Diese Luxusvilla besitzt einen privaten Swimmingpool auf einer riesigen Sonnenterrasse und auf der Rückseite außerhalb einen Grill mit Terrasse und üppigen Gärten. Die Villa ist ein ideales Ferienhaus für Familien und Gruppen, innerhalb mit reichlich Platz zum Entspannen und außerhalb unter der Pergola oder umher des Pools und Grills. Eine fantastische Küche und Speisebereiche draußen wie drinnen bietet sich für den Genuss der lokalen Produkte zu jeder Gelegenheit an. Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Wir befinden uns 5 Fahrminuten des Restaurant-Viertels des alten Crusader Hafens entfernt, welches direkt an der hauptsächlichen Einkaufsgegend liegt. 6TH TIME IN KYRENIA AREA

A lovely villa situated up above Kyrenia on the Bellapais road but away from main traffic. Quiet, lovely garden and all the neccessary 'at home' facilities. Nice airy bedrooms with AC when needed. An absolutely lovely large infinity pool which is serviced regularly. Short 10 minute journey to Kyrenia and supermarkets by car. Mardo's Ice cream palour on the main road out of Kyrenia situated at the end of the SUPREME car park towards Esentepe IS A MUST. Hire car, not new, but tidy and did the job. Fuel was exceptionally inexpensive. Lots of restaurants around the location and many, many more further afield. ACAPULCO water park is a must for children with all the slides and fun plus the beach. Reasonably expensive but worth it. All in all 'you could want for no more'. A lovely time had by all in lovely surrounds.

It was lovely to have you stay as you realised this is our holiday home and not just any other rental. Thank you for looking after it so well and for giving it joy with your visit. I am so pleased that everything went like clockwork for you from airport pickup to final departure. Sadik and Muzo were always there to help and guide you on your holiday. The gardens are now very mature giving great shade to the covered logia living area and the car port in a riot of colour in all directions.

Perfect Villa in Perfect Location Kyrenia

I was thrilled with the overall standard of the villa, beautifully furnished and equipped with all needs - very clean, comfortable and was true to the descriptions as advertised. Especially appreciated were the welcome pack along with handy information about all local restaurants and 'things to do'. Would definitely recommend to friends especially those looking for villa for 6 as plenty of space.

Holiday

The description of the property was very accurate and we were more than pleased when we arrived at 10pm on a Saturday evening.In the daylight the next day it was even better.The property was very clean and well maintained and during our stay the pool man and the gardener were in regular attendance. It is a short drive to the wonderful village of Bellapais with the Abbey and a handful of very good restaurants.The view from the Abbey restaurant over to Kyrenia is magnificent. The nearby village of Ozankoy is a working village,the local people are very friendly and welcoming and The Raj Indian restaurant serves wonderful food. Sadik, a charming local businessman, will arrange to pick you up and drop you off at Ercan airport free of charge if you hire a car from him (approx £20 per day).He is also available via telephone to provide information and to help with any problems.

This has been a great summer for Nothern Cyprus. The crippling cost of the Euro means that Europe and the South of Cyprus are now horrendously expensive and give very poor value for money. Our prices are set in Sterling which means no fluctuation in cost for UK visitors and major reductions for anyone coming from the Eurozone. Also th cost of living in the North of Cyprus is much less than the south or other parts of Europe so you get great value in the mediteranean sun. We also give great value for our visitors to Northern Ireland, a Blue Planet must see destination. Search for our Causeway Cottages in Northern. Regards Lyn

Back again for another great holiday

Here we are again, all three generations. Better than last time. The garden has come on wonderfully in a year and the new outdoor setees and dining tables really made it so comfortable. We will see you next year. Merry Christmas to you all.

Hi Ivan and Elaine ALways a pleasure to have you guys stay. The garden has really matured and is lovely all year now. We can never decide where we want to sit outside or where to dine, so we now have three outdoor dining areas to suit our mood, + the main dining room. The new setees in the patio area are really great and our guests as well as ourselves practically live outdoors.

The most relaxing holiday we have ever had!

We spent two weeks in August at the villa. I want one!! Everything was first rate, from the well stocked kitchen to the fabulous pool and comfortable terrace which got an immense amount of use. For the first time ever, our two teenagers aged 14 and 16 were not interested in going to the beach as they loved the pool so much and found the villa to be a home from home. It was very hot during our stay so sitting in the shade with a good book and a gorgeous swimming pool to hand was our idea of heaven. We went to Bellapais Abbey one day as I was desperate to see the tree of idleness that Laurence Durrell speaks about in his book about Northern Cyprus and went on a boat trip, which was very enjoyable and served a good lunch. There were many restaurants within a short drive away that catered for every taste and pocket and you could eat at a different place every night.We found the book in which people have rated the restaurants very helpful in making a decision about where to go and in the small village of Ozankoy, there are lots of small family run establishments that are fantastic value for money where you can get a three course meal with coffee, brandy and entertainment for £10 each. There was nothing within walking distance, though, so hiring a car is probably a necessity. The villa was beautifully laid out and was clean and tidy when we arrived with even some of the basics in the fridge already. It had everything we needed-and more! The air conditioning was a must as it was very humid at night. The owner, Lyn, was very helpful when we were in the process of booking the villa and made it all very easy. I would, without doubt, recommend staying at this villa to anyone but would be very jealous that it was not me!

