Very nice stay

My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this pretty cottage on the grounds of the lovely estate. The cottage is well-equipped, nicely designed, and very comfortable. It is well located for the port towns and cliff tops of the Lizard Peninsula. I recommend a visit to the stunning Minack Theatre - an outdoor theatre built into the cliffs with views across the ocean, as well as the nearby town of Helston. Thank you, Charles!

Lovely cottage but misleading listing

A clean and well-appointed cottage in lovely estate gardens. However the VRBO listing is wrong- there is no ensuite for the twin bedroom and certainly not three bathrooms. This was very disappointing.

Charming St. Corantyn Cottage provided us with a civilized base from which to explore S. Cornwall.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at St. Corantyn Cottage, Spring Water Barns, on the Bonython Estate. It provided us with a charming, comfortable & civilised base from which to explore S. Cornwall.

A splendid short break

We were impressed with the property on all counts. It was clean, modern, warm and well equipped. We were also impressed with the splendid welcome hamper which included the essentials plus a number of luxuries. The housekeeper was charming and popped round to check everything was ok. The beds were excellent - proper king size with luxury bed linen. The rooms were large, warm, well furnished and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. All in all couldn't be better.

St Corantyn Cottage, Bonython Estate, Helston

We loved this location and cottage so much that we decided to come back this year. The location is great for day trips and being tucked away from the crowds, as well as quiet days and evenings, if you prefer.

Wonderful cottage with excellent facilities and living space, within the grounds of Bonython Estate.

We enjoyed a fantastic family holiday in a wonderful cottage that catered to all our needs. We walked the grounds of the Bonython Estate and enjoyed relaxed summer evenings without feeling the heat. We enjoyed being a short drive from Lizard Poing and Porthleven. We will most definitely be back.

Five Star Accommodation in beautiful garden

The minute we walked into the house we were impressed. The house was warm and inviting with floor heating in the bathrooms and the central heating already up and running. The welcome pack comprised all the necessities such as bread,butter,eggs,cereals,a homemade marmalade,some freshly made biscuits and the best lemon drizzle cake you'll ever eat! Wow!! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fully supplied with toiletries. What more can you ask for in a country retreat. The owner of Bonython should be proud of what she has to show her visitors! Well done Sue!! Thanks for the opportunity to visit your magnificent estate.
