1 week stay at villa

Had a lovely time, complete peace. Backs onto the golf course which is great and loved floating about on the lovely pool. Kitted out for everything we needed but if people looking to eat out they would need a car as only the one restaurant close by. In all it was exactly what we wanted from a holiday.

Fantastic stay

Lovely villa in a quiet area of unspoilt Spain. We really enjoyed our holiday - the pool is amazing and the pool man, Jesus, is fabulous! Good air-con (vital in August) and reliable wi-fi (important with teens). Be prepared to travel for the beach etc and a car is essential. Highly recommended

Week away in Murcia

Everything about the Villa was as described and expected. The communication with Maxine before the trip was good too. Had a great Easter week in the sun in a perfect location for visiting Murcia, Cartagena, the mountains and beaches.

Prior to our arrival we were informed that the current owners had sold the property and Marjike was looking after our booking.Marjike agreed that we could enter the villa early due to our early morning flight into Murcia, unfortunately the key safe code would not work, so we contacted Marjike and she agreed to meet us later that afternoon.Once inside the villa, it was clean but certain parts require some maintenance, the pool was cleaned daily which is a first, however there were a number of tiles missing which spoilt the over all appearance, the sun beds could also do with replacing.Having said all of the above, we love Mosa having visited many years on the trot with our children years ago its quiet and relaxing which is what we look for in a holiday.G6’s restaurant is excellent, but Mosa lacks a supermarket and a few more facilities so a car is essential We will be back to Mosa in the future and will be interested in seeing what the new owners do to update this beautiful villa.

Beautiful neighborhood.. the inside of the house is very dated, it was clean but no toilet paper or paper towel or napkins. We had to go out and buy all of our paper products! The towels were so old and worn they felt like Brillo pads ! The bedding was old and worn, those everyday necessities need some sprucing up! The pool and gardens outside were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the views and back patio!! ! We did shorten our stay by several days!

Great Villa

We very much enjoyed our stay at this great villa. Everything that we needed was to hand. The Villa was clean and tidy as was the pool and garden. Good location for the coast, Murcia centre and the airport, although you need to hire a car to get around. Very secure residential area with all other properties up to the same high standard. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Base for Property Shopping in Murcia/Alicante

Excellent communication from host/owner - slight issues getting hold of 'property manager' (we got completely lost and no one to talk us in/would only respond on text/whatsapp so didn't bother asking any more questions - feedback passed directly to host/owner). Fabulous maintenance/repair/pool person 'Jesus' - god sent! Enjoyed the private pool at the back after a day of touring Murcia area. Thanks Maxine and Jesus :)

Altoana / Mosa Trajectum

An existing community resort we have stayed at previously some years ago which has not really progressed over 15 years, but is now undergoing a rebrand and further development. Quiet and private area, which is great for what we wanted, but a car is required to venture for a good supermarket shop as there is no real supplies on site and little activity on Mosa. The property is well maintained outside but is quite basic internally and perhaps could benefit from a little modernisation and tlc. It lacked a perhaps a homely feel which some others may offer. Pool was maintained daily by a lovely local gentleman but a pool net is required to deal with debris which gets in during the day. We sadly did not have a usable bbq. The local property manager was very helpful and dealt with an issue we had very quickly but from a 7-day stay, we had a very polite and helpful maintenance gentleman to the villa to resolve the matter over 2-days.

Great, relaxing break away

We loved the villa and its pool. Perfect for us to be able to dip in and out and relax in between. Shaded back terrace for shade from the sun and also full sun terrace for sun lovers. Wi-Fi for the kids and cable TV which meant Love island could still be watched and also family entertained happily by internet and cable when I sun bathed and read in the sun! Villa was clean and everything we needed was to hand. Well equipped kitchen and even a dish washer. Jannie was brilliant and helped fix a couple of little issues we had with the TV. Lovely helpful community around Mosa Trajectum too and felt really safe and secure on the site. Window shutters so lovely and dark for lazy lie ins. Air con not fully effective but did make some difference to go to bed at night. Nice to have a washing machine and also great BBQ to cook outside to keep yourself cooler than cooking inside! Pool cleaned and levels checked daily by Jesus (Heyzeus) such a lovely man and a great character, a delight to chat with. Car needed for shopping and to get anywhere for day trips. Shopping at Lidl in Murcia was fab. Garage outside Mosa Trajectum great for water, fire lighters, ice creams, chocolate, cold drinks and cold Cava! Great location: 40 mins to coast but so easy with car. Trips to Cartagena, Mazarron, Calasparra, Murcia recommended. Also try the rafting as a great family activity on the Segura river outside Calasparra- rafting, caves swimming and lazy river floating- amazing day out. Parasailing at Campoamor, not the cheapest but a great experience for the kids- they loved it. Banana boat rides and a inflatables here too. Thank you for a super relaxing family holiday. Best villa we have stayed at over the past 12 years- highly recommend x

El registro de llegada y entrada fue bueno.Unos días antes de la llegada recibimos toda la información, tanto de la dirección de la villa como de la recepción de la llave.La villa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones aunque tengo que decir que algunos utensilios de cocina deberían ser sustituídos. No le vendría mal, en general, hacer una renovación.La piscina está bien, en cuanto a tamaño pero se ve que necesita una puesta a punto porque los azulejos del fondo se sueltan facilmente y hay zonas que ya no los tiene.La urbanización está un poco muerta y se necesita coche para todo.El supermercado, dirección Murcia, está a unos 10 minutos, el centro de Murcia a 20 minutos y en dirección contraria, hacia la costa, a unos 25 minutos.En resumen, aunque se ve que necesita una renovación, la villa está bien para pasar unos días de vacaciones.

Un poco decepcionada

Me encanta edta villa, hemos estado 3 veranos, pero este hemos tenido mala suerte el aire acondicionado no funcionaba desde el primer dia, tanto el de la planta de arriba como el de abajo, nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario y vinieron los técnicos pasados dos dias no tenía solución hicieron un apaño pero al dia siguiente de volvió a romper, lo volvimos a comunicar hasta que el dia 10 de estancia cambiaron la máquina de arriba y arreglaron la de abajo los últimos 5 dias estupendamente. Aún pir este incidente recomiendo esta villa muy bonita, piscina grande y con todas las comodidades, volveremos a repetir

troisième séjour dans cette maison, tout est bien par contre le lave vaisselle était inutilisable, le séchoir à linge cassé et il faut faire très attention aux guêpes toute la journée qui viennent boire dans la piscine c'est insupportable. Il faudrait faire passer quelqu'un pour supprimer les nids à proximité... sinon rien à signaler maison agréable, belle piscine, le pisciniste discret est très sympathique, l'endroit est sécurisé et la maison bien équipée pour des vacances agréables. Située près de Murcia et non loin de Carthagène (très jolie ville) le lieu est parfait pour quelques visites.

Leuke vakantie woning als men van rust houd. Voor ons te ver weg van stranden en winkels. Wel erg leuk dat het huis zich op een golf resort bevind.
