Die Villa Vista ist eine wunderschön renovierte Villa in erster Meereslinie oberhalb von Port Sitges Aiguadolc.
Der ruhige Garten mit seiner weitläufigen Terrasse bietet einige der besten Aussichten auf das Meer in Sitges. Es grenzt direkt an die offenen Weiten und die natürliche Schönheit des Nationalparks Garaff an, während die Villa zur Seite auch einen direkten Blick auf die Stadt bietet. Sie erinnert daran, dass Sie nicht weit von der Hektik des Stadtzentrums von Sitges entfernt sind !!

Während das Haus stilvoll ist, ist der Garten der Ort, an dem sich sowohl Wohnbereiche als auch Küche und Schlafzimmer befinden.

Schönstes Haus in der ganzen Umgebung

Wir verbrachten mit 11 Personen 10 außergewöhnliche Urlaubstage in diesem einzigartigen Haus. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und aus dem Hauptschlafraum sowie Küche und Wohnbereich ist einmalig. Die Gegenstromanlage im Pool ermöglicht ein wunderbares Badeerlebnis. Der Besitzer und sein Housekeeper vor Ort waren bei jedem Anliegen zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit!! sofort zur Verfügung und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Mit dem Zug erreicht man Barcelona in 40 Minuten. Das sollte man sich allerdings überlegen bei diesem Traumhaus… Vielen Dank Nik und Simon!

Very nice villa at a beautiful location

Check-in was perfect, arrived in the morning and as it was free we already could spend the whole day in the house. The dishwasher broke the first day and the fixing process was a bit legnthy.. other than that the villa fullfills every promise it makes! The view is amazing, either side of the plot offers astonishing views!

Beautiful villa with an awesome view

Located on the top of a hill, the villa offers a beautiful view towards the sea and to the town of Sitges. The house and gardens are kept clean and are in a good condition to enjoy rainy days (we had a few) in the spacious living room. ACs are present in all sleeping rooms. Jumping in the pool or floating in the whirlpool while looking at the beautiful blue ocean is a wonderful way to spend time on hot and sunny days (we had those as well). There are many comfortable areas outside in the garden to relax. The funky illumination of the garden at nighttime was an additional eye-catcher. The kitchen provides everything needed to cook a meal with multiple people/chefs. Also the barbecue grill in a wind-shielded spot around the house is capable of keeping lots of hungry guests happy. To get around in the mountainous area, we were glad to have a car available for grocery shopping and for sightseeing. Walking to town is also possible on trails along the highway, but having a baby buggy with us, we preferred the car. Talking about babies, the house provides a baby bed, a high-chair with washable cover and a bumbo as well as some garden toys. The little guy really felt home in the villa and so did we. Really outstanding are the people that take care of the property. The owner and his property manager were available at any time to quickly fulfill any wishes that we had. Due to a severe weather condition, we had an electrical issue with the water pump. Soon after we contacted them, the repair crew was present to fix it in no time. We had a wonderful time at the villa and definitely recommend it.

One week vacation with two family

The villa is nice and the best is the beautiful view to the see. The pool is very small for the villa size. Aircondition was there but not working in all rooms. The solution was to but mobile aircondition in room what do a lot of noise. In the lifing room was not allowed to run the aircondition what we could not understnand in this price segment. Doors having no look and the solution was a poor piece of wood to close it. The gardener was comming to cut the palms during our vacation. At the end we would not book again this villa .

Un très bon séjour chez Simon , la maison est grande et il y a de la place pour la famille amis . Simon est très gentil et toujours disponible par message . La vue de la maison est juste incroyable et il y a tout pour passe un bon moment . Merci encore !!! C’était top !!! Simon fait tout pour aider avec ses renseignements pour les ballades excursions restaurants … et si il y a un souci dans la maison il fait de son mieux pour gérer les problèmes ! C’était parfait !

We enjoyed a perfect stay at this lovely property. We were attending a family wedding in Sitges and it was the perfect villa to build a week stay around. The Villa was stunning with a wonderful outside garden, sun lounging, pool, and dining areas. The view of the ocean and Sitges is breathtaking. The property was spotless and well appointed. The outside space is what sells this property.The checkin process was nonexistent the local manager wasn’t available when we asked to check in and consequently all we got was a key handover and quick tour round, we didn’t know how to work the alarm or the main room TV. The owner took time later to explain how over what’s app. We had no dishwasher for the whole stay, it had broken the week before but was only discovered not to be working a few hours before we arrived. We really ought to have been told about the breakdown before we loaded it with our evening meal and breakfast pots only to have to take them all out and hand wash them. The property has the most fantastic view from the garden, but beware the mosquitoes were out in ernest , the gardener did treat the pond during our stay. But sadly we all sustained multiple bites. The owner did everything in his power to help with all and any issues, for this he can’t be faulted. A better handover process would have helped us and we even offered to meet the local manager later on the day of arrival but he declined. Whilst we were very aware of how steep the driveway is, from previous reviews, we’ve got to say it’s really steep, not suitable for young and elderly clients. And driving up is a massive challenge, as is turning round at the top of the drive. There’s nothing that can be done to improve this situation. Finally the property is now in need of extensive modernisation. Air conditioning in living areas is a must.

I hosted 20 friends and family at this villa over the course of two weeks. Most people stayed three or four days and then went on to other destinations. The villa is spacious. I was able to host two dinners that were cooked by local chefs in the kitchen and everything was very adequate. The bedrooms all have very high functioning air conditioning units, but the main area of the villa is not air-conditioned. This was only a problem on a couple of days during our stay as it was rather hot and humid. However, this only lasted for a few hours in the middle of the day and by 5 PM the main area generally cooled off nicely with excellent maritime breezes. The pool is beautiful and the view and the backyard is priceless. The driveway is very steep and it took a couple of days using the driveway to get up to the villa to figure out how to do it correctly. I would strongly recommend a car that has good traction and sturdy tires. Everyone gravitates to the backyard. There is a very sturdy safe for valuables which we appreciated. The owner and the house manager of the villa were readily available and answered all of my questions and concerns very quickly. I would strongly recommend Villa Vista!

