Eine sehr fadenscheinig einstöckigen Villa mit großem Pool und Garten. Unsere Villa befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer, direkt an der Hauptstraße, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu vielen 5-Sterne-Resorts und Strände. Die Villa ist umgeben von viel Grün und ist ganz privat. Es gibt viele Arten von Restaurants aus der chinesischen, Fisch und Chips zu lokalen Kebab, alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Es gibt Obstbäume im Garten, die sich die Gäste an die frische Früchte von den Bäumen helfen kann. Unser Check-in-Zeiten sind nach 15. 00 und Check-Out Zeiten vor 12. 00.

Beautiful accommodation, fantastic hosts.

Fantastic stay with beautiful clean accommodation. Can’t thank the hosts enough, who were great. Sorted last minute transfers, as mine fell through and also sorted a car to use car for a small fee.

Great villa!

We had a lovely stay at this villa, Metin and Selda were great hosts and on hand if we needed them. The villa was spotless on arrival, and actually the pictures listed on here don't do it justice, it's much more spacious and the pool is great for cooling off. We would 100% recommend this villa, and are looking forward to our next stay.

Terrific

The property was very clean and tidy. The hosts were remarkable very nice and helpful. I only had 8 days there but was really pleasant and enjoyable. I would recommend anyone wanting a villa in alsancak to look at this property it was terrific. I definitely would book again.

Wonderful holiday

Had a fabulous two weeks staying in this lovely villa. Metin and Selda are the perfect hosts, kind, generous and welcoming. They organised airport transfers, car hire, and not forgetting the BBQ night which was a delicious added treat. The villa is ideally situated for shops, restaurants and a peaceful break in the sunshine. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

Everything about our stay from the initial booking until our departure was first class. Metin met us as arrranged at Larnaca airport to take us over the border to the bungalow. This had everything as described with a very substantial welcome pack. Metin and his wife Selda were always available for any concerns without being intrusive in anyway. Then of course there was the bbq that were invited to with Metin Selda a their family and friends. A great night. Was had by all. No negatives at all from us We will be back

3 weeks (nearly) in the sun

Property was clean and spacious, and as advertised. The host was very helpful in arranging transfers and with any advice about the area. A car is a must, as the facilities; the places to eat or supermarkets within walking distance are limited, but fill all the basic requirements. There are superb facilities hotels and beaches within 25 minutes walk or a short drive from the property

A lovely property with welcoming friendly hosts.

We, a family of 2 adults and a 13 yr old boy, had a great time staying at this villa. The villa is well laid out with everything you might need and was spotless. The transfers and welcome pack were faultless , Selda and Metin are lovely people. We had a fantastic barbecue with their family, - lovely traditional food. Too much of course!!! Selda and Metin were on hand if you needed them but most certainly let you get on with your own holiday. There are places to eat within walking distance but we also took the ( very frequent) dolmus to visit other restaurants. We also hired a car but this was mainly to sight see. We would definitely come again to this villa, we had a fabulous holiday, thank you S and M xx

Fantastic relaxing villa (28th Aug--6th Sept)

Myself, my partner, our 2 children (boy 14 girl 11) and my parents who have limited mobility stayed at this beautiful villa, this place has lots of space and plenty of facilities that u might need, the pool is huge and delightful that we all enjoyed, just a short walk to the beach and 5mins walk to a few restaurants and supermarkets with everything u might need, although we didn't hire a car (which is also available on request) it may be recommended if u want to travel further round this beautiful island, we managed to get about using the dolmas on the main road for a few lira. We would all like to thank Selma and Metin for inviting us to a lavish BBQ which was plentiful and delicious, Our children enjoyed meeting their girls who were very helpful and VERY friendly to both our children, If ur looking for a peaceful comfortable relaxing place to stay on this gorgeous part of Cyprus then look no further!!!! Highly recommend this villa!! Thank you once again Metin, Selda and girls for making our stay unforgettable Warm regards Deana, Jason and the rest of the family xx

Fantastic 2 week stay.

Had a very enjoyable 2 week stay here in late July. The property, pool and surroundings are immaculate top to bottom and there's a lovely mountain view to wake up to. The villa is very well equipped for self catering with air con in all rooms if needed. The owners Metin and Selda are amazing and are on hand for any queries. They sorted our transfers and a hire car. Definately speak to the owners first before booking your car and transfers, they offered us something more competitive. As mentioned in previous comments, the bbq night is not to be missed. Lots of fantastic local food and great conversation with the family. There's plenty of supermarkets and eateries within walking distance, the Altin Koy fish restaurant is particularly good and right by the beach. The welcome pack was perfect to get us set up on the first day. Metin, Selda and the family, thankyou once again for such an enjoyable stay, we'd happily return again.

What a warm welcome!

A fabulous welcome from Metin and Selma, the owners. They walked us round the villa and pointed out everything. The villa was large, beautifully clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a large welcome pack of basics to get you started, which was appreciated. We were also invited to a family barbecue during our stay and met the rest of Metin and Selma’s family. We had an excellent night and appreciated their hospitality. The villa is just off the main road in a quiet location but within walking distance of supermarket and restaurants. We had a car the first week but then used the local dolmus (bus) to get around in the second week. Metin arranged the taxi to and from the airport (Larnaca) and we just had to pay the driver. If you want a lovely villa, a relaxing time and a warm welcome don’t hesitate to consider this villa.

