Villa Emerald mit seinem offenen, tropischen Stil und herrlichem Meerblick in der gesamten Villa, hat viele hervorragende Eigenschaften, um unseren Gästen zu bieten. In der Villa finden Sie auch Ihren eigenen Fitnessraum mit angeschlossenem Duschraum, Leseecke und einem ruhigen Sala-Alkoven mit orientalischen Matratzen. Die Villa ist umgeben von Natur mit erstaunlichen Felsformationen und liegt in einem Gebiet von außergewöhnlicher natürlicher Schönheit.

Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein automatischer Lauf um 4 x 4 Suzuki Vitara.

Das Layout der Villa ist durch den vorderen Eingang der chinesischen Türen zu einem Ozean Blick geräumige Küche und Essbereich. Über eine kleine Brücke ist das Doppelzimmer mit Bad mit Balkon. Stufen führen dann zu einem Wohn- und Essbereich, Leseraum und Oriental Sala Alkoven und zum Poolbereich. Von dieser Ebene aus führen Stufen hinunter in den tropischen Fitnessraum, der wunderschön mit Meerblick und angrenzendem Duschraum gestaltet wurde.

Diese offene Villa mit einem Bett liegt auf einem Hügelgrundstück mit fantastischem Meerblick auf den Golf von Thailand, die umliegenden Inseln und das nur 20 km entfernte Festland. Die Villa ist ideal für Paare geeignet. Villa Emerald, auf dem 22 Hektar großen Grundstück mit Blick auf das Meer, bekannt als Sitara Retreat, ist eine private Residenz, die 24 Stunden Sicherheit bietet.

Der geräumige, tropische Stil Wohnzimmer verfügt über TV und DVD-Player, Essecke, separater Leseraum mit Bücherregal mit einer Auswahl an Büchern, attraktive Spalier Open Air Sala Rückzug mit orientalischen Matratzen und einem Lotusteich mit bunten Fischen und Baby Schildkröten.

Aus dem Wohnbereich ist der Salzwasserpool, separater Jacuzzi, Terrassendielen mit Sonnenliegen und Gasgrill für Ihren Genuss. Draußen Regendusche zum Pool.

The Villa was beautiful, very unique, stunning, views, tons of room. David was excellent to deal with, super accommodating and quick to respond. The only issue would be the driving to the unit which is a little remote and the road quite steep. Highly recommend for a relax retreat while in Koh Samui!

Perfect stay in Thailand!

When my daughter and I arrived at the Villa Emerald, our jaws dropped at the stunning view we were given. As you walk out on the balcony, on either of three levels, you will be greeted by the extraordinary view of the island below and horizon line of the sea. The Villa is very clean, beautifully decorated and located in a more private part of the island, as it is way up in the hills, surrounded by jungles. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay, including a washing machine for our laundry needs and a car, so we could freely make it from one place to another without having to rely on local transportation. We also were conveniently located about 10 min from Lamai Beach, which from our experience was the best beach, as it does not require you to bring any belongings, since the beach restaurants provide towels and beach chairs with umbrellas with the purchase off of their menu. David (the host) met us at the Koh Samui Airport, and showed us around the island before our arrival at the Villa, and he drove us to the airport upon our departure. Our stay was amazing as a whole, and David and Neung made it most enjoyable by accommodating our every need and providing any information for us.

Traumhafter Ausblick und viel Natur

Wir wurden von Vermieter und seiner Frau vom Pier abgeholt, freundlich empfangen und zur Villa gefahren. Die Kommunikation fand über WhatsApp statt. Dave erzählte uns während der Fahrt sehr viel über die Insel und Sehenswürdigkeiten.Die Villa ist über eine sehr steile Zufahrt zu erreichen, was aber glücklicherweise mit den zur Unterkunft gehörenden Autos kein Problem darstellt. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Hervorzuheben sind der atemberaubende Blick über das Meer vom Schlafzimmer - bei gutem Wetter kann man bis zum Festland schauen. Da die Villa sehr offen gehalten ist, kam man nicht drum herum, die wundervolle, interessante Flora und Fauna Ko Samuis zu bestaunen. Dave war stets erreichbar und antwortete unverzüglich auf Nachrichten.Nach dem "Check-out" wurden wir von Dave zum Flughafen gefahren.

