This spectacular luxury residence was designed for maximum comfort and privacy, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 sumptuous bedrooms.

With an ideal design, the residence has 4 en-suite bathrooms and 3 toilets. The first floor houses the luxurious master suite and a double suite. The ground floor completes the space with two other double suites and a cosy twin room.

PROPERTY RULES

Smoking is prohibited

Parties or events are prohibited

Groups under 40 years old are not admitted

Pets are not allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Prohibited from exceeding the permitted occupancy limit: up to 10 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund



SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€2000) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager

•TOURIST TAX charged to all guests from 13 years old.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays by a professional team

Bed and bath linen washed in a professional laundry at a minimum of 60 degrees.
