Diese luxuriöse Villa am Strand ist perfekt gelegen, nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum von Corralejo und mit spektakulärem Meerblick, einschließlich der Inseln Lanzarote und Lobos.
Sie können von der Terrasse mit eigenem beheizten Pool direkt auf den Strand gehen. Es ist weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu den Stadtstränden und ein paar Minuten zu den malerischen Hafen und Restaurants, zehn Minuten zu einem großen Supermarkt.
Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet mit zwei Badezimmern und bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Es gibt Fährverbindungen vom Hafen nach Playa Blanca, Lanzarote und hinüber zur unbewohnten Insel Lobos.
Viele Wassersportarten sind an den nahegelegenen Stränden und mehr am spektakulären Grandes Playa direkt außerhalb der Stadt verfügbar.
Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit für ein Auto, aber wenn Sie sich entscheiden, ein Auto mieten gibt es bequem auf der Straße Parkplatz. Ideal für Familien oder ein Paar jeden Alters auf der Suche nach einem schönen, entspannenden (romantischen) Urlaub.

Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem erholsamen Familienurlaub mit herrlichem Meerblick und einfachen Zugang zu Restaurants und Spaziergängen am Strand sind, dann ist dies die Villa für Sie. Es gibt ein Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und Treppenhaus zur Verfügung und die Terrasse ist sicher mit einer gläsernen Schranke und verschließbaren Tor zum Strand. Der Hauswirtschaftsraum hat eine Waschmaschine, Spüle, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die Villa verfügt über einen soliden Schlüsselsafe für die Gäste. Bettwäsche wird zur Verfügung gestellt, ebenso wie Handtücher (keine Strandtücher) und Badematten, die wöchentlich gewechselt werden. Draußen gibt es einen privaten beheizten Pool, Terrasse mit Grill und Essbereich. Es gibt auch Sonnenliegen, Korbsessel und Sonnenschirme und die Dachterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Villa verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN, einen modernen TV mit etwa 50 Kanälen sowie einen HDMI-Anschluss und einen DVD-Player mit rund 40 beliebten DVDs. Für Nebenkosten fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an.

Cannae beat the view

Beachfront villa. What's not to like. If you found fault with the villa...( which we didn't ) just pour a drink.... then sit outside by the pool looking across to Lobos. Take in the view & enjoy the weather....... then nothing else will matter.

Family Holiday

We had a fantastic time staying at this property, right on the beach, nice pool, ice cold air con in bedrooms all Amenities you can think of. Quiet at night, 8 minute walk to the main shops, restaurants and bars. Check in really easy. Great to sit with doors open at night listening to the waves. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are staying in Corralejo👍

Simply fabulous

An amazing homely property right on the beach with great views and a short walk from the town centre. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again. Also Gonzales the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. We were sad to leave!

The perfect place for a getaway

We had an amazing time in this wonderful flat. The location is unbeatable. The terrace door goes out to the beach. A few footsteps and you can bath in a nice bay with sandy ground. You have a view onto the island Los Lobos and in the distance Lanzarote. We found the house very clean and Gonzales met us at arrival and did a very nice check-in and later on also check out. He is a super friendly guy and nice to talk to. The house is spacy with a big double room upstairs and the bathroom and downstairs we had three rooms with another bathroom, both with shower and bathtub. In the kitchen, we found all equipment we needed for cooking and the dishwasher is an extra plus. The pool on the terrace had a nice temperature and is big enough to exercise a little bit swimming. We really enjoyed our time and send a big thank you to Sheila, Robert and Gonzalo

Exceptional Frontline Property

I have stayed at this wonderful villa several times and for me it is my favourite of all the seafront villas on Ave Grande Playas. The location is perfect whether you want the coastal path, surfing, shopping or nightlife. The villa has all the home comforts and facilities you could need to cater for all ages. Kona Kai is in a residential complex so provides a calm and peaceful environment for your holiday. Communication from booking with Roger and Sheila to meeting in resort with Gonzalo is faultless, easy and welcoming. I look forward to returning.

Lovely family holiday

Lovely beachside location, short walk to centre and Campanario. Pool was warm and one depth, ideal for my 7 yr old grandson. Perfect location! We visited as two families with teenage boys and it was lovely that the villa was close enough to the hustle and bustle for them yet offered some relaxing quiet for the adults. View was amazing, always something to watch. Ticked all our boxes. Gonzalo was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for the memories.

Lovely Villa in Fantastic Location

Just returned from a 12night stay here and wish we were still there. Couldn't ask for more in terms of location right on the beach with great views day and night and a really easy walk in to the main area of Corralejo even with 3 young children. Cant think there would be a better location away form the hustle and bustle but so convenient for walking out for dinner and drinks Villa was well equipped with everything we needed and heated pool was at just the right temperature. Air Con worked well to keep cool when needed. Would definitely recommend

Wow what a fabulous place.

This villa is fantastic. It really is all that the pictures imply. It is beautiful, with a lovely pool which looks straight out onto the beach. There is a footpath along the beach to bars, restaurants and loads of shopping. The villa does not have its own designated parking space, but there is loads of on-street parking right outside so it is not a problem. Gonzalo (the local rep) is lovely and very helpful. Definitely 5 stars in every category.

We are an English couple living in Sussex, England. Roger is a retired Petroleum Engineer, Sheila is a University Lecturer.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We bought this villa after a number of visits exploring most of the Canary Islands. In our opinion, Corralejo is the nicest resort in all of the Canary Islands. Luckily for us this villa became available in 2014 and we were in a position to purchase it. The main attractions of this property are the location right on the beach and it is only a short walk to the main restaurants, bars, local beaches and the harbour in Corralejo.

Private heated pool, part of a predominantly residential community which means it is nice and quiet during the day and night. There are no extra charges for anything and it has very fast internet, much better than what we get in the UK!
