Bachelorette Trip in Cabo!

I coordinated a bachelorette trip for my sister and 10 of her friends. Cabo Villas made the trip SO SMOOTH. Thank goodness, I had a concierge and drivers to reach out to at anytime. It was a life saver. Pedro & Alex were amazing. Highly recommend booking your stay through Cabo Villas! Welcome margaritas with chips and salsa! They helped us coordinate decor and a mariachi band with Creative Destination Events! It was PERFECT.

Dream House But Leasing Problems

The house has beautiful ocean view and the staff was great. The major problem is with security. Security would not recognize an additional guest and was forced to rent a hotel room. Plus after I booked, I was forced to pay two additional deposits, one within a week of the trip, While it was an inconvenience for me, it could not prevented others from leasing the house. Housing staff are great. Thank Pedro!

Birthday Celebration

We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday and with the help of Alexandria, the planning was great! She helped with the catering, activities and shuttle service. The Villa was better then we thought and Pedro, our concierge was amazing! We LOVED our Cabo trip!!

Bachelorette

Me and my 11 group of friends and family stayed at Hacienda Edith for my bachelorette & had the most amazing stay. The property was breath taking - even better than pictures! And the whole staff made the trip even more enjoyable. They were attentive, kind and hospitable. We had 2 catered dinners at the house and the 2 chefs were outstanding! We felt safe in this neighborhood with security trolling late at night. I can’t recommend this property and Cabo villas enough!

Bachelorette Trip!

Our villa was so beautiful and the perfect stay for a bachelorette group of 12! The staff was so accommodating and it was super easy to arrange all transportation through them (pickup and drop off). I highly recommend the in-villa food services, the staff was so lovely and made us the most amazing meals with fresh guacamole, meat, etc. Shoutout to the Cabo Villas staff for everything! The actual villa was very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean and private pool. All guests loved staying here and it made for such a wonderful bachelorette trip!

A great place to stay in Cabo

Hacienda Edith is a beautiful property. The house is located in a gated community that is safe and very close to town. When we arrived we were given a tour and they had margaritas and chips set out. Pablo our concierge was always available and took great care of us. The shuttle service was easily available and always on time. Some of us had massages from Lulu and Betsy on the balcony and it was amazing! The sunset views from the balconies were fantastic every night. We rented a golf cart and often went down to the beach, which is a short ride down the hill. This is not a swimming beach but a beautiful place to walk in the sand and enjoy the view. We would all recommend Hacienda Edith for your stay in Cabo.

This house is so beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice. There’s 5 rooms that are more like casitas that all have their own bathroom and airconditioning. The staff was so welcoming, the view was INSANE, hector our concierge handled every shuttle ( even at 2am) and a at home taco & margarita dinner. We stayed here for a bachelorette and everyone was shocked how gorgeous it was. Would recommend this house to anyone and cabo villas!! Thank you for an amazing weekend

Beautiful Place!!

Hacienda Edith was one of a kind! It was so perfect for our group of friends with plenty of rooms to accommodate couples & single individuals. The house was super clean & we received housekeeping services twice while there! The supplies provided were more than plenty! The team we worked with through CaboVillas were fantastic. Alex was amazing to work with before the trip, she made sure we had all levels of traveling to Cabo covered! Angel, our concierge throughout the trip, was so accommodating & had extremely quick responses to make sure we were taken care of! The drivers that Angel had arranged for us were over our expectation! Gustavo, Felix, & Alex we’re all so friendly & gave us recommendations. They made sure we all got home safely & made sure to be timely when picking us up. Overall a fantastic experience at Hacienda Edith & we cannot wait to return.

