Beautiful fully equipped and air conditioned modern apartment, situated in one of the most sought after areas of Puerto Pollensa. It is set back in a quiet area, yet just a couple of minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa´s beautiful sandy beach which has great facilities including a full range of water sports including paddle surf, boat hire, hobbycats and windsurfing school. Located on a quiet street just a few rows back from the main promenade. Situated on the second floor the apartment consists of a spacious lounge/dining area and open plan kitchen with large patio doors, leading directly to a private balcony with views to the pool and mountains, incl. table & seating for 2 people. The shared private pool and large sun terrace is the perfect place to relax away from all the hustle and bustle. It is a secure and small residential building surrounded by Eucalyptus and Pine trees. The town centre, Marina, main market square and Pine walk are a short stroll away, as are cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and of course Pollensa's fantastic beaches. Perfect for couples. Excellent stay in Puerto Pollensa

The apartment is fabulous and better than expected. Extremely clean and everything you need, including a super washing machine, comfy bed, really nice bathroom, great kitchen facilities even water filter. And brilliant location and can walk to beach and shops, restaurants etc. Couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely book again. Thank you Dawn

Beautiful and spacious apartment in ideal location

We had the best time in this beautiful and clean apartment. The landlord Dawn was very helpful, communication was easy as was the Check-In and Check-Out. Port de Pollenca is a charming coastal town with very nice restaurants, a wonderful sand beach and lots of friendly visitors mostly from Great Britain. The apartment has all you could wish for: Washing machine, big fridge and freezer, good A/C, fully equipped kitchen, beach umbrella and so on. Modern bathroom with good shower. The bed is small (1,50 m?) but comfortable. We loved watching a thunderstorm over the mountains from the balcony. There is also a well maintained Pool, but we haven‘t used it since the beach is only a 2 minute walk away. There is easy free parking on the street. Perfect stay, I recommend!

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für erholsamen Urlaub

Die schön eingerichtete FeWo liegt nur ca. 3 Minuten vom Strand und Restaurants entfernt. Es fehlt an nichts, selbst an Stuhl und Schirm für den Strand wurde gedacht. Eine Spülmaschine vervollständigt die komfortable Einrichtung. Der große Balkon mit Sicht auf die Berge liegt windgeschützt auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Der Mietwagen kann problemlos in einer der Seitenstraßen geparkt werden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (E-Mail) war hervorragend. Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet.

Lovely apartment in quiet location

A light modern apartment, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Spacious for a one-bedroomed apartment with a separate utility room which we found very useful. The property is only a couple of hundred yards from the beach and about 15 minutes walk into the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

Stayed for 2 weeks and would recommend this apt. Check in was straight forward, apt has everything you need for your stay, bright modern, excellent air con, a pool that is never busy , most times we had it to ourselves . 100mtr to the beach , with beach chairs and umbrella in apt for your use. Lovely balcony for bkfst, late afternoon sunshine and pre meal drinks, Location is excellent for shops, food , beach When we return to PP we will try to stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment.

Myself and my wife had a fantastic 2 weeks cycling in Mallorca and this apartment more than meet our needs.The location is excellent as the beach is literally 10 mins walk away and shops and cafe's around 15 mins, the cycle routes are also on the doorstep. The apartment itself is absolutely spotless and has all the equipment required to eat in if required and a lovely bathroom and comfy bed. My wife also likes plenty of coat hangers so she was also happy. We kept our bikes in the dining area which wasn't an issue as there is so much room, having a washing machine was also a bonus for cleaning kit etc. The balcony is also very nice to sit on in the evening and has a wind down blind if it gets a bit to hot, the lounge and bedroom also have great air conditioning units to keep you cool. I would highly recommend the apartment wether cycling or just on holiday. Many thanks to Dawn for making it hassle free, we'll be returning again in the future for definite.

