We like the house and the location near the city and railway to Barcelona.

The house was nice and the design of the room and bathroom were beautiful. The rooftop were nice to sit in and the little pool were nice to take a bath into.

Fantastic Villa!

The villa was perfect for our stay. We had 10 people stay at the villa and there was more than enough room for everyone. There are three fantastic areas in which to hang out in, the courtyard, upper terrace and swimming pool area. It was extremely close to the supermarket, train station and town centre so made things easy for the whole group. We enjoyed the villa so much that we barely visited the town opting to enjoy the sun on the terrace and swimming pool. Will definitely be looking to book again in the future.

Great home centrally located

We had an amazing week at this home. It was plenty big enough for our family of five. Everyone had a room and bathroom. We were thankful that the home had air conditioning. The outdoor spaces and small pool were good for relaxing in the morning and late aftenoon. There were about 5 different beaches within a 10 minute walk and many great restaurants. Paul was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly.

Nice 3 story house. Sleeps 11 . Nice area. You can walk to the beach. The walk goes through the center of the historic town. Very nice beaches within 10-15 min walk. Train to Barcelona is one block down. Umbrellas available at the property to take to the beach as well as towels. Top floor with terrace and pool. Pool is small but enough to dip in. Grocery stores around the corner. Quiet and safe area. Recommend it

The house is very close to train (for easy commute to Barcelona) . 10 min walk to everywhere in town of Sitges…shops, beach, etc.

Trés agréable

La maison est très sympa et spacieuse son agencement permet de ne pas ce marcher dessus et chacun peut trouver sa place pour un peu d'intimité .Le confort est au rendez vous et tous les équipements de cuisine ainsi que les sanitaires sont parfaits. l'accueil de Paul est chaleureux , très professionnel .Il est facilement joignable et très réactif. Sur l'ensemble de notre séjour nous sommes satisfait. Le seul problème dans cette belle maison est la restriction ,voir interdiction de l'utilisation à partir de10h30 des terrasses ainsi que du patio. C'est vraiment frustrant !!! Je suppose que des locataires peu respectueux ont contribué à cette restriction stricte. A recommander aux personnes qui aiment les espaces à l’intérieur en été.

A beautiful property in a most convenient location in Sitges. Minutes from train station, shops, restaurants, and beach. Most comfortably accommodated eleven of us for a week's stay. Paul is the perfect host.

The most wonderful place, with sun all day at terrace, short walking distance to everything.

A lovely house with everything that you could ever think of needing, easy reach, close to everything, shops, food hall/market, medical service, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Easy access to central Barcelona via train, 30 min. (For a cost of approximately 4€.) Easy access with bus from Airport, terminal 1. (For a cost of 7€) Takes 30 minutes and busstop few minutes walk from house, really close, like two blocks. If you travel from terminal 2 there's a free airport shuttle you can take to terminal 1, takes like 5 minutes. Train works fine too, to airport, but there's one change and some waiting on next train can happen. But train to Barcelona is straight, and "No hay problema". Easy to grab a taxi too, by train station in Sitges, approximately 50-60 € to airport. The house got everything that you could possible need. For everybody! After 10.30 pm you got to be really quiet though, on the outside parts of the house, so do you finding yourself having a happy dinner party exceeding that time you need to continue inside after that time, (house rules), because this is a lovely townhouse and the house got lots of, and close neighbors. But the house are spacious and there's no problem moving the dinner party inside. The host are really helpful and if you need anything, more gas for the grill or something, you just send a message to the host and he will see to it. We will definitely come back. One of the best places on earth, with easy access. And it might just happen that you don't even wanna go outside the house because you've just got everything that you need in it :)

Fantasitic Villa!

My group of friends and I (10 of us) went to celebrate my 30th Birthday and had a fantastic time at the villa. It was spacious, clean and had many different areas to hang out in i.e. the courtyard, the sun terrace and the pool. The whole villa felt very lux and we were grateful that we got to enjoy the place. So much so that we spent over half of our time there rather than visit the beach and town. The bbq and large courtyard provided a very cosy space for the evening with a local supermarket only 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying there and hope to do so again soon.
