many guests if they need to have single rooms even for two guests ask me and I also open the other double room. You did not ask me for two double rooms, and I remind you that you only paid for a double room. The break of the parking lock, which they immediately repaired, is due to fortuitous events. A hug Giusy and Gianfranco

Thanks Barbara for your nice review. I will always be happy to have you as my guest. A hug from Giusy and Gianfranco

Thank you Patrizia for your nice review. The apartment as you saw is equipped with everything you need, and is cared for in every detail .. The air conditioning has not been put because that apartment, for its location is always airy and cool even in summer. I can personally assure you if you stay in the middle of summer :-) You will always be welcome in my home. Hello and see you soon Giusy and Gianfranco :-))

Hi Kelly, thanks for your review. I have satellite TV and English channels are from channel number 60. I'm sure because to learn English I saw English language TV :-) However, I'm glad you spent some nice days in my house and you felt good with car rental without spending a lot.