THE spot in Cabo

If new to Cabo, this is the spot for you. And CaboVillas are a great group to work with. - Airport transport - very seamless and easy. What you want on vacation. Can arrange round trip, very affordable, and couldn’t have been easier. - Stocking the place- If you tell them what you want ahead of time…beer, wine, water, food…they will have it there for you. Yes, transport cam stop, and might be a little pricier, but not easier. Fridge and pantry stocked for us. - Chef / catering - Ordered catering one day, and food / staff were fantastic. Was easilg A’s affordable as eating out, and leftovers for two days. Food was great, hassle free. - Views - Watched whales from the balcony. Awesome views. Not a terrible walk to the beach either. - Rooms - Cant say enough about the rooms and 4 level layout. As many balconies and areas to chill as rooms. Great space, i cant say enough about the rooms, space, privacy for all. - Getting around - concierge setup timely transportation to dinner, excursions, etc…Roy our driver was awesome! - Concierge - Always there to help, a big help for first timers . We couldn’t say enough good things, and definitely will be back!

Nice pool and beautiful view

My family of 11, 9 adults and 2 children under 2, stayed as an early Christmas trip Nov-Dec 2022. We loved our concierge, Roberto, he was absolutely fantastic. He arranged several rides and meals for us, and he was always available for any questions we had. We enjoyed having a beach to walk too nearby and the view of the ocean right out front. The beach rarely had people at it, unless it was sunset. Although you can't swim in the water (don't even try), we still had a lot of fun. The walk down is downhill but a steep climb to come back up. We didn't mind and did it daily. But if you have young kids or older family with you it might be more difficult. We saw whales almost daily during our stay. We used chef services once. Between the taxes, fees, and tip you are paying almost the same amount as the meal itself. So it did not seem reasonable to utilize the chef service. We would've enjoyed using the service more, but it felt like a waste of money when half of the cost went to additional fees. We found a deal online for a taco bar w/ one hour of margaritas and the meal, drinks, and chefs were wonderful! Outside vendors have to be approved prior to being authorized at the Villa, so something to keep in mind if you are trying to hire a company not used by Cabo Villas. On the map you are VERY close to town. But the house is located up a massive windy hill and then down some on the other side. It MIGHT be doable to walk to town and get a driver back, but everyone would need to be in decent shape and no children. Once you leave the gate of the community you are basically in downtown Cabo. If you have a golf cart, quad, or vehicle to drive to the front gate and then walk into town, you will save a lot of money instead of taking a driver each way. Pros: - Good location to private beach - Large pool - Lots of kitchen supplies - Well stocked bathrooms - Seating on every terrace - Beautiful views - Quiet during the night and mostly quiet during the day - Roberto was wonderful! Cons - Some of the furniture inside/outside could use some TLC - Unit on second floor of main house never had hot water. My parents had to shower in the guest house the entire time. - Using the Cabo Villa driver was about 40% more expensive than finding a private driver or Uber.

We appreciate the detailed review and feedback of Hacienda Edith. We are so glad they received excellent service from their concierge, Roberto, for all their needs. We're happy they took advantage of the close proximity to the beautiful beach as well. Ubers in Cabo will experience the same inconveniences as unapproved vendors when entering the Pedregal gated community (for security) and many will not be granted entrance. The taxi service our concierges use will not have those issues. We are happy our guests had a wonderful vacation and we look forward to welcoming them again in the future!

We had the BEST time at Hacienda Edith. The booking process was seamless. When we arrived they were on site to give us a tour and had welcome drinks waiting. Super easy to communicate with for the entire stay. The pictures don’t do it justice for just how gorgeous the property is!

The Property is Beautiful..The Plumbing sucks.

The property is really beautiful. We had a great time there and the location is perfect. We did however run into plumbing issues during our stay. The master bath shower was not really draining, it would take all night for it to go down. So I called the gentleman for maintenance and they said they would get right on it, but no such luck. The next day another room was having plumbing issues as well so I called again, but it didn't seem to have gotten resolved. Later on the second day the room all the way at the bottom had water leaking down her walls. FINALLY someone came out to take a look, and the two guest bedrooms were taken care of. You could see in the Master bathroom shower that they may have attempted to snake the drain because they left dirt in the shower, but it was still draining slowly. OTHER then plumbing issues the whole time we had a blast. The welcoming that we got was nice and very helpful. The views were amazing!! We could see whales from the balcony. I do recommend that if you choose to stay here you will want to rent some kind of vehicle.