Tolles Haus - tolle Familie - toller Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem beeindruckendem Eingangsbereich. Die beiden Palmen am Eingang machen ein schönes Sommerfeeling jedes mal wenn man Heim kommt. Sehr ordentliches und sauberes Haus, mit drei großen Schlafzimmern und sehr netten, zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Danke für den warmherzigen Empfang und die ganzen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Küchentresen. Alles was man zum ersten Überleben nach der Ankunft braucht war da wie auch eine nette Willkommenskarte. Auch das BBQ bei Metin und seiner Familie war sehr schmackhaft und ein toller Abend. Im Masterbedroom weckt einen die Sonne beim Aufstehen und der erste Blick geht zum schönen Pool, ein schönes Erwachen. Restaurants, Supermarkt und eine traumhafte Badebucht sind mit dem Auto in Kürze zu erreichen. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, war alles da und was nicht da war, wurde uns sofort gebracht. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, in einem schönen Haus mit einer tollen Familie (Danke für die Haloumi und Oliven Muffins) - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellente expérience chez Metin et Selda. La villa a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Les lieux étaient très propres. Les extérieurs sont merveilleux. La piscine est grande, propre et la température est idéale. La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique.Comme c’est une île il y a de temps en temps quelques coupures d’électricité très courtes ( 30min à 1h maximum) et la consommation d’électricité est réglementée avec un compteur « rechargé » chaque jour par les propriétaires. Mais cela n’a vraiment pas été gênant. Nous avons pu profiter de la climatisation chaque nuit pour dormir au frais sans aucun problème. Il y a plein de petites plages magnifiques autour et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Meltin et Selda sont de merveilleux hôtes. Ils ont eu, tout au long du séjour, des petites attentions montrant leur bienveillance et leur merveilleux sens de l’hospitalité. Ils nous ont invité à un superbe barbecue dont nous gardons un excellent souvenir. Les deux sont d’excellents cuisiniers. Nous vous recommandons de séjourner dans cette villa, vous ne serez pas déçu ! Merci à Metin Selda et les filles pour la qualité de l’accueil et des prestations ainsi que pour leur gentillesse et bienveillance qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Perfekt ferie oplevelse

Meget varm og dejlig velkomst, da vi ankom til huset. Huset og omgivelserne levet flot op til billederne i annoncen. Vi havde dejlig god plads med 3 børn/teenagerne, som også gerne vil have privatliv hver for sig. Dejlig have der omkransede stor terrasse med privat pool, som var meget velholdt og ren. Meget venlig værtspar, som fulgte op på om vi havde et godt ophold, og var meget opmærksomme på, alt skulle være i orden. Beliggenheden af huset er god, det er nemt at køre til mange seværdigheder og natur skønne steder i området. mange hilsner fra en meget tilfreds dansk familie. / Dorte Skovsgaard.

Romslig og velholdt feriehus med basseng

Veldig god plass i huset (vi var fire), rent og velholdt. Stor hage med appelsintrær og andre frukttrær, stor veranda, fint basseng. Stille strøk. God kontakt med vertskapet, Metin og Selda, som kom innom med frukt av forskjellig slag og sjekket at vi hadde det bra. Metin hentet oss og kjørte oss til flyplassen, en veldig grei ordning. Vi leide også bil av vertskapet, og det fungerte bra. Kan trygt anbefale denne ferieboligen!

Alsancak Villa

My Wife and i and our teenage daughter have just returned from a two week break at Selda and Metins Fantastic Villa. The Pictures really don't do the house justice it was absolutely spotless and the facilities are second to none. The Location was perfect for a relaxing break and all the local facilities were within easy reach, that said i would recommend the use of the car that is available from Metin as there are so many interesting places to visit. As mentioned in earlier Posts the barbecue is a not to be missed event lots and lots and lots of delicious food. We have been to The South of the Island but this was our first visit to Northern Cyprus and what a real find it turned out to be, so much to do and see. If you are thinking about staying at Metin and Seldas home then my advice is Do it! as you will not be disappointed.

This a great villa in a good location

We have just returned home from a two week stay at Metin & Selda's villa and all we can say is it was great. Immaculately clean and tidy with everything you could need. The pool is a great size and gets the sun all day till around 6pm. Location is good also, a car is not really needed but is handy to have. A couple of min walk will get you to the main road where you can pick up the dolmus (mini buses that run between Lapta and Girne) They run all day till around midnight. Its also a short walk to some bars and restaurants. Metin and Selda were great hosts and a big must is Metin's BBQ which lived up to the great reviews already posted here. Thanks for a great holiday hope to return again soon.

Best Villa Yet!

The villa exceeded all our expectations! Spacious, comfortable and maintained to a very high standard by the lovely owners, Mehmet and Selda. Our every need was met and we were able to enjoy a great evening with them and their three lovely girls when they laid on a Barbie to die for!! The villa is in a good location with some excellent restaurants, our favourites being the Veni Vici and the Almond. Both offering great food at affordable prices. Once again, our sincere thanks to Mehmet and Selda for the big part you played in making this such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to seeing you again before too long.

10/10 – Hervorragend

"Fantastic"

This was our first time in this villa as we stayed in the sister villa earlier in the year. Once again though it has been totally relaxing with our hosts Mehmet and Selda looking after our every need! The villa is superb, spacious and spotlessly clean with every facility you could wish for. Once again "SuperMem" and his lovely family put on a superb barbecue and believe me you ain't lived till you have had a "SuperMem" barby!! Already booked for June and September 2015 and thanks again you two for treating us and the two boys like family Dave and Zoe

August 2014

We have just returned from our fabulous holiday in North Cyprus. We have hired many villas in North Cyprus and this one was one of our favourites the villa was immaculate and all your needs are catered for, it is in a great location with shops, restaurants and beaches nearby therefore a car isn't a necessity although handy. I would like to thank the owners who couldn't have made us feel anymore welcome we were treated as friends rather than visitors nothing was a problem for them and we look forward to returning in the future.

holiday heaven

A fantastic villa , great facilities and in a central location for shopping, eating and the beach. The owners and their family were really friendly and thoughtful. We were so impressed we've already booked a gain for next year.
