Welcome to our beautiful villa, nestled in one of the most peaceful and picturesque areas of Çatalköy 🌿✨ A truly tranquil setting awaits you, where the only sounds you’ll hear are birdsong and the gentle rhythm of nature.

Our villa enjoys private gardens on three sides, offering a wonderful sense of space and seclusion 🌺🌳 On the fourth side, there is an adjoining neighbouring villa (the white-painted villa shown in the first photo of the listing).

The swimming pool and its surrounding garden are located directly in front of your villa 🏊‍♂️☀️ Just beyond the pool, there is another fully detached villa. The pool is shared with the neighbouring villa and the villa opposite.

However, you are very likely to enjoy the pool as if it were your own private oasis for most of the day 💦🌞 We do not permit visitor gatherings, and with four beautiful sandy beaches just 5–10 minutes away by car 🏖️, guests in the other two villas often choose to spend their days by the sea.

Situated on the south side, the pool measures 10m × 5m with a depth ranging from 70 cm to 150 cm — suitable for both swimmers and non-swimmers.
You only share it with:
1. The villa opposite (listed on Airbnb)
2. The half-villa next door (Cypriot owner, usually stays alone)

This keeps the pool area calm, quiet and comfortable at all times.

Depending on the season, the garden offers roses, jasmine, herbs and trees such as thyme, lime and escadonia. It is a peaceful green space perfect for relaxing in nature.

Villa is in a peaceful dead-end road with very low traffic. The ridge where the villa is located is perfect for morning and evening walks due to its quiet surroundings, natural environment, and stunning views. The area is safe, with respectful neighbors and unobstructed views thanks to sloping land.
