Hi Janet - we are pleased you had a good holiday and you thoroughly enjoyed the whirlpool. We are aware that the outside shower requires updating and this is actually being done next week as we are now heading towards the end of the season. We hope you do come and visit Cala Murada again.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in using the villa due to the pandemic. We're glad that we were able to promptly address and fix the issue with the electrical fuses. The leak in the pool has now been repaired. Sadly the temperature is out of our control, and whilst good weather is very likely during the Autumn months, this is not something we can guarantee. We appreciate your positive feedback about the enjoyable whirlpool experience and your love for the beautiful area. We understand your concerns regarding pricing and will take your feedback into consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We appreciate your feedback on the spaciousness of the house and note your suggestions for improvements. We apologize for the inconveniences with the aging inventory and the pool during your stay. It's great to hear that James provided exemplary service. While we understand your points, we're glad to know you found the overall price-to-value ratio good to very good.
