Sitara, wo sich die Villa Crystal befindet, ist eine exklusive private Residenz, umgeben von Natur und mit außergewöhnlicher natürlicher Schönheit. Die Villa befindet sich im unberührten Süden der Insel, der weitgehend unberührt bleibt von einer Überentwicklung, die leider den Norden bedrängt.

Einfahrt in die Villa Crystal Vom privaten Parkplatz aus können Sie durch einen beeindruckenden Granitfelsen navigieren, der eine der vielen Besonderheiten dieser atemberaubenden Villa darstellt. Am Eingang der Villa befindet sich ein schöner Lotusteich mit tropischen Fischen und Baby Schildkröten.

Draußen befindet sich ein großer und privater Infinity-Pool mit Liegestühlen, üppigem Grün und herrlichem Meerblick. Ein Grill befindet sich hier am schönen Pool, wo Sie lokales frisches Fleisch und Gemüse vom lokalen Markt kaufen können.

Vom Pool ist der schöne, geräumige offene Wohnbereich, zusammen mit einem geräumigen Essbereich. Diese Bereiche sind mit natürlichem Licht, einer hohen Decke und einem sensationellen 180 Grad Blick auf den Ozean gesegnet. Die atemberaubende Aussicht, die man auch von den drei Balkonen genießen kann, die Teil dieses Living-Bereichs sind, findet man in der gesamten Villa Crystal.

Der Küchenbereich besteht aus einer voll ausgestatteten Küche im westlichen Stil mit Frühstücksbar. Auch auf dieser Ebene befindet sich ein teilweise offener Duschraum mit WC und Waschbecken, einzigartig gestaltet um einen gigantischen Granitfelsen, der eine weitere individuelle Ausstattung bietet.

Vom Balkon aus gelangen Sie in das Schlafzimmer mit Schiebetüren und auf einen weiteren Balkon mit eigenem kleinen bunten Garten und Tisch und Stühlen. Hier können Sie auch entspannen und die fabelhafte tropische Umgebung genießen.

Peaceful Retreat

With David meeting us at the airport and sharing invaluable local knowledge (best place to buy wine!!) en route (stopping for provisions) meant we arrived calm and relax. It took but 30secs to ease into this wonderful home. Very little to fault for a mature couple that needed a quiet place to eat-in, eat-out. Having the car was essential and it allow us to explore the southern part of the island – calm, quiet, relaxing – just what was needed. 10/10 for 7 nights

Amazing views with accompanied by tranquility and serenity

Absolutely love it very well maintained, amazing views , peacefully quiet, surrounded by lovely garden and beautiful pool. My partner and I needed a well deserved rest and that we achieved. The vehicle provided made it easy to get around for grocery shopping, going to restaurants and heading to Lamai beach about 12 mins away. David was very helpful, and full of information, would definitely recommend this Villa or any of the other villas near by. If your looking to stay on the isle of Samui do yourself a favour and stay ( should probably keep it quiet, might be harder for me to book next time). Enjoy regards Roger. B

Wonderful property, perfect place to relax

Great property, wonderful views. The owner is very helpful in showing one around and pointing out nice restaurants. Villa is tucked away on a hilltop so a vehicle is needed to get around. But wonderfully quiet and private which is what I liked. This is the third time I've stayed at peaceful villas which says it all I guess. Being picky there are a couple of minuses. No blue tooth music player for listening to your tunes (so take one along); no soap nor shampoo provided (strange) and the pillows are rock hard (again, bring your own). Picky like I said. everything else was perfect.

Beautiful relaxing I didn't want to leave!!

The veiw is the first thing when you arrive it's breathtaking. It is actually more beautiful than the pictures. A few things to note the road up the villas is steep and by steep I mean it's almost vertical and the truck David rents is a standard so the first few times getting up is hairraising make sure you have a strong drink ready for you are the top. But it is totally worth it one other thing the mattress on the bed needs to be upgraded this would be a 5 star accommodation except for the mattress and the worst little coffee percolator (it's got to be worth all of five dollars!) The pool is gorgeous and it's so private if you don't feel like wearing a swim suit there is no worries. The air in the bedroom worked beautifully. We ate out most meals except for breakfast and there was everything we needed. Both bathrooms were lovely and clean. The cleaning staff come every third day so clean sheets and towels which were lovely. There are quite a few things to do in the area. Lots of restaurants. The Cooll Bar has a beautiful beach you can swim and have reasonavbly priced drinks brought to you with toes dug into the sand and it is just down the hill from the Villa community. Or Lanai beach is ten minutes away. As I said I was begging David to let us stay! We travelled thailand for a month and stayed here for 9 days we wished we had stayed for the month!

