Perfect location in Antibes Old Town. We were met by the management team upon arrival and were introduced to the apartment. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and the perfect spot for a family of four or two couples.

Property was beautiful. Wonderful location and super close to outdoor market and restaurants. Cooked dinner in the kitchen and it was fabulous.. Definitely recommend.

Another lovely stay at Bord de Mer

The apartment is beautiful, with lovely furnishings, all the conveniences to make for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The beds are quite comfortable, too, with 5-star linens. The location is about a 2-minute walk to the Marché Provençal and the balcony overlooks la Plage Gravette. The host is always helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My husband and I brought our 18 yr-old daughter here as part of her graduation trip. It was such a nice surprise to find that there are two bedrooms! The apartment was beautiful and located close to the action, yet quiet at night. The only hiccup we had was getting checked-in for our arrival, but the hour and a half wait was worth it once we were inside the rental. We appreciated the air conditioning, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds. We would love to stay here again to utilize the wonderful kitchen!

Bike trip to Antibes

A friend and I were cycling through the south of france. This property in Antibes served as a lovely homebase. Nothing quite like starting the morning with coffee on the balcony and then taking a dip in the Med after a long ride!

Magical place, beautiful apartment by the sea

We loved this area. We parked our car underground and walked and took the train everywhere. Incredible variety of restaurants and shops, tons of history, very friendly people. Given it was nearly 40 Celsius all week, the air conditioning was essential! Ivan was great to deal with. Would rent again. thanks

Good times

It was a lovely apartment, just as pictured. Close to everything. Good restaurant choices. We would definitely stay here again. There were 3 of us in our 2 bed apartment and my 2 brothers-law in the apartment upstairs, a 1 bedroom. It was easy to take the train places, we walked to the train station and went to Monaco. Wish we had more time to visit other places.

A Beautiful Flat in a Great location

I stayed here with my husband and two boys for a week. I was a bit apprehensive at the time of booking as we have only stayed in hotels before. The flat turned out to be wonderful and certainly exceeded our expectations. It has a Hamptons feel to it with a European touch. Very warm and cosy. Not only was the flat furnished to a very high standard, it was extremely well maintained. The view was beautiful. It is conveniently located with easy access to the beach and has lovely litttle restaurants nearby. The manager was also very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. If we ever get the chance to visit the area again, I would definitely book this property again.

A beautiful apartment with a fabulous view

This is an upscale apartment that is beautifully furnished. The beds, linens, amenities are of great quality. If you like to cook, the kitchen is perfect with a large range and ovens. The view from the living area is spectacular with a view of the beach, the harbor, Nice across the water and the alps as a backdrop. The location is excellent, right in Old Antibes with all of it's charm. The property manager, Ivan, is a joy to deal with. He is very outgoing, personable and willing to help you with any assistance that you might need. Best of all, his communication skills are excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful large clean apartment in the heart of it all, felt like one of the locals loved it!

What a wonderful apartment, so spacious and beautifully presented so clean and has everything you need to make you feel like one of the locals, the view overlooking the sea is jaw dropping, so lovely to sit out on the balcony and have a glass of wine and cheese purchased from just down the road. Myself and my husband stayed here for 6 nights and loved every moment of it, we even cooked dinner 2 nights in the kitchen that was equipped with everything we needed and the local markets that you get your fresh veggies and produce is just 2min down the road. The weather was great when we stayed so even had a day at the beach which is just outside your front door and made use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella that was in the apartment. We would certainly came back to this apartment in a heartbeat as it had everything you could want so would highly recommend

EXACTLY AS PHOTOS

We loved staying here. The location is amazing, and easy walks all over town to places to shop and eat. We had plenty of space for the three of us and it was so clean. There is quit a few steps so if you can't lift things make sure you have help, which the property manager helped us out which was so kind and we had a welcome basket and wine! He is amazing. The only thing you will want to know if you bring a ton of luggage its a little walk from were you can park if you have a car, you can pull up to the beach in a little cut out for a short time and drop everything and then park my suggestion and wished we knew that. Esp in the summer heat its a lot to walk up the hill with. Overall we are thrilled and coming back !!! Thanks!

Absolutely stunning - Exceeded our expectations !

Ivan greeted us upon our arrival & gave us a small induction of the property. He is very friendly and helpful. We were immediately blown away by the view. The photos online do not do it justice. My husband & I would have been happy just spending a week ok the balcony. The apartment is gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable with lovely bedding. Beach towels are included (bonus). The location is perfect, you literally walk out straight into the town. Only downside is as you come out of the beach there are no foot showers to wash off the sand so we would have to take a water bottle, fill it up and then wash our feet off once we’d left the beach to try and avoid bringing sand into the apartment. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely go back. The apartment is a gem !

A-maz-ing Views

Our Christmas in Antibes was lovely, more than we had hoped for. The local Marche & shop-owners were kind, and friendly and the daily sunshine and warm weather a much-welcomed break from our Dublin winter. Ivan is a gracious host, helpful at every turn. Including delivering a fully decorated Christmas tree when I asked where we might find one. Being 'foodies', we always enjoy cooking with locally sourced products, and found the selection and quality delightful. Our only suggestion for the apartment owner is to look into upgrading the soft furnishings as they have become a bit 'tired' with use over time. However, with using extra bedding for covers, this too was not a problem. We hope to return to Antibes for Christmas again and would to return to Bord de Mer.

Lovely flat not luxury as advertised

NO BALCONY ,( aware it was safety from council )booked 14 months prior advised 7 weeks before we could not use the most redeeming feature the balcony & too late to find another flat no compensation offered .Lounge well worn ,towels thin & hard odd spare fridge in the dinning area & old furniture under the bed .No microwave or instructions for a/c or stove/oven (not working think gas was off at main).NO meet & greet.
