2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer moderne Wohnung in der Nähe des Pine Walk hinter dem Hotel Sis Pins / Cappuccino, nur 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt, ideal für ein frühes Bad am Morgen und auch nicht weit vom Hauptplatz und Yachthafen entfernt.

Dieses helle und luftige Apartment im 3. Stock mit Balkon und Blick auf die Bucht sowie vollem Aufzug befindet sich in einer privaten Wohnanlage und bietet einen ruhigen Blick auf den Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Gemeinschaftspool.

Das Apartment ist voll klimatisiert und beheizt, sodass es zu jeder Jahreszeit genutzt werden kann. Im gesamten Apartment ist WIFI verfügbar.

Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Doppelzimmer mit Super-Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie einem Zweibettzimmer mit separatem Bad mit Dusche. Beide Schlafzimmer und sind mit viel Kleiderschrank und Schubladen ausgestattet und alle Hauswäsche und Strandtücher sind vorhanden.

Der Hauptwohnbereich verfügt über raumhohe Fenster, die viel Licht hereinlassen. Es verfügt über ein bequemes L-förmiges Sofa, Sat-TV mit englischen TV- und Freeview-Kanälen sowie eine Musik-Dockingstation. Im Essbereich befindet sich ein Esstisch mit Stühlen.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett und komplett ausgestattet für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub inklusive Waschmaschine. Die Küche führt auf den Balkon.

Die gesamte Gemeinde profitiert von sicheren Türen zur Straße sowie zusätzlichen Schlössern für jedes der Wohnblöcke, wodurch die Wohnung sehr sicher ist.

Wir haben Platz in der Tiefgarage für die Unterbringung von Fahrrädern oder Strandartikeln und stellen Ihnen Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung, die Sie am Pool oder am Strand nutzen können. Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße rund um die Apartments.

Within close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants, all walkable. The apartment is situated in a gated secure location, beautifully appointed with luxury linens. Added bonus, beach chairs. Would definitely recommend and go back.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Fantastic apartment!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It's in a great location, very close to the beach and great restaurants/bars. We found the street parking very easy in December. Great apartment

Caroline was really helpful and very prompt replying to all our questions. The apartment was as described on the website, clean and well equipped. The location was great for access to all the restaurants and also the Pine Walk. There is on street parking around the apartment location although not always as close as we might have liked. Overall an excellent apartment.

Just Perfect!

From start to finish this has been one of the best holidays we have had - much of this is due to the hosts attention to detail, both at the apartment and in their communication. The apartment is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the beach, with an abundance of great restaurants within walking distance if you don’t fancy cooking. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, is bright, clean and has the added bonus of sea views from the balcony. Highly recommended for a relaxed holiday in Puerto Pollenca.

Everything about the property was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Air con was a god send and very quiet. 5 mins walk to a great beach and amentities. Very secure, no fear of leaving valuables around. Contact with Caroline was perfect, emailed or phoned back within 24 hours. Couldn't fault it one bit. Definitely be back!!!

Would definitely recommend.

Ideal location as we did not want to hire a car, everything was easily accessible - shops, restaurants, buses. And it was quiet, which is paramount to us. Property was very spacious for 2 (although kitchen is small, but well equipped). Bed was enormous and extremely comfortable, air con efficient. Shower was powerful and having a small washing machine was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay. Can't think of anything important that could be improved, although it would have been nice to have a second set of keys,so that we could have split our activities - swimming/shopping?

Great stay in Pollensa Mar

Beautiful Apartment in a prime location in Port de Polensa. It is very secure and has a lovely pool area to relax during your stay. Communication from the hosts was excellent from start to finish. Its beside the Pine Walk and promenade which is great for walking. Some lovely Authentic Mallorcan restaurants in close proximity. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Based in Sheffield, UK we first visited the Port in 1998 and fell in love with the resort. Since then we have regularly visited as a family staying in different parts of the Port until buying our new build apartment in 2008. We and our grown up children use the apartment as often as we can and it provides us with a great place to relax away from busy lives.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Our decision to buy the apartment was easy as soon as we saw the views over the bay to Fortalesa and La Victoire. It is in what we think is an ideal central location, giving easy access to the beach, Pine Walk, restaurants, the square, marina, shops and transport links, so limiting the use of taxis.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

The location is perfect as it is just a short stroll to the beach so ideal for an early morning swim or visit to the beach in the afternoon without having to load up a car with all your beach items.

Whether you want to enjoy the excellent restaurants along the Pine Walk or in the Square they are all close by so you will have plenty to choose from with no need for a car or taxi.

Should you want to explore the rest of the island the bus station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment where you can get buses to all parts of the island including Palma.