Exceptional sea view and garden!

This villa was perfect for our intergenerational family of 8 on our weeklong stay. The heat was pretty brutal the week of our stay, so we spent more time in the bedrooms, which have glorious A/C. The kitchen is fine, with all things needed & more space than the pictures suggest. We came for the outdoor space, which does not disappoint. The pool is not large, but just right for family swims while mom and grandma sit in loungers in the shade. And the VIEW!!! It’s as good as the pics or better. We used the taxisitges service to order taxis & they were reasonable, reliable, and friendly. You can’t really walk to town, so count on a rental or taxi (8-11 to go to town) for trips.Do note that the driveway is STEEP! We weren’t able to get the SUV we rented up it (big & underpowered), and my elderly dad with mobility issues really struggled to get up & down it on foot. The view is almost 360, though. You can see sunrise & sunset. So beautiful!

Elegant, relaxing accomodation with breathtaking views

We really enjoyed our stay in Sitges and this lavish house with plenty of room, a nice pool and surroundings. The house is spacious with different levels and bedrooms in several parts of the house. And the outdoor environment also provides lots of space with different areas. The view is amazing, with a refreshing breeze for the hot lazy days.Although you really feel away from the buzz, you have near proximity to both supermarkets, Sitges town, and of course Barcelona.Really recommend this accomodation, and Simon and Nik’s nice support before and during the stay.

Amazing Stay in Sitges

Our family was in Sitges for our daughter's wedding. We arrived a week ahead. The property is stunningly beautiful! The pics don't do it justice. The outside property is just lovely with lots of comfortable seating, lounge chairs, tables with chairs for eating, a pool and hot tub. Although we would have loved the hot tub to be heated as we were there in May - so really couldn't use it :(. The view cannot be replicated. It rained only one day - and we were gifted with a beautiful double rainbow.Our daughter was getting married at Almiral de la Font, so this was a perfect location for us. We really enjoyed Sitges for a week prior to the wedding. Spent some time in Barcelona as well.The house is equipped with almost everything you need, including iron, pool towels, washer/dryer, outside clothes line, blow dryers, clothing drying rack and more. Kitchen was well equipped!Nik offered to get us a few groceries to get us started which was really nice of him and helped us so much until we found Carrefour Market that has more than everything you need.Simon and Nik were fantastic as host and manager - very responsive, even when my father tried to break in (haha). The driveway is VERY steep and I recommend parking on the street, very safe and kind of a dead end street.Overall we had the best week ever! With fond memories of a special time in Sitges. Thank you to our hosts and their patience with us and the alarm :/. haha.We will definitely be back someday!!

Beautiful views and tranquil yard

Pros-The property had a beautiful view of the ocean and a tranquil yard, which we enjoyed every day. It is also a close drive 5-10 minutes to the local beaches and downtown area, 30 minutes to the airport, and 40-45 minutes into the busy city center of Barcelona.The property manager was responsive and the owner was also in communication. Cons-The front drive is very steep and curved, we had some difficulty parking our larger van. With time, we adjusted, however backing down was not for the faint of heart. The front steps and the interior few stairs do not have rails for ease of egress. We were traveling with two individuals with mobility challenges, they took their time and managed. We would recommend a newer broom and perhaps a more robust vacuum be available. Traveling with children, crumbs are always likely. We prefer to keep tidy, even on vacation. We had a wonderful time at the property and our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

Fantastic communication from Simon prior arrival. Can only say positives about house and location and views. All things there to cook etc. Is as advertised and better. Positively surpised to find homegym in garage. 4 minute drive from Carrefour Market.

Just perfect!

This is just an outstanding villa. So much room with three beds at one end and two at the other end and a great living, dining and kitchen area between. The position is perfect, with sensational views out to the ocean, but only a few minutes from Sitges, shops, bars and restaurants. The garden and pool area are beautifully laid out, making it perfect for outside time at the villa. The owner and local manager couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Highest quality in terms of furniture and other furnishings just made it feel very comfortable. We only had 5 people and didn’t do the place justice! You could easily have 10 or 12 here and not feel crowded at all. Thanks for helping us enjoy our holiday week so much.

Amazing celebration week with friends

We were a party of 8 adults celebrating our birthday and wedding anniversary. The house was exactly as described, although the views were a little different due to foliage that we were told could not be trimmed. The views were still amazing! Also the driveway is very steep. Nik and Simon were very timely with communication and gave great recommendations. One of them was for a chef, Amanda, who prepared an awesome meal for us at the house. What treat! I would highly recommend this home and would gladly rent it again if I was in the area

Beautiful villa in a handy location

Modern property with lovely decor and beautiful garden. The view is stunning and a short drive into Barcelona so lots to do, Communication with Simon & checkin from Nick was excellent - very efficient and lots of help with the area and recommendations on where to go for beaches, restaurants etc. We were a family of 7 and there was plenty of room. We had Amanda cook for us one night which was also excellent and she accommodated dietary requirements very well which was important House is spacious with some lovely features in the garden which is very well maintained. Kitchen very well equipped. Only minor point would be it got very hot in the living room due to lack of aircon which meant we used our bedrooms a lot more where there was very good aircon. All in all a very enjoyable week in Sitges!

Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed at Simons place for 10 days, with our whole family. We had 2 grandchildren. The house is large and very convenient. The outside space is so beautyful like out of a picture book. Thank you again for sharing your house.
