VIEWS AND LOCATION

Just returned from the best week in Lanzarote due to staying in this villa! The views and location are the best we have ever had. There were 5 adults in our party and there was loads of space for everyone. Only downside was there was no air conditioning. There were a couple of fans which helped a bit. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location

I returned last week after a 10 day stay in this villa. We were really impressed with the location and the lovely spacious villa. It's down a few steps from a really nice end of town, so it's close to bars, restaurants and shops but you can't see or hear anything but the sea, gorgeous! It was very clean and towels were changed about 4 times, linen once, which was great. Antonio the manager was very helpful, and the good sized pool was cleaned regularly. I was very impressed with the resort, spotlessly clean, pretty and loads of nice little shops. We had a really lovely relaxing holiday, so many thanks to Antonio and the team. We'll be back!

Perfect traditional Lanzarote villa

I am writing this review from outside the villa watching the waves roll in. If you are looking for a traditional Lanzarote villa with beautiful views then this place is for you. You really couldn't get a better location in Puerto del Carmen. Just a minute walk to the strip but such a relaxing and quiet place. The villa is a good size with 3 bedrooms all big enough for your needs. There is a good size living area with a large window looking out to the sea view with all the TV channels and good reliable wireless Internet. There is a downstairs shower room with toilet and we'll equipped kitchen and 1st bedroom on the ground floor. Walk up a few steps and you have the master bedroom with full en suite including a bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Across from this is the third bedroom, also a decent size. The outside area is perfect, a large pool, barbecue area, lots of seating and some nice sunbeds. And of course the beautiful views. We would recommend this villa to anyone and would come back again anytime.

Amazing villa

Have just come back from 2 wonderful weeks here, the location is beautiful, you wake up in the morning looking at the sea , and you can hear it at night , we totally fell in love with the place, everyone very helpful, and you just walk a minute up to the top and you are on the main strip , bars, restaurants and taxis that take you to the old harbour for 4 euros where there are some lovely restaurants , no need for a car , just cant fault anything , very peaceful and has a gate from the villa that you unlock and you are right on the beach, did lots of fishing from the rocks, cant wait to come back

A few improvements

This Villa has a lovely setting and it really is all about the outdoor area here, and its is such a bonus to have a private pool and to have the beautiful view. I do feel that the Villa could benefit from a bit of updating and a few home comforts for the price that is charged, the dusty fake flowers need to be removed from the property and the furniture is very dark and dated. There were only 2 working bedside lights for the 3 Bedrooms. 2 of the 3 Bedrooms did not have Mirrors , Hooks on doors or Bins , these really are the basics of what you would expect The cheap freebie Ice cream Sun umbrellas need to be replaced with decent sized proper Sun umbrellas The overhead lighting is very harsh in the lounge and the 2 floor lamps did not work. There should be a handrail on the private steps down to the Villa , the tiles when it rains are lethal and a rail would at least give you a chance of avoiding a fall or slip.

We have just spent 9 days in this absolutely amazing place. It is without a doubt the most stunning location we have stayed in. We Have been to Lanzarote on numerous occasions and have always stayed in apartments but decided to try something different this year. we were not disappointed. everything about this place is wonderful. it is literally about 10 seconds walk to he main strip but yet is on the sea front and the only sound you can hear is the sea. We cannot wait to go back again and hopefully before the end of the year
