Ken is very easy to work with and exceptionally responsive to guest requests. Everything you could need for a short or long stay is provided in the condo. The location (our third stay in this building) is fantastic... easy access to many restaurants and activities, peaceful, 5 minute walk to the beach, gated-so no through traffic, parking choices in guest area are abundant, and pleasant neighbors! We recommend both the location AND our Host-Ken!!

Great view

We thoroughly enjoyed being able to see the ocean, the inlet, AND the canal, all from our lanai. The condo was very comfortable and very well stocked…it has EVERYTHING!

Very nice place to stay

The condo is in a nice building. The owner is great with communication and explanation of how things work. Having beach equipment is something not everyone thinks about but it's great having it provided. Having a fully equipped kitchen is nice. The furniture is slightly dated, but with that said, we would book again.

Perfect escape from the cold weather

We enjoyed our time at this location. The owner responds immediately to needs and is very nice to work with. It is not updated but met all our needs . This year we say both manatees and dolphins in the waters below. So nice. Thank you Ken

Water water everywhere!

We had a wonderful month at this very clean, well-equipped condo that had views to die for! Our landlord was extremely responsive and his written instructions were clear & easy to follow. We highly recommend this gem!

The ideal location for a vacation!

The condo was the perfect fit for me… I had a view of the Gulf as well as the waterway. I got to see dolphins and all different types of birds while sitting and enjoying the pool. The beach was a quick walk through the complex. The condo was well maintained, clean, & well equipped. The host was great…. Any questions I had were answered quickly! Looking forward to being in the building next year.

Great Condo, Idyllic Location

We enjoyed staying in this great condo, well stocked and super clean. Nicely heated and quiet pool, always easy to find a chaise lounge or chair. Beautiful screened in porch, morning coffee or lunch — just perfect. Well managed and friendly building. Great TV with Netflix. Liked the short walk to Gulf Shore Drive for a scenic run / walk past LaPlaya towards the Ritz Carlton. Beach close by as well. Ken is a very responsive owner and excellent communicator. Look forward to returning.

Wonderful

The unit is wonderful, it is spotless .The view is spectacular. We really enjoyed our month . It comes with everything you could think of. The building is very secure, beach supplies are provided in the units storage locker downstairs. We spoke with Ken upon arrival and we felt as if we had known him as a good friend. We look forward to coming again next year.

Nonfunctioning pool and additional rental fees undisclosed

Not as advertised. Pool closed since Hurricane. First, let me say the property though dated was clean and a good location. We wanted a property with a pool. We asked if the property was effected by the hurricane and we were told the pool was in working order. When we arrived, we learned the pool has been out of operation since the hurricane and the owner failed to disclose this to us. When we contacted the owner, we were told that he thought it would be fixed and hurricane damage was outside of his control. We would not have rented had we known. Also, the owner requires an additional application form that his condo requires. I assumed this was a simple info request form (names, liscence plate, etc.) Instead, it was a lengthy application form and credit check that asked for a lot of personal information and required a $150 application fee! When I balked, the owner reminded me that my reservation was non refundable and it should be "peanuts" to me given what I was paying for the condo. Seriously? I have rented many properties thru vrbo and I have never had to pay an additional application fee.

I am disappointed that you were not satisfied with your stay as I catered to your every request and even allowed you to bring extra guests without charging you additional fees. Concerning the pool, they did clean and do the acid wash as all the owners were told. It was afterwards the board decided to replace the water-heating pipes. And we were told mid January it would be complete and I was glad it would not affect you. Unfortunately, due to parts and service delays it did, as we witness this everywhere post-covid. Concerning the application, we both know I have no control over that and you saw that $150 association fee before confirming booking. Not sure why this was a surprise. None of my tenants have ever complained about the application as they realize ALL tenants have been vetted through the process making each persons stay safe, secure and cordial.

Getting Away From it All

The perfect location for getting away from it all, yet easy access to shops, markets, beach. The condo was immaculate. No, really, immaculate! It was equipped with every imaginable kitchen appliance/tool. Plenty of towels and lovely linens. The views from the screened lanai were spectacular. This is a 5 star lodging!

Another great vacation

My wife and I have stayed at Kens condo before. Thus we know what to expect which is first class accomodations. Everything you could think of is here. The place is spotless. The cleanest ever !! Looking forward to another stay .

Amazing views of Gulf

The unit was comfortable with an amazing view from Naples to Sanibel. Quick several minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Condo unit has large swimming pool and grounds are very nicely kept up. An occasional dolphin or manatee will be seen in channel to gulf. Great shopping and restaurants nearby.

CLEAN AND SPACIOUS!

My husband and I had an excellent experience staying in this condo. From the initial contact, Ken was very prompt in replying; and, after reserving, he was eager to answer our questions and do anything he could to make our stay comfortable. After we settled in, he gave us a call to see if everything was all right. It is a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with a beautiful view...we enjoyed the balcony a lot!! The spaciousness of the condo was great, and it was very well supplied....more than any other VRBO that we have rented. We had some apprehension about relying on an elevator, but it turned out to be no problem at all...always available within seconds. Having a designated parking space was a convenient bonus, too. And, shortly after we returned home, our damage deposit was promptly returned.

Just left after two wonderful weeks. I dealt with Ken (The owner). Inspite of the fact that he was not in the area, he could not have been more responsive to any of our needs and requests. A few minor things had to be attended to and Ken made sure that everything was taken care of immediately. The apartment is immaculate, nice and cozy, with a great view. It is in a very well maintaned high rise. I would recommend it for anyone that is looking for an escape away to beautfiful Naples.

Great Location

My husband and I spent two weeks in this lovely condo and soon realized that was not enough time so we immediately booked more time here for 2017. The views from the 10th floor are amazing, fabulous sunsets which can be enjoyed on the large lanai.The location of the condo is ideal, short 5 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach & Delnor Wiggins State Park so no need to worry about driving & parking. We often walked to the nearby restaurants on the beach. The condo was very clean, kitchen fully stocked with utensils & cookware, full size washer & dryer, beach chairs. The pool and grounds are in great condition and well maintained. Sitting poolside or on our lanai we would often see dolphin in the bay. On site staff very accommodating. Ken is great to work with quickly responding to all our inquiries.

The condo is beautiful with a view to match. The beach is so close, bike paths outside the gate, shopping and restaurants just a walk away. Not only was the owner always available to us the property managers were kind and accommodating. The only difficult piece was having to leave. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
