Had the most relaxing 2 weeks in Sue’s Villa. One of the best we’ve stayed in, very well equipped with everything you could need and more. Lovely area, 5 min walk to the hotel, clubhouse and Irish bar. With The Boulevard & Spar supermarket 15 mins walk or 2 min drive. We will definitely be back.

What can I say, we're always apprehensive about what the all round experience is going to be like when booking somewhere to stay, we already knew the area as we have been several times, this time was slightly different as we were gifted with a beautiful villa for our stay, the cleanliness and upkeep is second to none, this was luxury and sun all rolled into one. The pool has sun all day and if you want to cool off then complex bars and restaurants are just a short walk a way with other bars just outside the complex entrance. We spent a few nights down at the "525" strip where you can get just about anything you want to eat. This villa is great for small families, everything you want is at hand, thanks to Si & Sue for trusting us and as the final question goes on "four in a bed" yes we'd definitely stay again.

It is disappointing that despite a good review the guest has only given this beautiful villa 3 stars and not told me what, if any the problems are. I was asked on day 2 how the pool could be made cooler but unfortunately in August the air temperature makes the water warmer.

Luxury modernised villa, cleaned to the highest standard. Everything was perfect!

This Villa has been modernised to the highest spec from the outside pool to the inside furnishings and equipment and maintained to the highest standard. Having stayed on Mar Menor GC many times this the best villa i have stayed in. Situated close to the amenities but far enough for peace we had a wonderful week. A great welcome from the owner was the perfect start which continued, i can assure you we will return. Thankyou Sue

Great Villa!

Staying at this villa was a pleasure from start to finish. The whole booking experience was a breeze and Sue and Simon the owners couldn’t have been more helpful! A very clean and well equipped villa with a great sized pool and extremely comfy beds! The location is also great. Close to the main hotel but not too close. All topped off by a beautiful roof terrace to watch the sunsets! We will definitely be back!!!!!

Fantastic

The villa was spotless and modern with every amenity available. The pool was amazing, we had it heated and it was so lovely and warm. Golf was fantastic and my daughter used the driving range a few times which she loved. There is a couple of lovely bars on site and a Spar shop which was reasonable. Sue recommended a couple of eateries which we tried and and they were fantastic. If you are looking for a spotlessly clean modern villa do not hesitate to rent this villa.

Villa was super clean, very well-maintained and the kitchen was absolutely perfect. It was a pleasure to meet so nice owners this villa has, we will gladly recommend this property to our friends.

Lovely Villa For The Perfect Relaxing Holiday

Just returned from another perfect week at this lovely Villa. We have stayed here a few times now and as always the Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and Sue the owner was waiting to greet us and is the perfect host and a pleasure to deal with ! The Villa is in a great location, immaculately kept and has everything you would need for the perfect relaxing holiday with a lovely pool and patio area for those relaxing days in the sun . Thank you Sue & Simon, We will definitely be back !

Lovely Villa in a great location

A lovely villa that we enjoyed staying and spending time in. The pool is great and the villa has everything that you need. Sue was a great host and the villa was immaculate with all the facilities that you need. A great place to stay for a relaxing break.

Excellent villa home from home

It was excellent could not fault it in any way we loved it and will back next year. The pool area is exceptional well looked after and peaceful and quiet. The inside is amazing comfortable beds home from home.

We (Sue and Simon) are a married couple who now live on the resort. We were both in the RAF for 24 years then pursued careers in the aviation industry for 8 years before leaving the UK to live in Spain. Sue is originally from Kent and Simon from Grimsby although we both ended up at RAF Brize Norton for our final tours in the RAF so that is where our UK base was.

We bought the Roble villa (now Casa Baily since being registered with a Tourist Licence) originally to be in a place with all the benefits of a hotel resort, with our own private secure living space and all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the fact that we could opt for a quiet day around our pool or walk to the hotel/spa and spend time there. We also like to stroll out in the evening to one of the many bars or restaurants. With some fantastic beaches close by, this resort is in a perfect location.

There is a 5 star hotel 3 mins walk away with some excellent restaurants, a spa and golf bar. It has an 18 hole golf course, (Jack Nicklaus design), The villa itself is in a quiet road yet near to all of the facilities. We have furnished the property to a high standard and there is everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We are also on hand during your stay should you need anything.