Traumhaft

Ein tolles Haus, mitten im Grünen mit herrlichem Ausblick. Durch die offene Bauweise waren wir immer direkt in der Natur. Wir wurden super betreut. Alle drei Tage wurde alles gereinigt, das Bett bezogen und die Handtücher gewechselt. David hat uns pünktlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingebracht. Dabei hat er uns viel über Land und Leute erzählt. Wir können die Villa wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!!

Ruhiger, erholsamer Aufenthalt mit tollem Ausblick

Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die offenen Räume empfanden wir so, als wenn man ein Teil der Umgebung ist. Der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Unsere Bedenken bezüglich der möglichen Tierwelt haben sich nicht bestätigt. Geckos, mal ein Frosch am Teich und wenige Moskitos gehören halt dazu und haben nicht gestört. Der Reinigungsservice war TOP, David hat unsere Anfragen schnell beantwortet und war auch sonst sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Der Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt. Die anderen 2 Villenbewohner haben wir nie gesehen, obwohl alle 3 Villen fast durchgängig ausgebucht waren. Man bekommt auch sonst kaum etwas von den anderen Bewohnern mit, da offensichtlich alle an einer ruhigen Atmosphäre interessiert sind und Rücksicht nehmen. Normalerweise würden wir 5 Sterne ohne Bedenken geben, den Abzug gibt es für den schmutzigen Pool am Ankunftstag (wurde 1 Tag später gemacht), sowie aus unserer Sicht notwendige kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten (Wasserflecke an der Decke, rostige Gitter am Pool) und 2 defekte Küchengeräte. Alles nicht dramatisch, aber Empfehlung für die Verantwortlichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, die Villa ist eine klare Empfehlung.

absolutes Traumhaus

Die Villa ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Die Bilder vermitteln eigentlich diesen Eindruck schon sehr, jedoch ist man noch viel überwältigter, wenn man dieses zauberhafte Haus betritt. Es gab absolut nichts daran auszusetzen. Alles war einfach perfekt und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und gestaltet. Besonders das Schlafzimmer, wo man vom Bett aus zu zwei Seiten direkt aufs Meer schauen kann, war der absolute Wahnsinn. Aber auch das offene "Wohnzimmer" mit angrenzender Leseecke und der Poolbereich stehen dem in nichts nach. Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert. Auch am Service gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen. David holte uns vom Flughafen ab und erzählte uns schon auf dem Weg zur Villa, wo man über all gut essen gehen kann und was man auf keinen Fall verpassen darf. Während des Aufenthalts konnte man ihn problemlos erreichen, wenn man Fragen/Wünsche/Sorgen hatte. Alle zwei Tage kam ein sehr freundliches und wunderbares Reinigungsteam, mit dem man immer gut plaudern konnte und die alles dafür getan haben, dass man sich dort wohl fühlte. Auch am Abreisetag hat David uns zum Flughafen gebracht und wir konnten ihn nochmal ganz in Ruhe über die thailändische Kultur ausquetschen. Alles in allem war es also ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Wir würden uns in jedem Fall wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden. Es ist ein absolutes Traumhaus.

Très agréable villa, bien située

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La villa est plus grande qu'il n'y parait sur les photos. La vue est superbe, de chaque pièce. Et la villa est idéalement localisée, proche des plus belles plages et des endroits touristiques mais totalement isolée du bruit et noyée dans la végétation. David, le propriétaire, est charmant et très disponible. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location à Koh Samui. Aline et François Guerrien

A different but lovely experiance

Me and my husband spent 5 days at this lovely villa. David was very accommodating, he picked us up from the airport and gave us lots of useful information on the way to the villa. The villa is spread across 3 floors, the living room, kitchen and dining room is all open planned, giving you the feeling you are living outdoors. The sea-views were beautiful from all floors, my favourite being from the bedroom.I recommend the villa to anyone who loves nature and being outdoors, my only advice is to make sure you wear mosquito repellent! Having a car included was very useful, we were able to travel around the whole island in the 5 days we were there. There is a supermarket just down the road for all your breakfast needs. Thank you for a lovely experience David

