Die atemberaubende Villa Sapphire befindet sich auf einem 22 Hektar großen Hanggrundstück mit Meerblick, das als Sitara Retreat bekannt ist und 24-Stunden-Sicherheit bietet. Sitara ist eine exklusive Privatresidenz inmitten der Natur in einer herrlichen Umgebung mit hervorragendem Panoramablick auf das Meer. Die Villa ist für 2 Personen und ist eine von drei Villen, auf einem herrlichen Grundstück mit Granitfelsen und Kokospalmen.

Vom privaten Parkplatz aus befindet sich der beeindruckende Eingang zwischen zwei alten Felsblöcken, die Sie in den einzigartigen, offenen Wohnbereich im tropischen Stil einladen, der in völliger Harmonie mit der wunderschönen umliegenden Natur steht.

In der Mitte des Wohnbereichs befindet sich ein Whirlpool, in dem Sie entspannen und die herrliche Aussicht auf das schimmernde Meer genießen können. Sie werden auch einen großen Projektor-Bildschirm tv und DVD-Player im Wohnbereich finden, wo Sie im Jacuzzi entspannen und einen Film ansehen können, wenn Sie es wünschen.

Vom Wohnbereich führt ein kleiner Lotusteich mit tropischen Fischen bis zum Infinity-Rand, einem schönen Salzwasserpool mit Sonnenterrasse und Sonnenliegen und herrlichem Meerblick. Ein Grill befindet sich am Pool, wo Sie frisch gefangenen Fisch oder Fleisch vom lokalen Markt oder in Supermärkten zubereiten können. Genießen Sie hier ein romantisches Abendessen vor dem Hintergrund der funkelnden Lichter der Fischerboote am Meer. Regendusche am Pool gelegen. Bunte tropische Blumen und Pflanzen sind wunderschön am Rand des Wohnbereichs angeordnet.

Die einfallsreiche, tropische offene Küche wurde kreativ gegen einen herrlichen Granitfelsen entworfen. Genießen Sie eine Mahlzeit im Essbereich und bewundern Sie die bezaubernde Aussicht auf den schönen Infinity Pool und das fabelhafte Meer.

We absolutely loved the villa. Dave and his wife were a pleasure. Anything I needed they were responsive and many days I didn't even want to leave the Villa because it has a beautiful view, great infinity pool and hot tub for cooling off on those hot summer days. I will definitely return and stay at this location.

Beautiful view and very private.

The first thing you will notice when arriving at this villa is the amazing view. Literally breath taking waking up each morning to it. Pros: Very private and quiet. Breathtaking view. Full kitchen and grill is super convenient. Short drive to most attractions. 4x4 Fortuner provided for your stay that will get you literally everywhere you want to go on the island. Close to very private beaches. Dave was very responsive and quick to fix anything. Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport as described. Great host. Washing machine is available but I used a near by laundry service for pretty cheap. Very well thought out rain covers and tarps to provide protection from rain and privacy from the villa next door. Cute cats that hang out with you. Netflix is provided on the big flat screen. I was able to screen mirror to it from my phone for other video streaming services. Cons: Mosquitos, but that's not exclusive to this villa. Its mainly open air so bring spray. I ended up being a buffet for them. Jacuzzi is not heated, or at least I couldn't figure out if it was. To be clear, the expectation was never set that it was heated but I saw the jets and assumed it was. Drive to the villa can be a bit scary due to the steepness of the road but you get used to it really quick. Bed is a bit stiff but there is a thin foam topper that makes it bearable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice romantic get away for you and your partner.

Beautiful Villa, stunning view, wonderful place to be!