I am so pleased that nimbles enjoyed Kyrenia and our Villa so much. We love to eat out so our own guide to the villa and the area on our website gives great advice about where the best places are with phone numbers to book them. The restaurants are great value for money and now verything is so much less expensive because of the strength of the Sterling against the Turkish Lira. North Cyprus is outside the Euro Zone so we are not paying vastly inflated prices. For anyone coming from EuroZone it is a super bargain The boat trips from the old Crusader harbour are a must. The smaller boats are more intimate and the food is always fantastic. Trish and Sadik keep the Villa very neat and tidy for our guests and look after every need from a welcome pack to airport transfer and hire car. Our guide to air travel on our website also gives all the contacts for flights from the UK and info about Larnaca and Erjan airports.

Great Villa, views and location.

We stayed here for 14 nights July/August 2009 with our 2 daugthers aged 12 and 15. The villa is spacious and well maintained with air-conditioning in all bedrooms, bedding was changed and the villa cleaned half way through our stay. As suggested by the owner we arranged car hire with Sadiq who was very helpful and provided a good car at a great rate. The weather was exceptionally hot during our stay with temperatures in the high 30's every day so we made great use of the spacious pool which has a shallow end with steps and a deep end of approx. 6'. The villa location is to the East of the town centre and appears less commercialised than the West where a lot of the restaurants are. A car is necessary to appreciate all that North Cyprus has to offer, although the heat meant that we did not get to see as much as we would have liked. From the villa you have views out to sea and also of the mountains behind so there is scenery for all tastes. We ate out every night using a combination of the owners recommendations, Trip Advisor reviews and Tricias' (cleaner) tips. We left reviews of places we ate at the Villa, there are restaurants for all tastes, many providing authentic local cuisine. We took a boat trip one day (Derya Deniz) and would recommend this as a relaxing day out, the food on board was very good. North Cyprus provides very good value for money, the most we paid for a meal for the 4 of us was c.£100 and this was in a high class establishment (Ambiance) with first class service and included 3 course meals with delicious steaks, 2 cocktail drinks, coffees and an all you can eat dessert buffet. We also ate at family run small Turkish restaurants where a full Turkish meal (Mezes. Kebab etc.) and dessert cost as little as £12 each. Altogether we would thoroughly recommend both North Cyprus and this villa as an excellent holiday choice.

What more can I say, Stuart enjoyed Cyprus and our Villa for all the reasons that we love Kyrenia and Northern Cyprus. We keep going back for the wonderful food, people and the great value for money. As Northern Cyprus is outside the Eurozone we do not get ripped off by punishing euro rates or the spiraling inflation in the rest of Europe.

Our Best Holiday

We loved North Cyprus, it was our best holiday ever. We have been in the South a few times but found it was getting far too commercialised with to many drunken hen and stag parties. This was the last year that our eldest would join us as he is getting married so it was a special time for us all to be together. Kyrenia has lots of great restaurants from local food to very good international and because we were out of the eurozone it was inexpensive. The beaches are great especially out on the panhandle. We had some wonderful days out to the Ruins of Salamis, a day long boat trip from the old crusader harbour whcih was so good we went again and the boys had a scuba dive. Len & Thelma's villa was simply the best, convenient to the town but far enough out to be quiet with brlliant views. The villa has everything we neede with very modern and tasteful decor a great kitchen with a full built in BBQ and FOUR dining tables so we could eat inside, in the shade, in the sun at the private pool or at the rear BBQ areas. We loved our pre dinner drinks watching the sun go down from the shaded patio area. Len's agent Sadik looked after us really well from the airport pick up to providing us with a hire car and helpful local advice.It was our best holiday and we will be back next year, maybe we can pursuade Jim and his new wife to join us. We fell in love with the private peaceful garden and the views, every other villa has a pool and a sun area, but here we found stunning views all round and a beautiful mature garden. We have a bird of paradise which we brought home from our honeymoon 40 years ago, when we saw that the villa had a bird of paradise in the garden we just knew is was the place to buy. Now one of the daughters of our original plant is also in the Villa garden.
We have spent a lot of time in Cyprus and love the people the food and the environment. The life style is relaxed and there are no hen or stag parties.