Great vacation home

Lots of room for our family of 9. We did not realize from the photos and descriptions that other than the master bedroom all rooms were separate requiring one to go outdoors to access the main house-a bit of an issue with young children. View from back balcony wonderful especially sunsets! Pool big with shallow and deeper areas. Property showing it’s age and could do with a bit of updating and TLC.

Wonderful property and location.

Exactly as shown in pictures. Very safe neighbourhood. Room enough for all 12 of us. Unfortunately there was a strong sewer smell in the main house area one morning, and one day when we had no water until late afternoon. Manager responded promptly to the water issue. I would recommend this property. I enjoyed relaxing on the many private decks. The kids loved the pool. We had 2 cars, so made day trips to town and La Paz. Wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Nice, probably won't return

The property was nice. However, there was trash all over the grounds including cigarettes, cigars, water bottles, etc. One of the rooms smelled like mold until we aired it out. There were also ants all over the counter in the kitchen. This was my first time in Cabo, so maybe my expectations were too high but the prestocking food options were pretty disappointing. The cheese had mold on it. The hamburger meat were just frozen patties. The liquor bottles don't have a size listed on the prestocking options, just by the price charged we were expecting much larger bottles. If I could do it again, I would just stay in an all inclusive resort.

We are sorry the villa was not up to your expectations. This villa provides maid service every other day and they will gladly clean any areas that may have may have missed if kindly asked. In addition, the house is fumigated every 2 weeks, but sometimes insects do find their way in, especially if food is left out. Thankfully we haven’t had any issues with ants at this villa since. Our clients find the pre stocking to be a great option and items are purchased and stocked in the villa the day before. It must have been very disappointing to find mold on the cheese. The vendor was very accommodating by replacing it with the cinnamon rolls, tortillas and waters that were requested instead with no additional charge. Most bottles are priced at the 750mL size and we can always quote for a larger size if you ask. The hamburger patties in the grilling package are frozen and meant to cook directly from the package.

Great location for a group

This is a great location for a group of 10. Bedrooms are separate and provide privacy. Great large kitchen and dining area to eat as a group. Giovani responded to all questions quickly. This is great value for a group traveling together.

Amazing in every way.

This house was amazing. I cannot believe the price! We had an incredible experience from start to finish. It's just a short taxi ride to town, which was very easy to facilitate. The estate is sprawling with the rooms very spread out. It gave the perfect amount of privacy. The pool is big and the house overall was even more amazing than the photos (which I did not think was possible). We felt incredibly safe in Pedregal. I recommend this house to anyone heading to Cabo.

Had a great time in Cabo and Hacienda Edith was a great house with amazing ocean veiws.

In November 2016 I started planning a surprise trip to Cabo for my spouses 50th birthday. It was a lot of work and keeping the surprise for 5 months was very difficult. All of the hard work certainly paid off. We stayed at the Hacienda Edith April 22-29, 2017. The perfect house for our group. All 10 of us, 4 couples and 2 single ladies had plenty of privacy in each bedroom, more than enough space for us all to gather in the kitchen/dining/living and outdoor spaces. The pool area is a great place to enjoy the Cabo sunshine and the view of the ocean from all terraces on the property was fantastic, much better than I had envisioned. All of the staff from the booking agents to the house staff to the taxi driver who drove us back to the airport were fantastic. Luis, "our go to guy", was so nice and helpful. From picking up a few things for us on our first day, to setting up taxis and helping us navigate around Cabo. A really great person. On a side note...my spouse is a huge Sammy Hagar fan and the afternoon/night we spent at the Cabo Wabo celebrating his 50th was epic to say the least. I can't thank cabovillas.com enough and yes, we will be back!