When we booked, I had reservations about the remoteness of the villa and whether we may struggle with that. Whilst it is somewhat remote, we had no difficulty getting around during our 2 week stay here, nor did we find it to be very far away from useful amenities and places of interest. In fact, for us it was a perfect mix of feeling seculded in a completely private setting and being able jump in to local life when you fancied it! A word of warning - you will probably need to rent a car! For those of you who, like me, can get a little nervous driving in new places, rest assured - although initially I was nervous, it all ebbed away when I realised that there isn't really such a thing as road rage in Thailand - you can just poodle - and the control I am so used to in the UK goes somewhat out the window (you can park pretty much anywhere, for example). Despite being different, this didn't take long to get useful and in truth is quite refreshing - something I will miss! Regards the villa - what a beautiful place this is! When I first walked in and saw the view, I think I struggled to pick my chin up from off the floor. You have a 180 degree view here - made up mainly of blues and greens but the odd speck of tropical colour comes in all around. If you like sea views, you will not be disappointed with this place. If you like sunsets and evening skylines, you won't be disappointed either. Point of fact, I think if you are remotely disappointed with the view this villa provides, there may be something wrong! The villa is also larger than it looks in the pictures. It is a beautiful 'inside out' design and personally we really loved all the nature around us, however if you're not a fan or geckos/frogs/dragonflies and other typically tropical animals then this might not be the place for you. Because of the inside out design, our only warning is to come prepared for the mosquitos - those little tropical vampires had a good few meals out of us! It was only because we were underprepared though, so just be aware and pack the repellent and cream you need. David, our host, was exceptional.Transfers to and from the airport were included and we had no problems there at all. David clearly knows his stuff and was really helpful both before and after our arrival - he was very patient with all my questions too, which is to his credit! Thank you David (& Neung and all the staff) for a truly wonderful stay. A great choice!

Traumhafte Villa

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa von Dave, war von vorne bis hinten überragend. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts war einwandfrei. Wenn man ein Problem hatte war Dave immer direkt bereit zu helfen egal um was es ging. Er gibt einem Tipps für die Insel und einen tollen Guide an die Hand, mit dem kaum Wünsche offen bleiben. Die Villa war sehr gut gelegen, in einer Privatstraße und nur Anwohner haben Zufahrt. Die Villa selber war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte einen atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und die Nachbarinseln. Der Leihwagen ist auch im Preis inbegriffen und auf jedenfall notwendig für die Insel. Wir haben damit jede Ecke erkundigt.Wir werden eines Tages bestimmt wieder kommen.

Quiet private Villa

Great facility built into nature with a fantastic view of the sea. Here you can enjoy a private atmosphere. The area around the villa is quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Good food is possible nearby. The absolute highlight is Dave, who has thousands of tips available about almost everything and is always happy to help with questions and problems. Absolutely TOP !! Gladly again with Dave!

Top Anlage !!!

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Villa, die in Wirklichkeit noch viel mehr bietet als es die Bilder erahnen lassen. Der Abhohlservice durch Dave hat super geklappt, dafür nochmals Danke Dave !! Es ist sehr ruhig in der Gegend, auch weil die Villa etwas abgelegen in den Bergen liegt. Der Zugang ist durch den steilen Anstieg etwas beschwerlich und welcher eigentlich nur mit einem Fahrzeug zu bewältigen ist. Hat man es aber geschafft, dann entschädigt der tolle Ausblick für alles. Danke nochmals dem Team und Dave !!!

Utrolig udsigt

Rigtig dejlig feriebolig med skøn udsigt. Udlejer stillede en bil til rådighed, som gjorde det mulig at komme rundt på øen, Udlejerene var altid søde og hjælpsomme med alle spørgsmål. Sengen var meget hård, men det kan jo være svært at tilfredsstille alle i den afdeling Ellers et rent ogg pænt hjem og vi har ingen klager

Magnifique lune de miel passée à la villa !

La villa est superbe ! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances grâce à cet endroit. Ce lieu est calme, apaisant et la vue est grandiose. La villa est tout équipée et d'une très grande propreté. De plus, il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis, ce qui nous a permis de passer des vacances en tout intimité. Pour finir, le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli et nous a aidé à plusieurs reprises. Je recommande grandement cette Villa ! Ps: À prévoir un scooter ou une voiture pour les déplacements.

When we arrived David was waiting at the airport, he gave us loads of information on the journey to the villa sapphire. He stoped on the way so we could get a few provisions for when we arrived, advised us on some the best places to eat as well as things to see and do. A lovely man! When we first walked in to villa sapphire we were lost for words, the most amazing views, beautifully designed villa a truly overwhelming experience. The infinity pool was fantastic and we spent lots of evenings in the jacuzzi in the middle of the main room. The cleaning lady's came in every 3 days with fresh towels and bedding. All of the staff at the resort were friendly and accommodating. We had the best holiday ever and I can't recommend the villa enough, we will be going back to one of Davids villas again, it is a must. Thank you for such a great experience and fabulous place to stay the views are beyond belief a truly 5 star experience all the way!! Thank you

Great views from the ootdoor main floor and from the indoor master bedroom. The villa is confortable, well organized, very clean even the outdoor part. As usual, David and his team are lovely, charming. If you have an issue, they can fix it by the end of the day. The place is located in a very quiet area. Don't expect restaurants, bars, etc in walking distance. It's the perfect gateway to relax, surrounded by the Sea and the tropical trees. For sure, we'll come back there !