Splendid small Apartmeny

The apartment was in an excellent location, quiet but very near beach and promenade just a few minutes walk away. Less than 10 minutes from Marina and centre of resort. Apartment well appointed with all mod cons and everything provided for a lovely stay. WiFi good strength and small but adequate balcony to catch afternoon sun. Apartment on 3rd (top) floor so maybe not suitable for people with mobility problems. Overall a perfect apartment for couples

Lovely flat, perfectly located

My boyfriend and I were in Mallorca for a cycling holiday and this flat was perfect for what we needed. Surprisingly spacious and just a short walk from amenities, cafes and restaurants. The flat was clean on arrival and the bed was potentially the comfiest bed we've ever slept in! The balcony was beautiful and got the sun in the afternoon/evening so was perfect for an afternoon nap and dinner in the sun. Dawn was such a joy to contact, ready to answer our random questions and was very accommodating when we asked to amend our timings slightly. 100% would recommend and will definitely be in touch when our holiday comes around next year!

Lovely week in apartment

My husband and I had a great week in Dawn's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and very well located. All communication was easy. Dawn herself is friendly and was flexible with regard to check in/out times which we very much appreciated.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

The property is as described. As holiday accommodation it is very good being really only a couple of minutes stroll to the esplanade and then a lovely short walk into the centre of town. I don't use a car but street parking seems plentiful. It is also very close to the local wetland, a small park on the estuary, favoured by bird watchers and well laid out with paths that give an alternative quick route to restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished. I've stayed here a few times and enjoyed peace and quiet and mountain views. Dawn always says get in touch if you need anything and has been true to her word with quick response and solutions when small snags crop up.

Superb Apartment

Stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks. Everything about the apartment is superb. The location is in a quiet upmarket suburb of Peurto Pollenca but within a stones throw of the beach and a relaxing stroll along the front to the centre. The apartment block is low rise and houses both residents and rental properties. The apartment itself is extremely well appointed and spotlessly clean. I particularly liked the balcony, overlooking the pool, which was shaded for breakfast but caught the late afternoon and evening light. The owner was very helpful during the booking process and contacted me during my stay to make sure there were no problems. In summation if you are looking for a 1 bedroomed quality apartment in the north of Mallorca with everything from location to pool this is it. Remember the apartment does not have a lift but personally i didnt find it an issue. I was on a cycling trip and the location gives easy access to the routes out of Peurto Pollenca. There are excellent cycle shops closeby.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment more than met my expectations, it is well situated in a small modern gated development near the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, it was clean and well maintained and has a sunny balcony. The bathroom was modern and well looked after and there is a very useful utility room with a washing machine. There is a swimming pool and a very pleasant area with sun loungers surrounding the pool as an alternative to the beach. The owner could not have been more helpful, which was appreciated as I was on holiday on my own. Puerto Pollensa is a wonderful resort with a fantastic beach, lots of good restaurants and is a very friendly pleasant place to relax. There is plenty to explore on the island if someone wants to have a more active holiday. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and recommend it to friends and family.

Holiday apartment review

The apartment is really modern, clean and well furnished. A real home from home and very safe and secure. The location is ideal for the beach and resort centre, as only 5 mins walk away. Lots of fantastic restaurants to eat or just drop in for a few drinks. Highly recommend ca'n Josep, service outstanding and staff so welcoming. Dawn the apartment owner was really helpful, and the booking to arrival went like clockwork, so professional. This was our 4th year at the resort and the 1st time at this apartment. The best so far. We have booked again for 2014, so that speaks for itself. If I had to make suggestions to make the apartment even better it would be to utilise the roof and have some sun loungers there as the sun is limited at the pool area. Also the air conditioning unit on the balcony creates additional heat so too hot to sit there in the afternoon even when the shades are down. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.

I grew up in Edinburgh Scotland, I first discovered Puerto Pollensa during university summer holidays. I worked during my summer holidays in the Hotel Sis Pins in 2003. Later, I returned to Puerto Pollensa when I was offered a job in the same hotel after finishing my degree. I then moved on into Real Estate where I have been working ever since, I work for Savills in Mallorca and I help find buyers their dream holiday home.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This apartment is very special to me as it was my first property ever in Mallorca. I love hearing the birds singing in the morning, and the cockerel in the field nearby, and the beach on my doorstep, the private terrace has sun all day long, until dusk, and what I really enjoy most is having a glass of wine on the terrace watching the sun disappear behind the mountains. Its a truly a magical place, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants but set back off the main drag, in quiet residential area.