Unsere Zeit in der Villa Crystal auf Koh Samui war rundum perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und äußerst gepflegt, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl fühlt. Die ruhige Lage macht sie zu einem Ort der Entspannung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wundervolle Aussicht, die jeden Tag aufs neue begeistert. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an David, dessen Kommunikation und Unterstützung hervorragend waren. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Restauranttipps versorgt, die unseren Urlaub zusätzlich bereichert haben. Ein weiteres großes Plus war die Bereitstellung eines SUV, der den Aufenthalt deutlich komfortabler und flexibler gemacht hat. Wir können Villa Crystal uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Relaxing getaway

David was very accomodating he picked us up from the airport and his partner dropped us off on the day we left. David offerd car hire of a 4x4 which was convenient and necessary to get to the nearby shops. The villa has amazing views and is kept clean with a cleaner coming every 3 days during our 8 day stay. Overall we had a great time.

Belle villa bien entretenue avec superbe vue au calme et 10 mn de Lamai en voiture

Très belle villa avec vue 180 sur la mer. Très calme, propre. Accueil très agréable. Villa très propre et bien décorée. De la cuisine, de la chambre, du salon... Vue sur mer ! Loin du bruit et des odeurs de Chaweng. A 10 mn de Lamaii. Prévoir une voiture car rien à faire à pied ( sauf ceux qui aiment les fortes pentes à monter et descendre... ) 4 roues motrices conseillées ( route bitumée pour acceder a la villa mais très raide) . Habitué des villas en location à travers le monde, l'une des plus belles, propres et fonctionnelles. Nous souhaitons y revenir !

Wonderful exclusive getaway

This is a extremely private and classy vacation rental perfectly suited to a couple who wants comfort. It is close enough to get to the more chaotic spots on the Island yet far enough away to avoid traffic and noise. Yes the road is steep but it is at the top of a private development which of course is where the great views come from and great security. The pool and other comforts are perfect - 3 showers including the outdoor ones - great satellite tv and kitchen set up. We found it close to some of the top Thai restaurants like Sweet Sisters (10 minutes away) and Green Talay (15 minutes away) and easy drive to the wonderful Five Islands Restaurant on Lipa Noi Beach - easily our favourite beach on the west side. David was very easy to deal with for the booking and his team at Peaceful Villas who took care of the pool, gardens and cleaning every few days. You will not be disappointed in Villa Crystal.

I moved in 2005 to Koh Samui from Cirencester in the UK. I travelled to Thailand and other countries in this part of the world from 1990. From the places I visited Koh Samui became clearly my favourite destination.

Inspired by the opportunity for business I made the decision to move to Koh Samui and develop a new rental enterprise.

I created my own Flooring business when living in Cirencester. During this time I was also heavily involved in property development and property rental. This became a strong passion of mine, having created a large number of varying style properties in the UK. It was at this time I sought a new challenge and the idea and opportunity of moving to Koh Samui arose.

Since moving to the island I have created 15 properties, of which there are 9 luxury villas for rental, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with their own swimming pools, four with spectacular ocean views, and all with an individual and tropical style. This collection of stunning villas are known as Peacefulvillas.

There have been a great many challenges in developing villas in a vastly different culture and environment in which I was brought up in. The challenges at times have been stressful, demanding and exhausting! The rewards however have far outweighed the challenges and have been able to stretch my creativity and inspiration.

Living on the island and surrounded by the beautiful, tropical nature I don’t feel the need to be anywhere else. Peacefulvillas keeps me strongly motivated and busy every day, where I enjoy to meet people from all over the world who come to stay, and often return to one of our villas.

I have only returned to Europe twice in 21 years of living on the island. One was for three days in Milan and another for 24hrs in Madrid, both to watch the mighty Spurs play in the Champions League !!!!

The unique feature of the villa is the stunning look and imaginative display of the beautifully-formed rock formation throughout the villa. The villa is located in the unspoiled south of the island which largely remains unaffected by over-development that unfortunately blights the north.

Set in the unique and beautiful location of the residency known as Sitara, Villa Crystal offers a superb stay for anyone visiting the island of Koh Samui. The villa has many exquisite features, such as the beautiful and large Infinity edge swimming pool with its spectacular ocean views.

The Rock Bedroom and en-suite Rock Bathroom both have unique attractions of the granite rock features. The villa is spacious for 2 persons and very popular for couples and those on honeymoon, with its romantic and stunning atmosphere that it provides.

We have 10 villas for rental in the south of the island. In 2020 we proudly completed luxury ocean 2 bedroom Villa Moonstone at Sitara Retreat which can also be rented out as a 1 Bedroom villa, and is the latest design in the collection of Peacefulvillas.