Amazing view

One of the most best places I have ever stayed ! The location was great, the owner arranged airport pick up and drop off. We had cleaning coming every three days and ample information about how to get around the island. He even gave us a phone for emergency ! I strongly recommend this place for couples, we loved our stay.

Outstanding - Best Villa we have stayed in

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Sapphire, and far exceeded any expectations. It is a stunning villa, set in a wonderful tropical location called Sitara. Our visit was pure magic. To sit in the Jacuzzi and see the ocean views is divine. We even watched a movie on the projector screen whilst in the Jacuzzi. Coming out of the exotic looking living area, is the fantastic infinity pool with views to die for. Absolutely ideal for a couple. It also has 24 hour security at Sitara, which I feel is good. We had one of our best holidays here, where we both didn't want to leave the beautiful Villa Sapphire.

I moved in 2005 to Koh Samui from Cirencester in the UK. I travelled to Thailand and other countries in this part of the world from 1990. From the places I visited Koh Samui became clearly my favourite destination.

Inspired by the opportunity for business I made the decision in 2005 to move to Koh Samui and develop a new rental enterprise.

I created my own Flooring business when living in Cirencester. During this time I was also heavily involved in property development and property rental. This became a strong passion of mine, having created a large number of varying style properties in the UK. It was at this time I sought a new challenge and the idea and opportunity of moving to Koh Samui arose.

Since moving to the island I have created 15 properties, of which there are 9 luxury villas for rental, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with their own swimming pools, four with spectacular ocean views, and all with an individual and tropical style. This collection of stunning villas are known as Peacefulvillas.

There have been a great many challenges in developing villas in a vastly different culture and environment in which I was brought up in. The challenges at times have been stressful, demanding and exhausting! The rewards however have far outweighed the challenges and have been able to stretch my creativity and inspiration.

Living on the island and surrounded by the beautiful, tropical nature I don’t feel the need to be anywhere else. Peacefulvillas keeps me strongly motivated and busy every day, where I enjoy to meet people from all over the world who come to stay, and often return to one of our villas.

I have only returned to Europe twice in 20 years of living on the island. One was for three days in Milan and another for 24hrs in Madrid, both to watch the mighty Spurs play in the Champions League !!!!

I feel extremely fortunate in obtaining this very special and beautiful area of land on the residency of Sitara, located in the south of the island, where I have taken huge pride and joy in designing and creating 4 high quality villas in this tranquil and peaceful area of the island.

I wanted to design and create a very special kind of villa that would fit into this very beautiful and unique setting. The stunning ocean views, surrounding beautiful nature, superb granite rocks, lush tropical scenery with swaying palm trees at Sitara Retreat enabled me to create Villa Sapphire in these wonderful surroundings.

Staying at Villa Sapphire, guests can relax, and soak up the surrounding peacefulness of the beautiful nature and magnificent ocean views that are all around everywhere.

We provide complimentary pick up from your arrival point on the island to take you to Villa Sapphire and a return journey at the end of your stay (one in each direction).

Villa Sapphire is very popular for honeymoons and provides a romantic and exquisite setting.

This open plan tropical-style villa is located in the unspoiled south of the island, which largely remains unaffected by over-development that unfortunately blights the north. The villa is situated on the Residency known as Sitara, which provides 24 hour security.

The ocean views are spectacular, and unrivaled anywhere else on the island of Koh Samui. Villa Sapphire has been created to give a serene and peaceful ambiance in the daytime, for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. From dusk, the villa provides a romantic atmosphere with soft lighting, where guests can wine and dine under the stars.

There is an exotic atmosphere with Villa Sapphire's open plan design, beautiful furnishings, soft lights and a plunge pool created in the centre of the Living area. Together you also have a beautiful, Infinity edge swimming pool, with spectacular ocean views.

We have 10 villas for rental in the south of the island. In 2020 we proudly completed luxury ocean view 2 bedroom Villa Moonstone at Sitara Retreat. This villa can also be rented out as a 1 Bedroom villa, and offers the latest design within the collection of Peacefulvillas.