What a fantastic Villa

This villa looked amazing on the photos and it was in real life. Everything went perfectly from being collected at the airport by Dave to the time I had there. It. Was very peaceful and private and I really enjoyed just staying there enjoying the sun and cooling off in the pool. Everything you want is there and Dave is constantly thinking of ways to improve ve your stay. Drawbacks - 53 steps up to the car park and the hard bed. Bit the overall experience was fantastic and far outweighed the negatives that I found. Dave has several villas all finished to a high standard at various locations. Would I recommend Dave and his villas - absolutely if I return to Koh Samui then I will certainly return thanks Dave.

Fantastic Villa

What can we say about Villa Emerald, David and his team - well they are all fantastic. The Property is really quirky, in a good way, much of it is open to the elements, which in a place like Koh Samui is amazing, the wallpaper to you living room is the natural forest of the island or the sea surrounding it. The design is contemporary where you want it to be and incorporates the natural rocks of the hill side. The view is outstanding and the pool and hot tub seem to be at the correct temperature at any time of day. The Air-conditioned bedroom creates a cool and welcoming escape with a fantastic balcony view of the sunset. David, Neung, and the other members of their team we encountered during our stay were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Neung was able to give us loads of local information on our drive from the airport to the villa and David was always on the end of the phone if we had any questions. Having the a car as part of the hire costs also made the villa very affordable. We hope to return again as soon as we can. Robin & Robert

What a fantastic Villa. The property is well maintained throughout its a big Villa with lots of space a huge kitchen with dining area, all mod cons in the kitchen and even has a utility room with washing machine. The lounge is well laid out with seating area and TV, DVD, and Satellite. The pool and Jacuzzi are very welcome when you have had to much sun. The bedroom is big and the en suit bathroom is has all modern features, In the morning you can open the curtains and look out on to the islands its just a fantastic sight when you wake up. There are lots of restaurants local and as it is a small island its easy to get to other parts where the choice of food is fantastic. We hired a car from David for the time we were there which let us explore the island and all of the different restaurants available the food is excellent. If your into sports there's kayaking at one of the local bays and even horse riding is only 5 min drive, we tried the local butterfly farm and also the local zoo 10 min drive. David and his staff are always there if you have a problem cleaners in every 3 days change bedding and towels. The best thing about the Villa its QUIET all you can hear are the birds its so peaceful, At the end of the holiday David returns us to the airport for our flight home, and that was the only disappointment of our holiday having to leave. I moved in 2005 to Koh Samui from Cirencester in the UK. I travelled to Thailand and other countries in this part of the world from 1990. From the places I visited Koh Samui became clearly my favourite destination.

Inspired by the opportunity for business I made the decision to move to Koh Samui and develop a new rental enterprise.

I created my own Flooring business when living in Cirencester. During this time I was also heavily involved in property development and property rental. This became a strong passion of mine, having created a large number of varying style properties in the UK. It was at this time I sought a new challenge and the idea and opportunity of moving to Koh Samui arose.

Since moving to the island I have created 15 properties, of which there are 9 luxury villas for rental, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with their own swimming pools, four with spectacular ocean views, and all with an individual and tropical style. This collection of stunning villas are known as Peacefulvillas.

There have been a great many challenges in developing villas in a vastly different culture and environment in which I was brought up in. The challenges at times have been stressful, demanding and exhausting! The rewards however have far outweighed the challenges and have been able to stretch my creativity and inspiration.

Living on the island and surrounded by the beautiful, tropical nature I don’t feel the need to be anywhere else. Peacefulvillas keeps me strongly motivated and busy every day, where I enjoy to meet people from all over the world who come to stay, and often return to one of our villas.

I have only returned to Europe twice in 21 years of living on the island. One was for three days in Milan and another for 24hrs in Madrid, both to watch the mighty Spurs play in the Champions League !!!!
