Enjoy the blue crystal water, beach front dinning, play 18 holes of golf, rent boat, paddle boards, parasailing, shelling, canoe, bikes, jet ski, or kayaks and explore the bay or nearby estuary at Delnor- Wiggins Pass State Park.

The condo is fully stocked for all your rental needs including four beach chairs, coolers, beach cart, beach towels and umbrella which is stored in locker storage room off the lobby area.

The screened lanai's are located off the queen bedroom, master bedroom and living room with amazing direct views of the water. Enjoy your coffee or favorite drink while watching the dolphins, sunrises, sunsets and boats as they travel thru the channel and the direct view of the gulf. Lanai offers chairs and tables for relaxation and enjoyment.

.This unit has an assigned parking space as well as guest parking in the lot. The complex is a gated community with code entry thru security gate, entry into the elevator lobby as well as the condo. Stairwell, elevator and trash chute are located on the front balcony of the condo corridor.
